Curaleaf - Phoenix Airport

I'm not sure why I bothered to pre-order because I had to wait just as long as if I had walked in. I also don't understand that if there was not enough inventory to fulfill my order, why it was confirmed without any notification. I will seriously think twice before I return to this location. Perhaps when ordering on-line is a more efficient process.

Horrible customer service and ill informed employees. Doesn’t honor statewide deals made by various brands. Will not return to any Curaleaf.

Leafy needs to make sure they have an accurate menu. Wasting peoples time

First dispensary I have ever been to and I had a nice experience. ..

I love bloom but what happened to the flower specials and flower generally in stocks. i often have to go to other Dispensarys which i would rather not but flower by the OZ is rarely available and never on sale :-(

I ordered online and came to pick up my order which I received a confirmation that was ready to pick up. I came in to meet and extremely long line. The guy tells me the line is long due to a new system they’re using! I couldn’t stay because well so have a job to get to. I come back after work and it’s the same sh!t. This time I speak with the chic at the front, she at least had the decency to explain the situation. She said they could’ve added my name to the system so I can just come in and pick up. They guy from earlier joins the conversation and says that I took off so that’s why I wasn’t added! Mf! You didn’t say that earlier, and I work! So now I find myself waiting for mid shelf that not worth the wait. Next time I’ll skip this place.

This place is extremely high volume and was very busy. With that being said, I felt I was in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. The service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The budtender was highly knowledgeable and was able to competently answer all of my inquiries. Oh, and the price is definitely right. $35 1/8's and 50% off of your first 1/8. They even threw in a free pack of rolling papers.

The layout and process of purchasing from this dispensary is very impersonal and probably the worst out of the dispensaries ive been to in the area. 3 separate rooms, 1 for checking in, another to see the product, and another for paying/recieving which is done through glass. I can understand that It might be set up like this for security reasons, however other dispensaries dont operate like this and ive found things to take way longer at Bloom because of how it is set up. And finally, the product is sub-par. Herb was pretty dry and harsh. Definetely not what you'd expect from a medical standpoint. Only positives are the prices and the people were friendly. Overall, probably wont be back.

NO social distancing whatsoever!!! Everyone is on top of each other inside the tiny (kitchen sized) waiting roo(where u pay for ur weed. Security guards telling ppl to sit within an inch of other people. Nobody wearing masks either. Great way to catch covid or delta varient. Bloom phx has a Super spreader situation for sure!

It's a great place , and great prices. I would recommend this place.

By far the worst dispensary in Arizona, they are super uncoordinated when it comes to pick up orders and walkins orders, they also take forever due to the fact they only have two people working one for pick up and one for walkins while the other employees converse behind the counter I’m glad I didn’t spend my money at this place.

I like bloom because you can order at the check in desk which makes it nice for those who know of what they want. Great staff and location.

I recently stopped in because of the "free eighth to new patients" deal.. when I arrived, it was pretty crowded and there wasn't any seating left so I stood for about 30 minutes. after that 30 minutes, I noticed people being called back to look at meds who had checked in after me. I went up to the secretary and asked what was the deal and she called the manager up front to see what was up. they apologized and got me back right away and gave me 2 free jars.. they handled it very well. when I got back to look at meds, I asked the budtender if I could pay for a $40 eighth and get the $50 eighth free for being a new patient, he said yes and I was moved out into the waiting area to get my meds. when I got up to the window, I was expecting to pay $40 but ended up paying for the $50 eighth.. it would've been helpful if the budtender was honest about prices. overall, I loved this place. for the most part they were very professional and the meds were awesome! I just wish my first experience there was a little better. I will definitely be returning for meds hopefully I don't get skipped this time:) oh yes and the express pick up is a plus! I had no idea you could order meds online and have your order ready for pick up in 15 minutes! I will be doing my order online next time:) awesome feature in a dispensary.

I just recently started to go here and I am amazed by the products being able to see the thc % and there ability to get u in and out in min is amazing my new favorite hot spot

this is one of my go to spots totally love it here only problem is something is off with their prepacked Oz's it makes me extremely leary to order again until I hear from you more than the flowers good posts everyone can have amazing weed not everyone can afford so for us on a budget looking for sustainable medical marijuana to the flower power bloom has taken a step back in my personal opinion

First timer here at Bloom...very clean, great deal on bud No bathroom to use...kinda weird
