Best dispensary there is on the north side of Illinois..they carry just about anything a medical patient needs. My guy Harry picked out flower and a gram of dabs that was totally amazing right on the mark for wat I need to medicate..they actually have the new strains instead of running out they stay stocked up which that in itself is amazing cuz most dispensary will draw u in then say they just sold the last one this place doesn’t do that and their forbidden fruit is possiblely the best most beautiful bud I have ever seen..gotta get u an 8th of that fer sure..

I will ALWAYS use this dispensary and I have to drive pretty far. They have the very best patient representatives, great giveaways and always know their customers. I never have to wait and I can ask ALL the questions that I want and they answer honestly. A++++

I’ve been shopping at this dispensary for over 6 months. Never had any issues with anyone. Great friendly very kind staff always willing to help. When you call the call center those people are even nicer they’re so amazing they go above and beyond such amazing customer service. Last night I had a very horrible and terrifying experience while leaving the dispensary. They have a arm security guard that works there I’ve seen him constantly over the course of six months. I always say hello and goodbye to everyone. Yesterday was a little bit different as I passed him to go into the medical side I told him hello he mumbled something under his breath. As I passed him on my way out I once again told him happy holidays stay safe and warm because it’s two days before Christmas he didn’t mumble anything under his breath this time he didn’t respond to me. As I walked past the girl that sits at the front she said have a happy holiday I said the same to her everyone be safe waved and walked out. I am disabled with multiple sclerosis I am at the end stage of my diagnosis. I was parked in the only handicap spot they had in front of the building. As I open the door I threw my products in the backseat I took off my mask threw it into my car and I proceeded to remove my medical gloves off of my hands and threw them on the floorboard of my car. As I was dragging my disabled legs into my car across the floorboard I must have not realized that I kicked out the gloves out of my car. I had my 18-year-old child sitting in the front seat. I had my two youngest children sitting in the third row all the way in the back 11 and 12. I started to reverse my car out of the spot through the parking lot to go onto the main street had to yield to oncoming traffic and to wait my turn my head was turned the entire time looking behind me and looking into my camera to wait for the traffic slow to stop. At some point the security guard who happens to be over 6‘5“ tall at least 350 pounds solid who is aren’t made his way outside. As I’m waiting for oncoming traffic to pass I hear screams so I look forward and the security guard is flagging me down and screaming and flailing his arms in the air. I thought he was being kind and alerting me that I might have dropped something on the floor. So I proceeded to put my car in drive and I pulled up a little bit roll down my window and he screaming at me that I better get out of the car and pick up the gloves that I threw on the floor. I’m telling him I’m handicap and I can’t do that and I’m pointing to the yellow handicap placard hanging from my windshield. Yellow versus blue means in all 50 states I am considered to be the most disabled dying handicapped patient who cannot bend or walk more than a couple of feet therefore I have free parking and don’t have to pay for meters in all 50 states as I am one of the sickest people . He has his hand on his holster yelling at me that I better get out the car and he doesn’t give a F what I am! My 18 year olds and mom I’m scared he hasn’t gotten look for his hand it I’m gonna tell him I’m gonna go outside and pick up the gloves. My son opens his door and says you know what she just told you she’s handicap she can do it I’m gonna get out the car and do it for her. His responses you better do it before I can hold onto my son because I fear for his life he gets out of the car to pick up the gloves. As my son walks over to pick up the gloves he continues to yell and flail his arms at my child. I roll down the window and I told him he is a minor you better not addressing anything you have to say you talk to me you don’t look at him you don’t talk to him. He continues to scream and curse and all I could think about my poor children that are crying in the backseat the scared pill look on my 18 year olds face as he’s looking around desperately for a garbage can to throw my gloves away at this point gloves that we didn’t even realize were mine or not. I try to de-escalate the situation because my child is outside with this crazy guy who is armed and I’m yelling at him and crying I’m sorry leave my child alone. At this point I’m shaking I’m crying there is a local police department that’s right down the road I pull into the local police department because I couldn’t continue driving anymore and I was afraid he followed us. My 18 yo had to drive us home as I was shaking and my kiddos in the back seat were crying and scared. I love this dispensary they have great prices a great menu of medicine and now I’m afraid to go back to this place because of him. I’m also a caregiver for my mother who has dementia who lives with me so I buy all of her meds there too. I was afraid that he was going to shoot into my car with my children and they’re over a pair of medical gloves. As of this morning I’m still waiting for someone from the dispensary to get back to me. Immediately I called and reported the situation to the customer service number that answers all the calls for the dispensary. Gentleman that took my call was very kind very understanding and promised that he would be helping me every step of the way. People like this cannot get away with treating disabled handicap medical customers this way two days before Christmas after the last thing I said to him prior to this altercation was happy holidays stay safe and stay warm which he never responded to. Now I fear that he has access to my address in my personal information and we are a disabled household if he acted this way and treated me this way for a pair of gloves, what can I expect from him if he gets access to my personal info? Should I file a police report against him so they can be aware of him? I’m scared. My kids are scared. My mom with dementia is scared. 😞❤️🩹

They were really professional and very knowledgeable. I am a new patient, and they really helped me. The whole process was great. They have multiple waiting areas, and attend to you personally. The excellent person who helped me made really great suggestions.

