I usually would get good service when I visit here but this time. when they had the 10 percent members discount my card, you buy 7 1/8 and the 8th Is free. my card was always honored puch for puch. I had needed only one more punch before I received my free 1/8. instead they tried to hustle me and said I needed two while we're looking at my one slot that needed punched... I was there, so I bought the two and got my free one. Thanx for nothing guys. Won't be back.

I've always liked Emerald and have gone there almost exclusively, however, on my most recent visits i have noticed they are not stocking soapstone the way they used to. Now most of their soapstone is going to their Phoenix store. So I ask the budtender, "Hey so whats the deal? Since you guys arent keeping this stuff stocked, can i order it from the Phoenix store and pick up here?." Without hesitation, the budtender says, "Nah, we sell it all on Shatterdays now." I say, "Ok well the main reason I come here is for the soapstone." again he says, "Yeah we sell it all in shatterdays." "OK well I'm considering not coming back if you guys arent going to have it in, i don't want to have to go from Chandler all the way to Dunlap, its a 40 minute drive." budtender replies, "Here, you have 378 points have a good one." What in the hell?! How about addressing the customer concern and not standing there like a dolt with your thumb in your butt? jeeze! i have always loved emerald, bur, no variety on the soapstone? No concessions for a customer who has used your dispensary exclusively for 3 years? C'mon man! Get it together!

Who the hell cares about atmosphere when they suggested donations are WAY to high and the quality is just OK. The people that work here are nice but the bud SUCK for how unfair their suggested donations are. Used to go there all the time. then there donations went threw there roof and the quality is a joke..
I don't know how the owners sleep at night knowing how bad they rip people off. I walked in looked around and just walked back out.. This shops a waist of any ones time and should just be shut down..

They have maybe 3 strains of good medication. Not to mention they want 130 for a quarter of it. so I don't even get my medication from here anymore. The only thing the had going for them were their edibles, but they can't e.ven have common courtesy and update there leafly menu so people will know before driving all the way over there. This place is a joke don't waste your time. I hope this place fails miserablely. They are a disgrace to the medical marijuana dispensaries!

Love, love, love the Gilbert location! I've only been twice, and both experiences have been very pleasant. The receptionists were warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time in answering questions and educating this newbe and their suggestions were spot on. Whenever possible, Emerald will be the place I shop!

I saw the "Emerald Leaf" edible line on the greenhouses menu the other day. Today I decided to go give them a try as there have been potency & consistancy issues the green halo LLC infusion line and I needed a potent edible for pain relief. The product line looks great! Big savory, tasty, & POTENT bakery items that you will recognize if you ever frequented onyx in Peoria. Judging off of there regular fudge brownie (80 MG THC & 60 MG CBD) I would say a half is more then enough for a majority. For ultimate relief and hours of sleep eat the whole! Can't wait to try more of these! Great job guys & hope to see you soon!

Felt like I was being rushed. Like I was an inconvenience. Budtender had one word answers for my questions. She didnt ask me any questions like a couple other places did. No effort to match the strain to my ailment. When asked about testing she just said they go through the meds so fast that they dont have time to get the results. ??? This is medicine and knowing what I'm putting in my body is important to say the least. Meds sub-par. Prob why they dont tell you the test #'s. THC% must be pretty low. Price was decent. I just had to smoke twice the meds to get any pain relief.

During your buy one get one sale today Friday y’all need to get your stuff together. It was a madhouse people coming in and out pushing to the door standing too close to each other it all didn’t even have a line for people who didn’t want to deal like I can go and I was just wait 30 minutes to not utilize your deal that seems like poor planning on yawls part you had 10 counters one of them can be express for your regular customers

very unhappy with last visit. went to return a KIND battery( the expensive one in the kit) that they sold me when my battery they gave me stopped working and woundlt return that back in OCT so i purchased one. now that doesnt work and they have to get approval to return a battery they SOLD me..basically too bad come back later and maybe we can do something...

I've gone here regularly for a while, just because it's the closets dispensary to me, but enough is enough. First, good luck ever ever trying to call them. All I want to do is make sure what I want is in stock, but most of the time they just put you on hold and never actually answer.
The 55 dollar half oz's are a total scam. Its flower that they couldn't sell at any reasonable price because the quality is so bad. The stuff won't even get you high most of the time. They barely know whats a hybrid, indica or sativa. The only decent one is ak-1995, which they've tried to sell me as a hybrid one time, and the next time they told me it was a sativa. Yesterday I picked up sedona kush which was a indica last time I came in and a hybrid when I picked it up. Worst flower I ever got.
The final straw though was when I learned they sell the same half oz's for on 35 dollars at there other location. Even they know the true value of this flower is a lot lower then what they try to sell it for. Total scam artists.

You know how a place is legit? When they have over 200 posiitive reviews. Not simply 50 with SOME good reviews. Meds are over priced. You're supposed to be non profit, not in competition with other dispensaries. Listen to the patients if you're wise and know what's best. Now we await your rude reply or "kill them with kindness" reply. No matter how hard you try on this site, like it or not, your business is still lacking.

