When I first got my card I didn't really even go to bloom but this last 1.5/2 years I've only went there unless I was in the Phoenix then I'd go to any one that was closest to my location I've learned my lesson... I will find a bloom down in Phoenix area if I'm there now with the Sedona Bloom I love each and everyone of the employees there they've always made me feel welcome and they know there product... I hope if I ever go to another bloom they make me feel just as wanted Thank you bloom team

Staff absolutely rock! Always on point with their recommendations. Products are constantly rotating so make sure if you’re a repeat customer to see if they’ve picked up any news strains!

I would say the only thing that really was bad was their employee named Hailey. She has an awful attitude and dosent want to answer peoples questions. Clearly this isnt the place for her. Sad that this can impact the business by deterring people

I got the double purple urkle kush yesterday and it is damn good.

I was excited to use my new card for the first time in my hometown of Sedona. I am really interested in learning about the different offered products and strains. The check in person was less than friendly without any type of greeting. The budtender was friendlier but still seemed to want me to just move it along. The way the waiting room is set up the people behind you are in sight and it feels like you are rushed, which is too bad, as I would have bought more product. I was very happy with the deal offered for a first time buyer and I loved trying Double Dream( mellow, relaxing) for the first time. Their prices for flowers do seem good though they have far more edibles than anything else. More a place to pick your product and go.. next time I'll study the menu online and make my choices prior to the visit.

Thank you Nick for the best experience ever! You made our few hours worth the ride from Phoenix! We came to Sedona at a wrong time for a hike due to the festivities and Nick led us another to direction and allowed us to enjoy our stay! I can not thank you enough for that experience! Not only that he provided excellent patient service! We’ll be back for sure!

Reception/budtenders were awesome and kind, mgmt weirdly rude joked about my budtender sucking, for no reason he was literally great. Quality clearly reflected in price, best deal 15$3g shake. Like the zen garden vibe.

I use to enjoy coming here but lately the experience is awful. The people are either to preoccupied to engage with you or if they choose to do so it is in a condescending manner. The biggest problem though is the lack of organization which leads to long lines, inconsistent service and upset people.
