Staff was really focused and still friendly. Updated my card info (which I forgot to do) Clean place and the noise level was a bit lower than most places. I'll be back.

I love everything about the Bloom Dispensary, the rewards program, the friendly staff, great general vibe when you walk in, online ordering is a breeze for people to get in and get out, or you can walk in and actually talk to the Budtenders and ask whatever questions you have about what you are purchasing or would like to purchase before buying. Great recommendations from the Budtenders and great enthusiastic Vibes. Very uplifting. Great daily deals and decent prices on all products. All in all, this is probably the greatest dispensary. why the hell would anyone go to another dispensary? I would definitely recommend this dispensary to everyone!!

PreRolls!!! Went here for the preroll deal they had paid around 100 after tax for 16- 1g prerolls. 6 were higher end than in-house, so more expensive but still got an amazing deal. Front receptionist was polite and attentive. It is one of the smaller chains (compared to Mint and others) but still have wide selection and competitive pricing. I am one that buys in bulk and searches for deals. This visit was for prerolls and I think I got a great deal. service is timely and i was checked out fast and simple. Great gal that checked me out. couldn't remember her name but she was helpful, fast, and conversive. felt appreciated and welcomed as a custy. 10/10 Coming again 10/10 Would recommend

The so called “ manager “ with red hair and piercings all over her face and chest was very rude and snippy from the moment I walked in. She made a big deal about switching my account from medical to recreational in the back and refused to serve me . This is something that should NOT be that big of a deal but she had to make a scene and raise her voice (very unprofessional). I have never had such an issue with anyone else and I believe the manager should have THE BEST customer service skills out of all the other employees. NO DISPENSARY has ever been so rude in the past 4-5 years . THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND YOU SHOULD DO YOUR BEST TO KEEP YOUR COOL WHEN YOU ARE WORKING!

Great price great buds consistently

First time patients get a free 1/8 with coupon on Leafly, great deal. Ghost OG is very fruity tasting, with a long lasting body high. Lasted at least 4 hours. On a scale from 1-10, I would give this one an 8.5 Skywalker - Compared to other Skywalker strains I've tried this one seemed to be more Sativa dominant. So the head high was stronger with only a very slight body high. Not as strong as Ghost OG as this only lasted about 1.5 hours. Overall the quality was good and I didn't feel ripped off.

Platinum cookies were delicious and went right to my aches and pains! Excellent quality.

Everything about this place is great. I just wish there was one on the Westside, I could work for you and bring in lots and lots of revenue. Seriously you guys should think about it.

This Place is Exceptional!! Good product, always a good selection and quality, staff is very friendly and quite knowledgeable. Location is convenient, and prices are comparable to other dispensaries. This dispensary has many good benefits for the patients, lots of valuable specials and bonuses. I’m particularly impressed with the amount of community involvement and outreach that Bloom does ongoing. Check this place out, you won’t be disappointed!

This place sells pre-rolls that are filled with trimmings and not actual weed! I could not believe it when I opened one up after I noticed it didn't taste right, and saw nothing but plant trimmings, no actual flower. Every one I've bought from Bloom has been this way. They also sell shake one day a week on "special" that is mostly trimmings, with a few bits of actual shake in there. I've checked pre-rolls from each dispensary I have been to and all the others were filled with quality flower. BUYER BEWARE!

Since when are they so strict about having state id every time... even existing patients. security sitting in the corner not doing anything and the parking lot a mess with ppl not knowing how to park! not as fun to come here as it once was. 😞

The people that work here are cool as hell. The security guard is meh and the customers are clowns. I still love Bloom though.

I come and spend $300 a week here!! Oh never again, they opened 45 minutes after 8!! They had said my order was ready for pickup at 8 and they weren’t even open at 840! Waste of time and shoutout to the blonde bud tender for arguing with me!
