Great convenient location

I was at this location earlier today, and was made very uncomfortable. During my visit I witnessed an argument between the two receptionists, and one of them began to yell at the other. It seemed very inappropriate for him to be yelling at her and she was visibly upset, and uncomfortable.

I’ve been checking bloom phoenix for over a week waiting for a good strain, 24% or higher to buy but it never seems to come in. Then if it does, they run out by the time the sale comes. Everything says either shake, grams only, or echo brand which is overpriced for an eighth. This is ridiculous and extremely frustrating. Who knows if this industry will ever catch up with the rest of the World where you can count on getting something that you want when you go. Thank you for another Wednesday without any product that I would like to buy. I guess I’ll go somewhere else ,again. Lame.

Socorro, the girl checking in patients was absolutely amazing. She was extremely patient with me while ordering as well as answering all my questions with a smile.

Sometimes when you visit, yes there is a line and the wait can be long, but it's not do bad. Say hello to someone online with you and make a new friend. The staff can only move as fast as the customer they are working with. Stay patient while waiting and you will be happy you did. The flower is great quality here, the staff are knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Thank you.

This particular Bloom outlet ranks as a premier dispensary in the valley for one reason and one reason alone. That’s the remarkably sharp, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and down-right charming receptionist they have working their front desk. I believe her name is Paradise, and she’s the only reason I think twice before rushing through with a phone order.

I like Bloom , they have the best prices on grape Ape in the valley, picked up an 1/8 ,Sunday and they gave me a extra discount because I'm a senior! Service is ok, nobody seems happy, must not be a good place to work!

Great price great buds consistently

Overall I am a fan of blooms but on two occasions this patient has come in with her 3-4 Yo child. The child is not a patient I asked. This kid just screams at the top of her lungs. The whole time she waited. #1 im sorry but a dispensary is not a place for any child unless that is a patient. #2 When you have no choice then order online and keep the screaming out of the patient waiting area.#3 I dont think it is wrong to ask that person to wait outside, when there is such a disruption. There were literally a half a dozen people who were voicing the same opinion.
