I love E.T. So much! Lanna is an amazing budtender. She always very friendly. Whenever she is working she always makes sure I'm well taken care of. There are others too that are great. I been to other places in town and they are not as good as E.T... the customer service and the prices are top notch at E.T. the new VIP program is a great deal.

What was not to like from the array of products and his staff that is friendly and educated it was good from the start awesome cartridges!! EJ and my favorite bud tender Lena are helpful nice and kind awesome people I love this dispensery!!

They know there is a problem with a item I wasnt the only one and they tell me no refunds or exchange when it's completely unusable and they know about then proceed to tell me "No returns on dabs when you leave the store" I call BS! But they did offer me 10% off my next visit LMAO I will never return to this place again! And tell everyone to avoid it like the plague!
