Great little spot! Although I'm not a huge fan of the neighborhood, the folks inside are nice as can be and fairly knowledgeable! I've heard many mixed things about Bloom, but now I know for myself and I pretty much gotta tell everyone that Bloom really is a great place for your bud! ESPECIALLY when you pay attention to their weekly specials. I'll also say they're pretty fast, with a waiting room, browsing room, and check-out room, something I feel is pretty nifty!

Really disappointed with the quality of medicine here. They didn't have the strain I wanted available in any other form aside from pre-rolls. I got talked into buying 5 because of the bundle deal, so thats what I did. After leaving and coming home, I went to smoke it and to my surprise and dismay, when I emptied the rolls, this stuff looked like NO OTHER medication Ive ever seen. It was dryer than dried spices, looked like herbs you would by from Hippie Gypsy, and WOULD NOT LIGHT. When it did finally take the flame, it tasted and smelled like old cigarette ash. So disgusting and non-ingestible, thats for sure. Ive been to Bloom a few times and have always left feeling neutral/indifferent but this is just unacceptable. I also called and asked what my options were (I had left 4 out of 5 of them un-opened) and was told they couldn't replace it but would "check it out to see what the issue was" which to me, is unacceptable.

good location all buds are priced the same. which can be a good thing. but the strains don't change as much u pretty much gotta find the best for you cause everyone I'd different. I on one hand love a strong Indica. bloom is alway clean. and meds are alway good. 1st timers get half of 1/8. pretty bomb huh. I'd recommend this place to more ppl. They are a good place especially if you on a budget. you might want to pre order in advance if you dont like a wait time with the daily deals it will be a good thing to do.

Flower wasn't as gd as other places. They have a large selection though. Blueberry Diesel, Goo, and Berry White are the strains I tried. Goo was the best of them but still not all that great.

The remodel is very nice as are the people . The flower was almost lacking any smell at all and the snoop og was lack luster in the effects . I wont say it was garbage but it was not what id expect from something with snoops name on it . Maybe it was old or not a reflection on other strains as i only bought this strain . I would go back again and try a few others as the prices were fair and the ftp special was verythingn. In all fairness i did go right after 420 so the slection was also limited .

They have a verity of flower which is awesome. But I bought some wax and it was horrible. I'll definitely go back for flower. I was disappointed because it was a 30 mins drive for me and the quality of the wax was not what I was expecting.

This wasn't awful, but it was clearly the worst of the 3 dispensaries I've been to so far. I went w/ a friend who referred me. This was only his 2nd visit there, but he wasn't happy, either. 1) I went thru the line & into the consultation. Then I asked if the line outside that room was the line for the check-out & was told "yes", but after a few min "in line", I found out the others weren't in line. 2) when we arrived, my friend was told he didn't need to check in since he was only getting his referral bonus. But by the time I got "into checkout line", he was still in the 1st room, so I txtd & told him I was done. He talked to the front desk & was told he hadn't been checked in, so he wasn't going to get called in. So she was going to check him in & he could wait another 40 min! Fortunately, she was able to do a basic order at the desk, which is all he needed, but it was still an aggravation... 3) my friend finally got to the check out room & they didn't have what he ordered, but ended up having what he really wanted anyway, so that turned out well, but they started not to give him the referral bonus until he reminded them & then didn't end up giving him the rolling papers, which were part of today's special! ARGH! Just a less than pleasant experience, but not awful, either...

NO social distancing whatsoever!!! Everyone is on top of each other inside the tiny (kitchen sized) waiting roo(where u pay for ur weed. Security guards telling ppl to sit within an inch of other people. Nobody wearing masks either. Great way to catch covid or delta varient. Bloom phx has a Super spreader situation for sure!

Staff was really focused and still friendly. Updated my card info (which I forgot to do) Clean place and the noise level was a bit lower than most places. I'll be back.

I was excited to go.

I was told that Bloom is switching to Curaleaf, therefore in the middle of switching systems. So, it took about an hour last night to get my online order at the store, which almost never happens. I had no problem waiting because I got 1 oz of weed at 26% THC for $90. It's a great deal and I was thankful that everyone that worked there was nice and accommodating.

The so called “ manager “ with red hair and piercings all over her face and chest was very rude and snippy from the moment I walked in. She made a big deal about switching my account from medical to recreational in the back and refused to serve me . This is something that should NOT be that big of a deal but she had to make a scene and raise her voice (very unprofessional). I have never had such an issue with anyone else and I believe the manager should have THE BEST customer service skills out of all the other employees. NO DISPENSARY has ever been so rude in the past 4-5 years . THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND YOU SHOULD DO YOUR BEST TO KEEP YOUR COOL WHEN YOU ARE WORKING!

Horrible customer service and ill informed employees. Doesn’t honor statewide deals made by various brands. Will not return to any Curaleaf.
