My budtender on Wednesday (7/17) was Paradise. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I truly enjoyed my experience and the conversation.

Bloom is absolutely awesome. The quality is on point, the staff is phenomenal especially Carmen, and the deals are amazing. If you haven't been to Bloom then you should definitely check it out.

i really didn't like vibe of new window girl an didn't appreciate her pretending to squeeze dry ass koolato gram to show it wasn't ass dry as product been my last few experience since this place feel off in last sept. not a happy long time cx. shit turned right to dust such a waste of my points an money. i will never let her lie again. i will make her switch out like my normal cool homies do here. even rude when waved at her outside work at light rail. i don't like old flower even if so called free i spent 150 on dry not usual fire bloom had sad thing other day i got a fresh gram after 3 months of buying dry ass shit grams cause i was hoping to get a semi fresh one. not no more I'll call later to complain too.

Super knowledgeable make sure they get you exactly what you need and all the tenders have great knowledge of products.

No more buy 1 get 2 eight specials... I agree with the guy below CORONA PRICE GOUGERS only one benifiting from that change is them. I still need the same amount of flower and have to pay $25 more than I normally would. So much for local business HAH

First time patients get a free 1/8 with coupon on Leafly, great deal. Ghost OG is very fruity tasting, with a long lasting body high. Lasted at least 4 hours. On a scale from 1-10, I would give this one an 8.5 Skywalker - Compared to other Skywalker strains I've tried this one seemed to be more Sativa dominant. So the head high was stronger with only a very slight body high. Not as strong as Ghost OG as this only lasted about 1.5 hours. Overall the quality was good and I didn't feel ripped off.

Clean, quick, efficient: this was my first trip to any dispensary, and I am glad I picked Bloom for my beginner experience. Everyone was pleasant and able to answer all my questions. Their freebies were amazing, quality is great, and I appreciate their ability to take cards (didn't even know this was an issue at other places). I also appreciate their streamlined process and attention to all detail, including packaging; all around a great place

They always have my order right and they have a decent selection

Bud is always pretty good and the staff are awesome.My only complaint would be selection.Last 2 times I went they had 3 and 2 different strains.They always have plenty of everything else though.

The people in the front reception and check out were friendly and nice but the budtender I had was kind of rude and pushy, the prices are good for the quality they offer though which is all that matters to me.

I rarely go here because the customer service is so bad, the bud tenders are fine but the folks checking you out are just rude. Nobody explains the process and then they get irritated if you don't know what you're doing. I went there Saturday because I mistakenly thought the birthday preroll offer was from Bloom. When I went in, the girl said "We don't do anything for birthdays." That's pretty much all she said to me.

THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR LIMITS in the system and you wont be able to buy from ANYWHERE and they take DAYS to fix and don't hook you up at all!!!!!!!!!! I went there for an eighth and got ran up for 2 oz. in the system so I was not able to purchase the medicine that I NEEDED for 3 days! I don't live near a dispensery so when I had driven all the way out to one and found this out I was pissed and in lots of pain! called bloom to speak to a manager, manager still has not called me back (4 days now) and I was just told that I'd get a free preroll.. is that supposed to make up for me not being able to buy the quarter I needed to make my medicine with? plus I heard that those prerolls are TRIMMINGS .. thanks but no thanks, I was excited to find out this was the nearest dispensary to me, so I can have a go-to now but not going back til they understand the severity of what went wrong. you let down a DISABLED VETERAN that deals with PTSD and CHRONIC PAIN.. aka a LOYAL new customer.. i had to suffer for a whole weekend and I get a preroll.. thanks but no thanks. not even an I'm sorry.. PRETTY SORRY if you ask me!!!!!!
