I’ve been to pretty much all the dispensaries in the Mesa/ Gilbert area, as well as some in the Phoenix and Tempe area. And I can tell you this is my absolute favorite dispensary. The only thing that would make it better is if they had longer hours.
For someone with very severe social anxiety, the budtenders here always know how to calm me down and make me feel at home. They’re so warm and welcoming every time and form a personal bond that makes me excited to go back.
And don’t even get me started on the weed. Oh my god the quality of their flower is always on point 👌🏼 Just from that alone is enough for me to drive 30 minutes out of my way and pass 2 other dispensaries just to come here. I’ll just leave it at that. Emerald is the best. Ok bye. Smoke the good kush.

I had Ryan as my budtender who listened to my issues I was having & really took his time to explain each product!!! It was awesome I love this place and will continue to bring my business to them & recommend Emerald to everyone I know!!! From the moment you walk in you are treated very professionally & with awesome customer service!!! So thank you Ryan & everyone at Emerald for such an amazing experience!!!! You guys ROCK!!!

The first time I went here was just awesome and every visit since then.. The most upbeat, educational place ever. They have so many special, senior discounts and points to boot.. I am really grateful to find a dispensary that offers so much .... Well done guys

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that there's more than a 30-minute wait to pick up Leafly orders that are already ready. it was well over an hour wait for those who had not done leafly orders I will not be back
Nice store, terrible parking and discreet location. Staff are mediocre and products are just okay. Overall experience, average and satisfactory. Thanks for not being pushy and rude. 🇺🇸🤙🏽😎

this place has nothing but crap and their donations suggest that your at some exotic type of store. meds are bunk and the service is shit . you guys should reexamine your suggested donations and your quality . 455 an oz who do you think you are , get a clue chumps

I’ve been to 3 curaleaf locations because of their deals online and every time I have gone they are out of everything they advertised for. At this particular location, the staff was extremely unpleasant.
It’s really a shame after being a 3 year medical patient here that the quality and flower has gone tremendously down in the sense where it feels like they almost don’t even care what they’re selling people or even make sure that it even smells nice. The curing of their bud doesn’t seem to be to effective as every single time I pick up from the bottom or middle shelf it is always dry has no smell and usually has one seed, i’ve been back here a couple times this past year Just to be constantly disappointed by the lack of quality in the bud but also the lack of deals that are here and the deals that are available are for garbage flower strains that they are clearly just trying to get rid of at a lower price this dispensary is notorious for having low THC percentages on the top shelf now which makes no sense considering the fact that the terpene levels also don’t represent top shelf either it is usually Little to no taste in these flower strains (on a lot of these flower strains) unless you get lucky and buy some type of OG strain but even then you’re still playing a game a chance I really would like to have my mind changed about this dispensary but unfortunately I’ve tried many times to change it myself I bought top shelf on multiple top occasions, I have even bought concentrates and I don’t have much to say for really anything else about this dispensary quality has gone tremendously down and it’s clear that whoever operation or runs this place doesn’t have much knowledge in the marijuana industry and probably only ingests edibles or can’t actually make sure the quality matches the price especially the flower quality, it ain’t hard to make sure you have quality flower especially when your 8ths cost so much for some boo boo ass weed

Terrible experience today. Started off with a terrible way of almost a half hour in a crowded not sure I could even call and waiting area. After all that was told now they only take Visa as a credit card payment no longer do they take MasterCard so today was nothing but a complete waste of my time. To top it off nobody there really cares at all. Definitely will not be back ever
The wait times seem to be long on Fridays, especially when they have additional deals on top of their daily deals. I preorder every time I go, usually my name is being called before I can finish withdrawing money from the ATM. Monday is my favorite daily deal w/ a BOGO 8th on Aeriz flower. I preorder as soon as I get the message announcing the deal and it’s ready within 15-30 minutes, or when I come and get it after work.
Front desk was so busy they could not place online pickup orders in the correct order. Myself and one other person ended up being being skipped multiple times before It was noticed our my cards were in a completely separate pile. I dont like to make a stir, but when I'm waiting as long as someone who didnt order online,(40 + minutes) theres a problem.

I came in for the free pre role, if I wore a star wars shirt. I searched high and low, looking for a starwars shirt and all stores were sold out! I decided to have a little fun with it and make my own star wars shirt! When I went to emerald I was met with a rude budtender that told me to stop cutting corners and that he wasn't going to honor the free pre roll. He was rude, standoffish, and really brought down my great mood. Where is the love ?!?!? I went to three other dispensaries and was met with laughs and good conversation when they read the shirt! They all honored thier deal and gave me a free pre role UNLIKE EMERALD. Its a shame that this man is bringing down emeralds normally stellar reputation. I will not be coming back unfortunately.

I came to this dispensary with prior hesitation as I have heard negative and somewhat positive things about emerald.. With my own experiences I can tell you the front desk help is as friendly as it gets in there. I was excited as a new patient trying to get the BOGO deal for 7 grams, when I notified my budtender of this he states very rudely “ we don’t do that here, we sell BOGO quarters”, then I ask him (which I already knew) “a quarter is 7 grams, right?” And he goes on to tell me how I can’t call a quarter 7 grams.. The whole situation was very confusing and my budtender had a crappy look on his face the moment I stepped up.. sadly this will be the last visit from me, this just goes to show “Love” and “Care” for patients is not valued at emerald..😞

places like this that price gouge medical patients for mediocre meds should be ashamed of themselves. The price is a direct result of mindset for the industry. Tell me how there are so many dispensaries in the valley and the price on these realistically mid quality flowers keeps getting more expensive? How can people be expected to take a naturalist route if everyone is charging more for a gram of flower and concentrate than for a gram of gold?

I love emerald but REAL TALK quality of meds is going DOWN seeds in everything prices are NOT going down they used to have flower on special for 35 an 8th almost every day, haven't seen it in months. Maui is NOT top shelf there are TONS of seeds look close when u break it up they're premature. I want the old emerald back!

I've been going to this dispensary on a regular basis and overall have been satisfied. The flower has all been good however I recently purchased half oz of lemon og and although I loved the effects of this strain , very sedating , I was not happy to have found 3 seeds so far . I also noticed after only 2 days a top shelf strain was now moved down to the next tier. I understand u run specials and things but it was a brand new top shelf strain Wednesday and Friday it's 1 tier down ? The gal that usually helps me is very nice but has never gone out if her way to tell me much about the strains I always have to ask a lot of questions where the other places are very proactive in providing info and ensuring I'm educated and informed. I do enjoy the edibles but also found potency to vary greatly. I bought a few cookies on sale and they felt weak , in fact I ate half a cookie one night and forgot I even ate it due to no effect. I'll still return but have seen a few things thst kinda made me question this shop at times

Tenesha the hostess was awesome very friendly! Service was horrible. Asked a simple question and she couldn't even answer the question she just kept same thing over and over again. Very rude. Called back for a mistake and the guy was rude as well over the phone! Terrible. Hopefully next time I come in it will be better.

Was a first time patient and kinda knew what I wanted before walking in due to looking at the menu on lefly. I was helped by Cole who was very knowledgeable and very helpful and I appreciate that a lot Cole because I usually feel like I'm being rushed at other dispensers but not here so thanks man!! All in all I got great service so I'm happy!

Once I found the place it went downhill from there...Receptionist was on the phone and ignored me...once I finally picked my flower...they were all out of it! Not thrilled! 1st time BOGO was worth the hassle but I won't go back.
