Finally got to experience Dispensary 33. It is right on a corner in a great little area. The inside is very sparse and packs a nice little variety of flower, books, glass and vapes. The staff was nice. I did feel a little "out of place" but I'm sure it will be more comfortable as I get to know them.

These guys are truly the best! Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. And their shop is absolutely gorgeous.

I've been a customer at D33 for a few years. Each staff person there is warm and friendly. I've had experience with 2 other dispensaries when this highlight came more to my attention.

Easy pre-open check in, got my text about 90 min later. Once inside the employees helped me pick a few strains and guide me to a good cartridge. Fast, easy check-out and quick order filling. 35 minutes from getting my text to out the door. Will be back!

The products make this place more like a pot boutique (I am a medical patient), because there are relatively few items offered, and the prices are usually rather uncomfortably high, with few or no items offered at prices anyone would call a bargain. They tell customers that there are just a few products offered because they only offer the best of the best, but that is really not something that I can personally verify. However, I have gotten products from other dispensaries that seem to me just as good as what this one offers, at least if I am selective. The staff are lovely to the person, so I have no issue with them. However, they DO have a communication issue! On several occasions I have sent messages to info@dispensary33.com, which is the address that THEY have told me to use for general email inquiries, and on close to half of those occasions I have simply gotten no reply, period. What's up with that, Dispensary 33? Do they just blow off email messages because they can't be bothered? Even if that isn't the real reason, that's the way it looks to a customer waiting eternally for an answer that never arrives. The only reason I give them 3 stars for service is because of that non-answering of so many email messages. It is also annoying, because as often as not when I call them, a person doesn't answer, and the caller is given no opportunity to leave a voice mail message, leaving email as the one and only option. It's poor policy to pretend that customers don't exist just because it's too much hassle to answer their email messages. If it's a staffing issue, then they need more staff, end of story.

Dispensary 33 treats their patients like friends instead of customers. The staff are very personable and really know about and believe in their product. I am very happy with Dispensary 33 and highly recommend it.

Awesome new addition to Chicago. The staff is very knowledgable and very welcoming. Feels good to be able to medicate knowing I'm legit. Patiently awaiting the tinctures to arrive.

This place nails what I want from a dispensary. The staff is all extremely helpful, the system is nice and the product is quality. Even with the made rush they took the time to explain the Nuances if each strain. My budtender Claude was informative and gave me some great recommendations. The age of the black market is over in Chicago, and the new age of Apple store like dispensaries is here!

My new church. D33 is an amazing place. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgable and understanding. From day one I felt no pressure or intimidation being there. Everything I have gotten here has been A+.

D33 is in a class all it's own. Great product assortment, an easy to order system, and knowledgeable staff set them apart from the others. The option of curb side pick up is the real game changer! I look forward to even an even better experience once the expand!

First time recreational experience at this amazing dispensary, placed my order online, was able to pick it up within 15 min on lunch and still had time to eat....price on menu includes tax so you know exactly what you need, and staff was excellent, well informed and ready to help, I'll definitely be back

D33 is the chillest dispensary in IL. Great vibes and staff with real knowledge on products. Music is always A1 I Always feel like I'm in a neighborhood shop where everyone knows everyone. When I preorder I find it easier and I don't feel rushed when it's busy.

I'm a medical patient. Ive been here twice. I'm going to switch. I think this dispensary is mostly catering to rec users. That's not a bad thing, but I needed them to answer their phone to tell me about the process of coming in so I knew what I was doing and to be a little patient with me. I've had a concussion and also have PTSD so I'm super nervous around all the people I dont know and I space out alot as a method of keeping myself calm. I've been yelled at and given irritated looks for being slower to respond. I'm use to it, but seriously this place was medical first and I feel they should be a bit more patient even if they are irritated. It's about half of the staff that I feel are really nice and the other half are there to work and don't have time for you. I think this dispensary bit off a bit more than it should have too soon to do business with rec users and at the same time cater to med patients. I know a rec user who LOVES this place and the employees, though. So it really is a case by case basis. Quality of the product is good. My friend has had some issues with them selling product that should have been returned such as a vape pen that had less of the juice stuff than he paid for. They also dont keep things on stock how they should, not even for med patients. This is comparing them to how they were before covid, so that is important to mention. Maybe there is a supply chain issue. I already mentioned service, so I'll expand on the atmosphere. It has a more upbeat, friendly more-so rec kind of atmosphere. I honestly was expecting it to be a bit more professional and calm. It is located on a very very busy corner with no parking lot. Thos may not be an issue for others, but it was for me. I guess, in conclusion, they just weren't the right fit.
