good product, horrible service. first, took forever to get in to see sales person because only one salesperson was working. Then they got my order wrong, and charged me more than I should have paid. When I complained, both staff and waiting customers gave me grief. Because they quoted me the wrong price, and gave me the wrong items, I never did get what I wanted. The hard time by staff was the worst, like I was asking for way too much for my order to be gotten right, and I was just a pain for them because I wanted what I asked for. The product is great, as are the prices. The staff, and the service they provide, leave a LOT to be desired.

These folks are reliable and consistent. They are available even when other stores, just blocks away are closed.

my worst experience in a dispensary yet came in to pick up a couple grams to try out and they look not even close to the quality on display. was also told my card is expired when it wasnt the lady cleared things up tho and i showed her i had a good card. wait time with just a few people ahead of me was kinda crazy dont think ill be back for a while

I love this dispensary! I come around 3 times a week thanks to their low gram prices. Can't find a better deal with such good quality and their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and barely any wait times.

A little pissed off this is the second time in a row I've been there and they've been out of what I came for when the menu on the website says it was updated 13 minutes ago.... they need to stock the "shelf" more better with more potent flower.... and "Dave"at the front counter needs some better people skills... I check in and I get no customer service he ass for the person behind me's card... I say hey I'd like to place an express order please...come on man. ..unfortunately this is the closest place with the best prices just wishing there was better Management and quality control

First; the positives: 1. great, friendly, professional customer service 2. easy access location & parking 3. comfortable atmosphere & nice building etc 4. affordable price for products offered Second, the negatives: 1. Product Quality of Flowers (my preferred) can be a toss up! I typically order online (another nice bonus) and appreciate that you can walk in, register @ front desk & pick up your medicine without having to wait in a long line. HOWEVER; this method of ordering (as with "express" ordering @ the check in desk) leaves the patient unable to examine the medicine quality - yes, you can see the packages through the glass @ the pick up window before you pay and although I've never personally called in and complained so I can not vouch for how they would handle my call - I imagine they would extend some sort of offer. . . but overall, the quality of the product is a REAL toss up . . . you aren't paying top-shelf prices and you aren't getting top-shelf prices. Won't knock them for it I suppose, but I still find myself disappointed sometimes in the potency of some strains VS. what I'm expecting.

Employees are fairly friendly. The weed is ok, some is fire while others are trash. Pick wisely when it comes to the flower. They have some pretty great deals that they do daily like $20 for 3 grams of shake, $200 zips... My only complaint is the service is terrible. Like really really terrible. You wait forever to get checked in. They ask you if you want to do an "express order" where you just order right then instead of going to the back. If you say yes to the express order they tell you to wait and they call you like 10 min later which really defeats the purpose. After you choose your purchase it then takes another eternity to pay for it. That the only drawback but it sucks pretty damn bad.
