I have to say that this dispensary has very knowledgeable, polite and professional staff. I was going through some difficult times with pain from past injuries and horrible ptsd. Matt was the one that suggested CBD’S. He is always helpful and willing to listen to what you have to say. Thank you Essence

What a great place. I've smoked for 21 years but have never been in a Dispensary. Rise is close to me so I decided to go there. They also enticed me with the $99 oz specials. WHAT? So I drive there, it's about 6 minutes away from me, so that's great. I chit chat with the friendly security guard who opens the door for me. I didn't get any names, so sorry. But the guy in the front was very welcoming and when I mentioned the oz specials he was on it. Telling me his favorites, what they did etc. I almost expected an up sell. Like ''Sure you could get that for $99 but this for $240 is sooooo much better'' but there is nothing at all like that here. I got information from the guy who took my ID and then went into the ''store.'' Someone was there to help me right away. I got an Oz of OG Story and it was very easy to order. I went to the back of the store where a guy motioned for me to come to him and asked my name. Then I went to pay for it. It was on sale, so no first time customer discount, but I 100% expected that. And the employee even doubled checked with a Manager, which was really nice of him to do. I was pretty sure they were going to hand me a Ziploc bag of Oregano but NO! Full buds, no shake whatsoever, 22% THC. Packed in an adorable mason jar. I was super impressed. The store was clean, had a great atmosphere and was filled with very friendly employees. I got a percentage off the screens I bought and after the discount they were basically free. Like a kid on Christmas morning I hurried home to try out my new treasure. It broke up great, it was sticky, no dryness here at all. I love the taste, I love the relaxation, and yes, I am a bit euphoric. I highly recommend this Dispensary, and don't be afraid to try their $99 oz specials.

I've been a MMJ patient since 1997 and have visited many dispensaries over the years. I have been coming to Essence Henderson since its opening a year ago. We aim to provide an unmatched level of service and the highest quality, all-natural medical marijuana available in Nevada that is unsurpassed in taste and therapeutic qualities. This is part of their directive and it was proven to me during a recent visit. I had purchased an edible product that was mislabeled by the manufacturer and did not live up to Essence standard of quality. After contacting them on phone about the situation I took the remaining product back to them. Kelly... very understanding took excellent care of not only my medication needs but the whole situation. Over the past year I've gone a couple of times to other dispensaries in the Vegas area, but i have made Essence Henderson the only place for my MMJ needs. I've never been so calm and felt at home visiting a dispensary. The selection of strains as well as different types of products not to mention the prices are not the only reason i choose essence... It's the staff... Kelly was so kind and professional as well as the WHOLE staff. Essence stands behind what they offer and they stand next to you with all your needs... Five Stars to all the staff... The fist sentence of your directive says it all.

I just had to come here and post how great this place is. I came in today needing to get some weed because I was having a bad day and my anxiety was on 1000. As I was standing in line the manager was asking me how my day was. I was so upset I couldn't even really talk to him. I was able to get a few words out and told him I wasn't doing so good and just needed something to calm me down. When I got to the counter, the young lady there was so nice. I wish I can remember her name. She can clearly see I was so upset so she was helping me pick some strains that can help me relax. After I told her what I wanted she went and got my order and came back with a free preroll. She told me the manager said to give it to me. I really appreciate him for doing that for me. I will always be a customer of Essence. Everyone there at the Henderson location is so nice. I never had a bad experience with them. Thank you so much!♥️

I had such a great time at Essence tonight! Matt helped me and got me the perfect products for my illness. I absolutely loved how he knew every single bit of information I needed to get the right stuff and made it fun with a great attitude. Highly recommend Essence!!

Went this morning , and met Leigh , very delightful Bud Tender . She recommended a preroll I have never had ,it was one of “ Willy’s Reserve called “ Lady Silva “ . What a great product ! I knew it was gonna be good because , hey it is Willy Nelson and he has been a advocate for marijuana for over 60 years . Taste was simply amazing and the high is smooth and headband like . This dispensary is the most amazing dispensary I have been too. If you are from out of state, Essence is the dispensary to go and visit. The service and bud is excellent quality. This is honestly the spot to go to!

The budtenders, Security and the whole staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes the place is very busy, but it is always well worth the wait. They have a very good variety of flower.
