I like bloom because you can order at the check in desk which makes it nice for those who know of what they want. Great staff and location.

I recently stopped in because of the "free eighth to new patients" deal.. when I arrived, it was pretty crowded and there wasn't any seating left so I stood for about 30 minutes. after that 30 minutes, I noticed people being called back to look at meds who had checked in after me. I went up to the secretary and asked what was the deal and she called the manager up front to see what was up. they apologized and got me back right away and gave me 2 free jars.. they handled it very well. when I got back to look at meds, I asked the budtender if I could pay for a $40 eighth and get the $50 eighth free for being a new patient, he said yes and I was moved out into the waiting area to get my meds. when I got up to the window, I was expecting to pay $40 but ended up paying for the $50 eighth.. it would've been helpful if the budtender was honest about prices. overall, I loved this place. for the most part they were very professional and the meds were awesome! I just wish my first experience there was a little better. I will definitely be returning for meds hopefully I don't get skipped this time:) oh yes and the express pick up is a plus! I had no idea you could order meds online and have your order ready for pick up in 15 minutes! I will be doing my order online next time:) awesome feature in a dispensary.

First dispensary I have ever been to and I had a nice experience. ..

Arrived just after noon on Wednesday and it was packed. Waited for 10-15 minutes before being called back, got the "surfer" medtender, Stephen (he was incredibly nice, knowledgable, and helpful), and was then sent down the hall to wait for another 10 minutes, then 10 more when they forgot about the person I'd come with who was also purchasing. I spoke with a regular who told me that this was nothing compared to other days. I appreciate the free eighth, and your meds are pretty effective, but your waiting rooms suck and your cashiers/ whoever assembles the orders needs to pay more attention.

i really didn't like vibe of new window girl an didn't appreciate her pretending to squeeze dry ass koolato gram to show it wasn't ass dry as product been my last few experience since this place feel off in last sept. not a happy long time cx. shit turned right to dust such a waste of my points an money. i will never let her lie again. i will make her switch out like my normal cool homies do here. even rude when waved at her outside work at light rail. i don't like old flower even if so called free i spent 150 on dry not usual fire bloom had sad thing other day i got a fresh gram after 3 months of buying dry ass shit grams cause i was hoping to get a semi fresh one. not no more I'll call later to complain too.

I love bloom but what happened to the flower specials and flower generally in stocks. i often have to go to other Dispensarys which i would rather not but flower by the OZ is rarely available and never on sale :-(

Overall I am a fan of blooms but on two occasions this patient has come in with her 3-4 Yo child. The child is not a patient I asked. This kid just screams at the top of her lungs. The whole time she waited. #1 im sorry but a dispensary is not a place for any child unless that is a patient. #2 When you have no choice then order online and keep the screaming out of the patient waiting area.#3 I dont think it is wrong to ask that person to wait outside, when there is such a disruption. There were literally a half a dozen people who were voicing the same opinion.

please start having grams of flower available. it sucks to have to throw 40 to $50 away on a strain just because you tried it and it sucked. coulda just bought a gram.

No more buy 1 get 2 eight specials... I agree with the guy below CORONA PRICE GOUGERS only one benifiting from that change is them. I still need the same amount of flower and have to pay $25 more than I normally would. So much for local business HAH

I only gave three stars on the quality because they just don't have the variety, so that's how I justify such a low rating. Establishment is super classy and at the same time equally low key. From speaking to multiple employees; who varied from fellow patients but also included individuals who were not patients. The diverse commitment is a testament to the sincerity of their service and the seriousness of their establishment.

Very cute place. Love the bowl of munchies on the counter. I was a little bummed that they only had three sections at the time. Very accessible location, right off the light rail. I would like to see them add a bike rack to their lot!

First time patients get a free 1/8 with coupon on Leafly, great deal. Ghost OG is very fruity tasting, with a long lasting body high. Lasted at least 4 hours. On a scale from 1-10, I would give this one an 8.5 Skywalker - Compared to other Skywalker strains I've tried this one seemed to be more Sativa dominant. So the head high was stronger with only a very slight body high. Not as strong as Ghost OG as this only lasted about 1.5 hours. Overall the quality was good and I didn't feel ripped off.

I've been tempted in before by specials and prices, and each time, I vow to not return. Each time I've had at least a 10 minute wait just to check in, followed by another 10-20 minute wait to get into the "showroom," followed by another wait to pick up your meds and pay. The meds are slid through a slot in a wall. The whole place has a skeevy feel to it that can't be redeemed by decent prices. This last visit has made me turn to trying a delivery service, but if that doesn't work, I'll be at another dispensary.

Great and professional atmosphere!

I used to visit bloom alot. in fact it was the only dispensary i wanted to go to. I love the atmosphere, the staff, and the daily deals they have going on!! Great prices, I only had one bad experience here where i bought an ounce and was supposed to get 40 free prerolls for a thanksgiving special. I was only given 30, and when i called and asked if i could come get the last 10, they said i could (this happened twice). i drove over, and both times i was told i could not have them. The second time i asked why and they said my limit was up and i could have them the next friday. I called that friday and was told they no longer had the prerolls they set aside for me in the safe. I was very upset and have not been back since. I will not say anything bad about bloom because i think they do wonderful business, i just believe this was a small mistake.
