I like Bloom , they have the best prices on grape Ape in the valley, picked up an 1/8 ,Sunday and they gave me a extra discount because I'm a senior! Service is ok, nobody seems happy, must not be a good place to work!

Bloom is absolutely awesome. The quality is on point, the staff is phenomenal especially Carmen, and the deals are amazing. If you haven't been to Bloom then you should definitely check it out.

I just came in to buy two eighths. One was Koolata Peach and the other Golden Goat. Once I came home only one eighths was placed in my bag. When I called the manager said “well our inventory is correct”. Keep in mind I came in around 8:45pm. I was the only one with the cashier. It’s very easy to roll the camera back and see that the cashier did not place both eighths in my bag. I was less than impressed with the manager Phillips handling of the situation when I called. You can keep that eighth Bloom. You lost a great customer who influences many other patients who buy top shelf products.

Bad Expierence, bloom should upgrade to vending machines they would be more helpful than some of the budtenders, I don't like when all they can say about every strain is "I would put my money on that" it's really hit or miss with the service and quality, the same strain last week was fire and this batch was not on point, wish cheech was there everyday all day, I don't like when I go to pay and they try to give me a different strain than I ordered when I went back, too many second chances with bloom I won't be back

I have been to this dispensary on many occasions but today the person checking me out either ignored or didn't hear my first request to add a soda. And then she cashed up and told me if I wanted that I would have to go to the back of the line. REALLY. It's the first time I've been treated like trash and I do not expect it to happen again.

I am a frequent flyer of this dispensary, great service and home of the $100 ounce!

Yet another dispensary that has gross tasting meds. No terpene taste to the flowers, just a harsh smoke taste. Why do so many dispensaries here in AZ suck at flushing, drying/curing their "medicine"? Tried 5 different strains a while back and didn't like ANY of them :( If you don't enjoy smoking it what's the point...It's not just about getting medicated for all of us. I wouldn't smoke something from my spice rack if it got me high just to get high. Part of medicine is enjoying the taste and smell ALONG with the effect. Needless to say cannabis that lacks terpenes doesn't get you as medicated in the first place. Terpenes work synergistically with the cannabinoids to cross the blood-brain barrier, which in turns makes it more effective medicine. Sorry guys but your product is poor. I also find it pretty ridiculous to have your same copy and paste response to the MANY people complaining about being shorted, ripped off, and poor quality. Patients: If you know anything about business, or cannabis, I would go elsewhere...this place is bunk!