Pros: Friendly and youthful staff, decent selection & weekly specials, punch card reward system, frequent raffles, regular e-mail communication.
Cons: Prices not especially competitive, location somewhat tucked away, space itself a bit small & clinical- not really a place to hang out beyond the duration of your transaction

CONS: Some of their Budtenders are efficient at their job with relatively good customer service, but most of the staff are not very knowledgeable about Cannibas. You can tell most tenders are stoners with an outfit.
Told me a device was in stock and they would hold this device ( the paraphernalia section said the Yocan Evo XL Plus was in shock, but it would not let me order. I called and they told me the website malfunctions in Paraphenelia and she would see if it was in stock. She said it was..anyways, to make it shorter, it wasn't and I had to go in the store because even after noting what she told me to in the invoice and when I got my products curbside...nothing of the sort. Luckily, they were open on the inside. I get in.......after waiting......for awhile... they tell me oh yah we have em let me go in back. ERRRRR. Out..oh we have the Rasta Yocan..ERR..OUT...really.. 45 minute drive for this bullshit. Oh..and I Left with the wrong size Banger because a tender told me it would fit my rig..clearly he has no idea what he is talking about.
Curbside pick-up the one chick that does it all the time is rude, slow, and clueless. No knowledge either. Pathetic...
Ordered 3 weeks ago, 3 grams of concentrate, 1 gram RSO.. i get there..missing a gram. I wasn't charged, but it was out of stock... HERE WE GO AGAIN FOLKS.
CRESCO LABS Buddar I ordered had no seal, had leaked into the cap, had no substance it was all liquidy (yes..i put it in the freezer even) and it weighed a half G. CRESCO and Elevele still no response.
I have emailed as well as contacted them directly and they still have not got back to me after I filed complaints and I was pleasant on top of it..
THE ONLY REASON I go there are these PROS:
Axtria Verano, BGrows, and a few other brand's products they carry are FLAME. Cresco Buddar and a Rhythm disposable are the only two products I got that were faulty, but other than that..ouu weeeee. RSO is fire!
The variety of strains and concentrates continues to grow. When I first started going early this year of 20, they only had Crumble in 2 strains everytime I ordered or went. I mentioned Shatter and a week later..BOOM. Shatter..2 weeks later.. BOOM. Diamonds, hash, buddar, crumble, snap and pull shatter, almost every type of live resin/concentrate and diff. Strains weekly now. The RSO selection has grown enormously as well.
I never go back places with bad customer service, but it is the closest being 45 minutes away and the product is DANK. Buds have almost no stems if any too. Latest date manufactured I have bought was 3 weeks old. FRESH, DANK, MUUUAHH.

They close super early for someone who lives 40 minutes away and has to work everyday .Came in at 5:58 once and was denied entry even though I had just needed to pick an order up I had placed already . lady in the front is always super stale and irritated. Other than that good dispo just be more understanding with the closing time and get rid of the lady in front .

This is my 3rd dispensary in IL and so far they have been excellent. Quality staff. Knowledgeable. Huge selection. Fair prices. Quality rewards program. Quick in and out with an easy express ordering system. Highly recommend.

The store itself is great and I have been coming since Elevele opened as a medical patient, but the overcomplicated ZenLeaf support process, which is through a call center in Florida, truly leaves a lot to be desired.
It took over 2 hours to get a simple issue resolved via 5 phone calls, and I will not call them again. if you need support, physically go to the store and talk to the manager (don't bring product with you back to the store) and hope they can help you. You cannot call, all phone numbers lead to the call center, they have truly turned away from positive customer support.
Wanted to add that I was offered a 15% coupon to adjust my review to 4+ stars on google (specifically google), I only say that as how can you trust any reviews they have when they are bribing people to change the honest reviews to positive reviews.

This is the only dispensary I have used since receiving my medical cannabis card in September of 2018. I do not think I would want to change to any other. They have been extremely patient with me and my wife. My wife is my caregiver and has gone with me for almost every visit. They have been very helpful on getting my chronic pain under control without much help from opioids. In the beginning I expected a utopia for my pain, however, I have learned that this is not to be.
The atmosphere is very bright and welcoming. The only issue we have with Elevele is that the room is very noisy when they are busy. The room needs some kind of sound abatement. But, this issue is very minor when it comes to the care, professionalism, patience, personal attitudes, etc, etc, etc. that one receives from these wonderful people: GREAT PEOPLE!
The people are so great that we can have fun with them. We like to interact with people and they are great!
