It's the only dispensary I go to. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. My last visit, Gabe helped me. He was very helpful in assisting me.

Essence is the only dispensary to really go to on vegas

This was our first time visiting a dispensary and everyone was super friendly. Malu assisted us and she was beyond AMAZING she was very patient and answered all of our questions and really took the time to explain things to us which we loved! If you’ve never been to a dispensary I would definitely come check them out they’re super friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone just seems to have a great time with eachother. I just loved the over all feel, service and the flowers Malu suggested were as she described. THANK YOU GUYS!!! We’ll be back next trip!!!

I had such a great time at Essence tonight! Matt helped me and got me the perfect products for my illness. I absolutely loved how he knew every single bit of information I needed to get the right stuff and made it fun with a great attitude. Highly recommend Essence!!

What the HELL happened??! Customer service has gone down tremendously, they cater to their recreational clientele to the point that medical patients are treated second rate!! The budtenders dont have correct information on strains, and when they dont have a strain comparable to your medicine, they try to argue with you about your medicine!!! Not to mention sky rocketed prices!!! I HATE what this place has become!!!

They help me out with my anxiety, nausea & medical problems. I honesty didn’t think it was going to work out so well ! I was able to enjoy my days in Vegas without having an episode of vomiting in club!

Great place excellent people working, all seem very knowledgable about the products.

I always have problems at this location and I don't understand why. Maybe they are trying to maintain a standard, but it comes off as more obnoxious. Meds are top shelf, but I'll go to the other locations and skip the potential headache that looms over this place.

I was in this dispensary only once. The service that I received was excellent! The bud that was recommended to me was excellent! This is now my go to place!

Essence Henderson is my nearest dispensary, and lucky for me! I have the best dispensary in the Vegas area right up the road. I have been on a mission to go to every dispensary in town, and although I haven't got there yet, I do have to say that Essence West is my favorite. They always have a great selection and the flower is always fresh and potent. The service there is Grade A+. Always friendly and knowledgeable and not afraid to look things up If they don't know the answer to you question off the top of their heads. This is what dispensary customer service should be.

Very great staff and nice investment

This is my new favorite spot in the Las Vegas area. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They always have great deals and specials and a great selection of strains on top of that. Brandy at the front desk was super chill and friendly and that's what sealed the deal, this is my new spot. Also tax is included in the price which makes shopping a lot easier.