Absolutely love this location I come here all the time and the people here are always nice!! Products even better! Now let me tell you this I'm not the type to leave a review. ever. However I felt like this one was necessary. I'm not quite sure when Bryce started to work there. However I definitely got the pleasure to meet him today let me tell you guys he is extremely rude. Acts like he does not care about his job. He completely ignored me I was thinking about asking to speaking with a manager I figured I just leave a review instead. Thanks for leaving a bad taste in my mouth Bryce. However I will be back!!

I can't believe the low quality of meds this place tries to sell.
They had good meds for one round like 6 months ago but that's it. The management allowed an email to go out to all patients showing each individual email address. Wow someone needs to be fired. They also charge $240 per half ounce which is highway robbery. I would recommend everyone try another dispensary in Phoenix. It is worth the drive and they would never send out every patients personal email. I hope the owner of this place realizes how much revenue he is losing with his current business model.

I really can't say enough good things about the Emerald Palace. I LOVE the daily specials and often the specials bring me in and encourage me to try strains I have not tried before! The staff there is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. It is a great place to go if you are looking for quality medicine and if your budget is tight make sure to check out the daily special!
Ever since this place changed from Emerald to Curaleaf it's gone to garbage. It started with the prices going up and now it seems like their process takes 100 times longer than it should. I did an online order, got the text to come get it and still had to wait 20-30+ mins one day. Ordered again when I got there I was told the wait was 15-20 min. Over 20 mins later still waiting. I asked how much longer because I'd been there so long at this point I had to hurry to take care of something urgent. I was told it would be 10-15 mins to get the text to go in then another 10-15 mins when I get inside. As I walked back to my car someone came out and told me I could go take care of what I needed to then come back and they would get me in next when I got there. I'd still have to wait the 10-15 mins once inside. Ridiculous! I just left. I appreciate them getting me back in right away if I had to go and come back but at that point if I didn't have to hurry it would have taken me another 30-40, that's over an hour of just waiting. That's unexceptable. I literally just left, ordered at another dispo, got the text back to pick up while on the way there, went there, was in and out in literally 5 mins, and got home before I would have made it home from here. Oh and I ended up getting a better deal because they had re-upped. Think about that... I was in and out of a dispo in 5 mins but it takes this place 40+ mins just to wait when you get there. It was the same time of day, 10 mins away. All in all this place just doesn't give AF.
The city if Chandler has a 7.8% sales tax rate. Curaleaf has made it a rate of 15% with the new "taxes included" policy change in comparison to the old prices.

I come in here pretty frequently, I currently have 300 something points (that I definitely will not be using!).
I came in from Mesa for the 40% off timeless cartridges and bought 4. When I got home I found one of the cartridges didn’t work. I called and Alyssa told me it was no problem I can come exchange it with the receipt within 30 days. So a few days later I go in to exchange it and they were out of full gram cartridges so Eric and Katie offered me two half gram cartridges costing $15 more. It’s completely absurd they wouldn’t exchange the gram cartridge that wouldn’t work for a gram’s worth of cartridges that do work for the same price. Horrible service, I will never go back and will highly recommend against this dispensary to everyone I know.

Decent looking shop, but not an inviting atmosphere. Prices are way too high ($130/Qtr, $455/Oz). Don't you guys keep up with what your competition is doing? Girl at the counter was no help in making selection, guy behind the desk has no clue. My first and last visit.

First off I gotta drop a name here, Tranica is freaking awesome. Always has something cool to say about my jacket (you’d have to be there to understand). The flower is usually decent however I’ve noticed they incorrectly label strains as indica or sativa... A LOT. Doesn’t matter too much for me, it just kinda sucks for new patients to not get what they think they’re getting. Honestly though other than Tranica and few select other people, this shop has a lot of... Not very knowledgeable people behind the counter. That and there’s one guy that honestly doesn’t understand the concept of customer service. Seems annoyed every single time I come to his counter. Coming from one of your guys biggest customers by the way, I max out my alottment exclusively with ya’ll. Kinda wish some of the guys and gals there would treat me and others a little better. 😕

Customer service was lousy the last time we visited. The person behind the counter had a bad attitude and mocked me. It seems that there is a lack of training.

I have a lot to say about my experience today at Emerald Palace. I'll start by saying I came here simply because of your "word to mouth" reputation amongst fellow card holders I know. I decided to stop in as a new patient today and was greeted very professionally by the Receptionist, then given and full rundown on the place and deals available to me. I waited patiently for no more than 3 min and was very impressed by the greeting and the atmosphere of the place. When I got to the budtender's counter is when my experience changed. I started out by asking my budtender about the different vape cartridges they have and he just gave me the most uncomfortable look and didn't say a word. Like I was suppose to know the differences in brand and price here at Emerald. Then he just asked me for my mmj card. (part of their process, but he didn't explain that or even acknowledge I just asked him a question.) I gave him my card. Then I got the same "why are you here" look. No words... So, I proceeded to ask my question again and still as of right now never got my answer... I was so uncomfortable because of this guy I ended up buying an edible I didn't really want, just so I didn't waste anyone's time and make the situation more awkward. Super let down. IF I ever decide to come back
I will not go to his counter. The edible was really good though!
