First pickup order via Leafly. Very intuitive process. Put what you like in the bag and go pick it up! Service was in and out once I got to the dispensary, All of my orders going forward will be via pickup order! Love it.

horrible i get here on 2 for 3 eighth day and all the good stuff is on grams only whats the point in even having it on sale put it on its own page honestly this is gonna be my last time here been coming here for years not tolerating it no more will be taking my money else where...

Bloom has seriously gone downhill. I have never been treated worse at a dispensary in my life. And I have never met that many women just sitting up front with that big of a attitude. I absolutely love Bloom and The quality of your bud, but if your staff is going to be a bunch of nasty high school kids. I will take my business elsewhere. Thank you. to be lighter Hispanic woman with dark hair upfront today next time keep in mind that bloom pays you to be nice to the customers.

Have been waiting 2 days for a manager to call me back. Was charged recreation tax when I am a medical patient. Both the budtender and manager assured me the amount being charged was correct. A $65 ounce ended up costing me $81.03 with tax and after using $3 in points. The ounce was taken off of my allotment so was definitely medical. $65 plus tax for a medical patient should be around $70 and some change, plus the $3 in points would bring it to about $67 pretty big difference from $81.03. Any assistance would be appreciated as I’ve tried multiple outlets to get a hold of someone. Thanks

Worst service I have received in Arizona. On top of that their flower was medium grade at best. looked like it had been picked early. I will never be coming back your receptionists need to actually provide customer service not act like a toll booth.
