Terrible prices. Terrible selection product and customer service. Couldn’t even address my email I recently sent asking about why it seems profit comes before quality and patient care. Didn’t notice I stopped coming for half a year. Don’t come here.

Rolan at the call center took the time to call each individual store to try to find what I was looking for this is some of the best customer service I've ever experienced.

Great place! Everyone that works here is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The weed in Illinois is very dry thus the 4 stars for quality, however not Elevele’s fault I know. I HIGHLY recommend.

Love that there is pretty much no wait time, 1-2 minutes. And they seem to always have an updated menu online so I can go there and get what I was looking for. (Mag landrace) is great

there only objective is to make money they dont care about there patients. been let down by them more then once and always get rude remarks from employees when I ask questions they dont like. never spending my money there again.

Like that they are staying true to the medical marijuana community, no Rec sales. Has a welcoming vibe, staff is both knowledgable and friendly. Very comfortable atmosphere.
