I HAVE SOME STRONG WORDS ABOUT THIS PLACE!....they saved me. When I got out of the army in 2017 and first discovered medicinal weed, they were my first. The people there, Victoria, Andi, Courtney, Tony...Anshea. Too many to name. They helped me for years, then let me work there when COVID took my job. Everyone was always helpful, always kind. Corporate changes were the only reason I left but they helped my back heal. Helped me keep from succombing to pain and madness. So....thank you. Ill always recommend it if it keeps the soul the workers bring.

Very professional establishment. It was my first time and I picked a crazy day to go due to the pre roll specials. Even though there were many people waiting it was a short wait and a great first experience. I even got a free 1/8th of the Papaya which smells amazing! I will definitely go back. Awesome staff especially the bud tender who helped me. I forgot his name (side effect of mmj) but he had glasses and a few piercings. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. they were very welcomeing and helpful. because I was a new patient I got a free 8th that's what's up. I been to some other places and all they want to do is a pre roll or a gram That's why I go all the way to bloom from the other side of town for my medicine every time. Bloom always has good deals going on for the patients that's cool

This was the first dispensary I ever went to and it's remained a favorite of mine ever since. The atmosphere is so friendly and professional, I feel super comfortable asking questions about strains without feeling embarrassed (I'm a new med patient and didn't smoke before it became legal so sometimes I feel like a "newbie" when I go to dispenseries but not at Bloom!). Great specials all the time, free gifts, great employees.

Drive through barbed wire fence to park.... Waiting room is sterile, has a trendy touch screen of Leafly, and don't forget the glass case of toxic promotional items for the dispensary--and you can even get these with your points. Wow. Called into 'consulting' and what you see is definitely not what you get. Just another legal drug operation in AZ. The flowers are harsh, undercured, and in that state, it is clear they are not concerned with the medicinal status of their product. It would be of better quality in every way if it was properly cured, which takes time no matter what way you look at it. They are another dispensary who is also not metrically correct, which requires patients to purchase 2 grams more every 4 weeks in order to attain their full allotment. This is an atrocity. Do we buy 15.5 oz for the label of a pound of meat at the butcher? Nope. Will I return? Nope.

Amazing place! Everyone is friendly, they are very knowledgeable on their products and always helpful. The dispensary is clean, modern, flows well, overall it's a great place! I drive from N. Scottsdale to this place regularly because you cannot beat the quality & price. There's always great deals too - you can't go wrong. <3 BLOOM!!!!

poor service rude the guy that helpd us in with the meds was rude cashier was rude the only person who wasn't was the guy who opend the door and the receptionist she was cute, but everyone eles was rude not a chill atmosphere

Have been waiting 2 days for a manager to call me back. Was charged recreation tax when I am a medical patient. Both the budtender and manager assured me the amount being charged was correct. A $65 ounce ended up costing me $81.03 with tax and after using $3 in points. The ounce was taken off of my allotment so was definitely medical. $65 plus tax for a medical patient should be around $70 and some change, plus the $3 in points would bring it to about $67 pretty big difference from $81.03. Any assistance would be appreciated as I’ve tried multiple outlets to get a hold of someone. Thanks

this place is nice and clean! staff is very professional quality of bud is good Ill def come back for sure Although I think more top shelf strains should always be on hand but Ive only been there once I am actually going back today to check it out again and bring my dad ..free 1/8 works everyone I know :)
