Clean and very helpful staff

Stopped in for the first time, free 8th and busy af! It was expected for being a Friday and the pre roll offer they were running couldn't be slept on. Little short on variety of meds but what they had looked very good. Cool atmosphere and the bud tender was great.

The visits are always great bud tenders are amazing love there energy every time. Im a frequent shopper mostly flower and shatter but this price increase on the same low quality flower is confusing. I just want to understand why would anyone be okay with paying $40 for 19% THC that we were originally paying $25 for or $15 in shake form. How is that fair to your customers? I'm cool with price increase but the quality of flower needs to increase as well instead of all the dried out product. Sad now I got to find a new dispensary ☹️

BLOOM is definitely one of the go to dispensaries! Being from Tucson I usually visit the one there, but when in Phoenix I always stop by this location. They have some of the friendliest staff and their specials are always worth it.

Bad experience! I do not have an ax to grind,I know everyones perception is different. People were Very friendly,and the service was good! Flower in the "smellers"was dusty dry,and mostly un-smellable,odorless!My 1st. time patient 50% discount was great, but the Blue Dream was Nothing!Aroma-less,even worse ;Tasteless,Not Blue,Not Dreamy! The prices are low,and as I said,girls in the front were very friendly,and helpfull! Maybe it was a bad day,and a bad batch.

I just recently started to go here and I am amazed by the products being able to see the thc % and there ability to get u in and out in min is amazing my new favorite hot spot

Can't beat free meds on your 1st visit! Great specials all the time. Meds are good and at a normal price. Will for sure be coming back and would for sure recommend to friends!

this is one of my go to spots totally love it here only problem is something is off with their prepacked Oz's it makes me extremely leary to order again until I hear from you more than the flowers good posts everyone can have amazing weed not everyone can afford so for us on a budget looking for sustainable medical marijuana to the flower power bloom has taken a step back in my personal opinion

They can’t get any order right, and they shorted me on one of my pre rolls. CHECK YOUR BAG EVERY TIME, otherwise they’ll rip you off. I’d rather pay more for better quality and be able to trust that I’ll receive the medication I PAY for

Clean, quick, efficient: this was my first trip to any dispensary, and I am glad I picked Bloom for my beginner experience. Everyone was pleasant and able to answer all my questions. Their freebies were amazing, quality is great, and I appreciate their ability to take cards (didn't even know this was an issue at other places). I also appreciate their streamlined process and attention to all detail, including packaging; all around a great place

First timer here at Bloom...very clean, great deal on bud No bathroom to use...kinda weird

This was my first visit to Bloom and I have got to say, for a State Licensed Dispensary it wasn't bad at all. Everyone I encountered who worked there was pleasant and very nice to me from the Receptionist to the Cashier, it was nice. I like how the waiting room is actually set up like a Dr's office and it is a professional atmosphere. The ONLY thing that I did not like is that you have to pay through a window like at a bank and it seems unpersonable but yet at the same time I do undetstand it is most likely for the safety of the employees as well as us patients. I like how you DO get to see and smell the strains before you choose and it seemed to be packaged nicely and for being a 1st timer I received a nice little med jar for my free 1/8 I got of some Top shelf meds. I came specifically for the CBD Supplement and I got to leave with a free 1/8 of meds, that made my Friday ALRITE :) These were nice people and the prices were nice as well. I will try again, it is just out of my way but I will try some other stains and see if they were just as good as the Bluberry Trinity. I have alot of pain and this actually helped out, which is great, can't say thanks enough! that goes to show that they back their meds up by giving a new patient a free 1/8 that is love right there :) see ya again and I will reccomend to others.

Everyone was really friendly and knowledgeable. Also really eager to help out. Had a great time here! I picked up 4 strains, 2 were great, 2 were terrible. Really nice and clean facility though.

I was very disappointed with this dispensary. It was my first time visiting,and the selection was pitiful! I ordered 1/8 of two different strains. When I got to the window to pay I was informed they were out of 1 of the strains so they gave me two of the same strain, wasnt what I ordered. Two of the three young ladies seemed more interested in their tip then doing their job. Will not got to bloom again....so disappointed, had heard great things about bloom

Everything about this place is great. I just wish there was one on the Westside, I could work for you and bring in lots and lots of revenue. Seriously you guys should think about it.

buy here often,overall very happy .sometimes the pre-rolls are not consistent some being larger or smaller. also if i order an eighth and you have only grams i shouldn't have to pay $5 more. not my fault because your list says eights and you only have grams..no matter though i will continue to be a loyal customer..
