Awesome friendly service with great product at competitive prices. Shopped in-store yesterday with ace budista Nic B who is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Diem products and gets a special shout out from me. I appreciated his help finding me the last of a tasty strain that I have been enjoying. Online ordering for delivery is quick and easy. Usually less than an hour to arrive, once it was barely thirty minutes! Lots of other pleasant, helpful staff--Austin, Bridget, Chris, Jericho, and a bunch more whose names escape me at the moment... I've been twice. Once a long time ago and just today I used the delivery service. I just wanted to say thank you so much for braving the hazardous smoke! Very helpful as I shouldn't leave the house. The extra card fee is of no issue because I was glad you took card at all! The weed is excellent.

really liked this place for BUD, was gonna have some oil delivered, but when I called and tried to have 2 grams delivered that their Leafly page SAID could be delivered, they said the gram i wanted was not available for delivery? literally put a huge damper on my day.

Been super friendly every single time. I haven’t used the delivery yet but based on the customer service during my in store visits I will definitely be trying it out.

Phenomenal service, great prices, great business

Used to be good... Not so much now - why fix things that aren't broken? Diem has seemed to raise prices and remove all the good deals. Happy Hour Deal is gone, and daily deals have been reduced. Guess they need more money? Unfortunate as Diem used to be the only shop in Salem I would go to, but now that prices are higher and deals are worse than other shops in the area, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Right by my work and they always have good deals. The only thing I REALLY have an issue with is not getting alerts for my orders. I have waited literally all day to get the email that my order is ready, never get one, but when I call the store or go in it’s always, “yeah, it’s been ready!” Yet, right after I pick up, I get the alert that my order has been picked up. Other than that annoying thing, I love this dispensary. It’s clean, well lit, lots of selection and it’s in my top 3 favorite dispensaries around town.

Service was good but products were not. I got a vape pen and it tipped over for 10-15 minutes half of it was gone.... I only took a few puffs off it the other night and it tipped over again... woke up it all gone. I didnt get to enjoy it and wasted my money.

Interesting how right after I call to check on my order and am told they don't use leafly and just sold out of my order (recieved a confirmation message and everything) they remove the product I ordered from their menu on leafly...
