Wonderful staff here. I am not sure what others are talking about, I've been going here since they opened and the manager Phil is excellent at customer service and will do whatever it takes to help you with whatever you need. The bud tenders all have ample knowledge of there stock and are always friendly and willing to share what they know. I have worked with a guy named Leo, who is very friendly, fun and knowledgeable. They also have the cheapest bud around and it's usually a quick in and out. Overall, this is a small, quaint establishment with good staff and pre-packaged bud. ♥

For the second week in a row I tried to buy their special $39 for 1/2 oz inhouse flowers but they told me they were sold out... so buyer beware because I don't know it this is a bait-and-switch strategy or just plain incompetence - in either case it is frustrating so we'll see what happens next week, assuming they still have the special

I use to enjoy coming here but lately the experience is awful. The people are either to preoccupied to engage with you or if they choose to do so it is in a condescending manner. The biggest problem though is the lack of organization which leads to long lines, inconsistent service and upset people.

I visited Bloom Sedona yesterday for the first time. The dispensary has a good energy that’s evident right when you walk through the door. Kyle, my budtender was extremely friendly and helpful. The best part, awesome product! The flower I purchased is excellent along with the edibles. If your in Sedona, check it out and ask for Kyle, you won’t be disappointed!

Screw the bad reviews you guys rock and the line is easy to just wait for your products stop whining ! I made a mistake on ordering online a pre roll and asked if I could change the strain ? And they were cool with it ! And to top it off I I was short a 1.30$ For adding a lighter to my two orders of a 8th and pre roll and they still hooked me up! These folks are so professional and really nice I’m definitely coming back ! And good prices too ! Bloom has made a customer outta me !

I’ve been here a few times since they switched over from bloom and I’m very impressed! They always have sales and if they don’t, they have reasonably priced alternatives. Medical even gets a discount! I will definitely continue to come here, even if it means a small drive every couple of weeks 😊

When I first got my card I didn't really even go to bloom but this last 1.5/2 years I've only went there unless I was in the Phoenix then I'd go to any one that was closest to my location I've learned my lesson... I will find a bloom down in Phoenix area if I'm there now with the Sedona Bloom I love each and everyone of the employees there they've always made me feel welcome and they know there product... I hope if I ever go to another bloom they make me feel just as wanted Thank you bloom team

I love Sedona Bloom I rather this particular location. It's always clean there always someone to greet you . Quality of bud is righteousness. The bud tenders here are always on point! Always know their information on different types of strains, absolutely love this spot!

Amazing products and even better prices

Very disorganized staff, Med Card holder so guy at front (he was nice) said I would be next in. After 5 recreational customers went in before me (3 of which walked in after me), I went next only becuase I spoke up. Asked the budtender best bang for buck for edibles/gummies and she mentioned select gummies were 20% off. I had to ask reg price and she said $16 (which would be $12.80 after 20% off). I asked if any cheaper and she said $9 for same 100mg THC (Hello? $9 < $12.80). Asked about flower and she seemed to get impatient with me. A security dude came over to whisper something to her, and left when I pulled out cash. I felt very unwelcome, like my questions were a nuisance. She also mentioned 20% off entire medical order if I spent $100. I did and she changed the terms. The staff clearly is looking for profit /commission over what the Medical Patient is asking for (best value). I would go back but will not ask them for recommendations, instead I'll check the app prices/descriptions first.

Love the location, it’s tucked behind a lot of the small shops off the strip. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Visiting from Phoenix and happy to see a clean dispensary up in the red rocks.

Forget the overprices and attitude at Harvest of Cottonwood. Sedona is where to go.
