The location itself has a lot of parking. Check in is always fast. I've never had to wait in the lobby to go back to the showroom, which is a pretty good size and very nice. They have an online pick up, medical, and recreational line that gets you in and out fast. Also 10% off for locals and if your medical it brings it out to the exact price of the product. I dislike their pre rolls because they're ground too much never burns or your inhaling little bits. Their flower is good , although their top shelf could use a bit more indica choices, it's Vegas so a lot of sativas, but medical patients do use indicas for pain. The premium shelf however which is only $3 more there is a lot to choose from. Budtenders are very nice and knowledgable. Quick and kind.

This location is tucked away and needs a bit more signage! Don't remember my budtender as he did not introduce himself. Location was very busy. Overall I'm not disappointed, but not too pleased! I knew what I wanted before going in thanks to Leafly, but there was no mention of specials or recommendations!?

Absolutely the best that Vegas has to offer ... even though it's in Henderson. Everyone there is wonderful, but when it comes to quality of service, knowledge, and camaraderie, nobody beats Emily and DeSean. They make every trip educational as well as fun.

This was my first experience at this dispensary and this location. I traveled here all the way from North Las Vegas, as I was looking for a particular strain, and Leafly listed this location as the only one in Las Vegas who carried it. Ahrron (sp?) at the front door checked me in and registered me and my husband as first time visitors. He was friendly and efficient. Our Budtender Kris was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He had the strain that I was looking for, and even recommended another strain that had some of the benefits and qualities that we were interested in. We left with 2 different strains to try and because Kris was so straightforward with his information and recommendation, we walked away extremely happy customers. So glad we stopped in and we'll be back again!

Best staff!!! From Brandy who checks me in to Andrew who makes excellent conversation as well as advice on certain strains. Awesome variety, and I've seen them all here in vegas, but one things for sure. This is the best!!! Henderson only, trop store too busy and staff is overwhelmed to perform job like Henderson!!! Only Henderson, believe me it's worth the drive! (Even Cali can't beat this ship)

New to Nevada. Called to get advice on their menu and local dispensaries. The girl on the phone was really rude about how the industry here works, wouldn't give me any actual advice. I had to call back twice to talk to someone else, and they said "they believed the previous person answered my question". Unbelievable.

Stopped in (again) for some CBV Tropicana, closest to their L’Orange when available. Tropicana is a heady high which tastes and smokes great. Very piquant

Essence Dispensary is Marvelous! The staff is always so sweet, helpful and informative; not bad looking either. I love their point system where: the more you buy, the more points you get, which gives you more money to buy more. Not only do they have an array of cannabis products, but also cannabis equipage. I feel safe as there is security inside and out , the lighting inside is bright so you know what you are getting, it's a large place and kept very clean. This is homebase for me.

Went this morning , and met Leigh , very delightful Bud Tender . She recommended a preroll I have never had ,it was one of “ Willy’s Reserve called “ Lady Silva “ . What a great product ! I knew it was gonna be good because , hey it is Willy Nelson and he has been a advocate for marijuana for over 60 years . Taste was simply amazing and the high is smooth and headband like . Thanks Leigh !

This place is hands down the best in Las Vegas, the prices are the best in Las Vegas, you spend your money ,but you get more than just the product for your money, you get super great customer service, you get to talk to people like, OJ AND KENNY, LEEANN, RALPH ,AND URAIN, and believe me when I say they know what there talking about, I will not and I absolutely refuse to spend my money anywhere else.. forever loyal to essences

This dispensary is the most amazing dispensary I have been too. If you are from out of state, Essence is the dispensary to go and visit. The service and bud is excellent quality. This is honestly the spot to go to!
