Do not waste your time, money or gas shopping for flower at Bloom! The flower I have purchased at Bloom is low quality at it's very best. The customer service at Bloom has been just terrible. Rude, and condescending bud tenders that have an all around bad attitude. I will not tolerate this as a customer. I have been to Bloom 3 times and each time the service has been very, very poor. I will not return to Bloom and I will conduct my business with companies that treat customers with respect and courtesy. Parking at Bloom is awful. They were playing Toto in the waiting room. That music sucked the day it was recorded, what, 40 years ago? Again, DO NOT waste your time, money and gas shopping at Bloom.

Bloom is a truly professional organization, beautiful room for purchases, knowledgeable staff - the service is amazing. I really appreciated the first time offer they had - and for me the location is great!!

Big Scam! They give you a Free Pre-rolled Joint if you give them a good rating on leafly.com I was treated like a nuisance because I had to return a broken vile of vape oil I bought today. They acted like it was my fault the vile they gave me was broken. I didn't dicover it was was broken until I was half way home. They would not compensate me for having to drive back and exchange the broken vile. When I asked for better service the women started talking over me and wouldn't listen to a word I said. The other guy helping her said make sure not to leave it in the heat when he gave me a new vile (putting the blame on me) I don't stand for people trying to pass the blame. For all I know they wrote it up as my fault and kept the broken vile for themselves. Why would they treat me as a nuisance if they were in the wrong? They offered no form of an olive branch only smart ass comments as I walked out. Will I ever return to this facility. NO

This is a great place with excellent meds. Always doing specials. The pre rolls kinda suck. like if u get some blue dream flowers, and them a blue dream pre roll, it not even close to the same thing. but whatever i prefer to roll my own anyways. still the best place i've been to.

Bloom is the best deal in the valley. They offer awesome perks, great prices, and the flowers are high quality without breaking the bank. They are always the first place I check.

The meds I received were a little dry and the pre-rolls could have been rolled tighter so they can burn slower other than that it's not a bad atmosphere I would definitely go back ....

I love this Dispensary my personal favorite is the deals. Got to love to 6 dollar grams and the 20 dollar 1/8. lobe the Cheshire Cat and Green Cat very nice!!!! Great service overall. always quick, even when its crowded. Highly recommend anyone to visit Bloom dispensary. Best in AZ i think.

Stopped in for the first time, free 8th and busy af! It was expected for being a Friday and the pre roll offer they were running couldn't be slept on. Little short on variety of meds but what they had looked very good. Cool atmosphere and the bud tender was great.
