Curaleaf - Sedona

Love it. I love all the people. From maybe katelynn (and the others) up front when to checking in to the bud tenders in the back especially the tall skinny gentlemen there regularly.

I was in Sedona and took an adventure to find Bloom. Right in the heart of downtown Sedona, well just a bit off, kinda hard to find, but so far so good. Will update with product review

I’ve been here a few times since they switched over from bloom and I’m very impressed! They always have sales and if they don’t, they have reasonably priced alternatives. Medical even gets a discount! I will definitely continue to come here, even if it means a small drive every couple of weeks 😊

I love Sedona Bloom I rather this particular location. It's always clean there always someone to greet you . Quality of bud is righteousness. The bud tenders here are always on point! Always know their information on different types of strains, absolutely love this spot!

Read every NEGATIVE review about this joint. This place is proof positive their reviews are FAKE. No way a business with so many Negative reviews can be rated so high. FAKE NEWS REVIEWS!!! Immoral to treat Patients, some disabled like me and even rec. users in such a manner. Close this business down!

great customer service and great deals

Extremely disappointed as a VIP customer for over 4 years, I went to Sedona CL, walked in 7:58, after a guy walked out with goods & I was happy I made it on time to get the special, waited at the empty counter only to be told minutes later “we are closed!! If you were at the counter like you are paid to be you would have checked me in before 8pm, not to mention your door was open! Just after someone walked out I go in standing at the empty counter waiting? Doors should be locked if your closed, period! I have Spent thousands $$$ at Cureleaf, not to mention friends and family who will now ship elsewhere, and those 2 employees know me well enough to know I’m one of their VIP customers, who also always over tips the same guy that also refused serve me when the doors are still open, which just makes this a worst situation. Now I missed the special that I went there for to begin with, a special that has now ended! So next special I will now be cashing in my $80+ points and spending my money else where in the future where great customers are actually appreciated. I refuse to go back to a store, with open doors and that just served a previous customer only to see and deal the same two bad employees that could care less whether your a customer or VIP customer. This doesn’t look good for locals who help this store to survive! If your door is open, than you serve your customers and than lock the door after, period, very bad business practice and the girl was extremely rude to me. NEVER AGAIN!!

The associate behind the counter was very welcoming and kind. She talked a bit about my selections (online order) and once she discovered why I chose the products I did, she made recommendations for my next visit to Curaleaf based off my personal cannabis needs! Thank you Curaleaf Sedona!

Amazing products and even better prices

Very disorganized staff, Med Card holder so guy at front (he was nice) said I would be next in. After 5 recreational customers went in before me (3 of which walked in after me), I went next only becuase I spoke up. Asked the budtender best bang for buck for edibles/gummies and she mentioned select gummies were 20% off. I had to ask reg price and she said $16 (which would be $12.80 after 20% off). I asked if any cheaper and she said $9 for same 100mg THC (Hello? $9 < $12.80). Asked about flower and she seemed to get impatient with me. A security dude came over to whisper something to her, and left when I pulled out cash. I felt very unwelcome, like my questions were a nuisance. She also mentioned 20% off entire medical order if I spent $100. I did and she changed the terms. The staff clearly is looking for profit /commission over what the Medical Patient is asking for (best value). I would go back but will not ask them for recommendations, instead I'll check the app prices/descriptions first.

I love the organization and the cool vibe at Curaleaf dispensary in Sedona. The dispensary is Top-Of-The-Line and five star rating with the highest quality products. All of the staff members are polite, and very knowledgeable. The front desk girl was so helpful and such a professional angel. She called management to the front when I had an issue or concern. Kevin the manager was so great and has great regards to communication skills and finding a solution for any matters at hand. My budtender Mathew was very well skilled and knows a lot about the different strains and THC strengths & so forth. I give you guys 5 stars!!!!
