RISE Dispensaries Henderson

Lindsay from the Henderson location is amazing. I visited the location today and there was a customer yelling because he felt he was being cheated for some strange reason. The real problem is that he went in looking for a discount he’s not entitled to. Anyway not one person was rude to him and when he demanded a manager Lindsay came over and handled the guy with grace and courtesy. This isn’t the first time I’ve happened to witness her having to deal with an irate customer and she never changes her demeanor and always is able to diffuse the situation. Essence is lucky to have her as part of your management team. I also wanted to recognize Justin. He’s helped me a couple times and is always friendly and efficient. The entire staff here is wonderful and the reason I continue to come back!

I was a bit disappointed, the location, atmosphere and packaging are all gorgeous but thats kinda where it ends. The person helping me was very friendly but didn't seem all that knowledgable. Their Leafly menu wasnt up to date. They were out of Head Cheese, which was what I was interested in purchasing. They also had very little flower in weight, mostly everything was in grams. They had very little in 1/4, 1/8 sizes which again, was what I was interested in purchasing. They did have a wider selection of edible "types" then I have seen plus open "refill" syringes that are $10 cheaper then the tips themselves, which I thought were both pretty cool. They do run some good weekly promotions and also gave me a first time buyer discount which I think is a great way to do business. Nice place but they need to keep some larger weights of flower in stock.

Great customer service! I was having trouble with a malfunctioning vape pen, and the staff was very helpful and replaced it with a recommended brand! This is the spot!

Essence in Henderson is the best dispensary around. I came in for my birthday and Desean was super knowledgeable and friendly both times I've came in. I definitely recommend going to see him when you go there!

This was my first time here and I couldn't be happier. Alissa was awesome, she was super informative, patient and friendly. Got a variety and haven't been unhappy once, will be back!!

Amazing visit last week. Bud tender was very knowledgeable, I explained what I was looking for and he knocked it out the park, ended up with 9lb hammer, and lavender for it's thc% and some ringos gift #1 for its cbd%. I mixed the 9lb and ringos when grinding then did the same with the lavender and ringos... Wow it was an amazing night time blend I was looking for, the 9lb hammer lived up to its name and the ringos mixed with it pushed it right over the top. The lavender mix was not far behind both had me sleeping pain free all night long. Thanks to the bud tender, I will defiantly be back often. Hate that I couldn't remember his name lol

This is a very clean location with great helpful and knowledgable staff.

I love both this location and the one on W. Tropicana. Haven't yet tried the one on LV Blvd. Excellent selection, excellent service, good prices and outstanding products. Essence is my favorite LV dispensary.

Awesome location. Tina was my bud-tender and her knowledge was amazing. Was very helpful in getting me the right flower for the week.

Finally made an appointment to see the nurse, Denicka. She was absolutely amazing and super friendly. Knowledgeable on what it was that I needed to take medicinally. Explained everything clearly and made sure I understood. I have followed her recommendations/directions on my medications and it has made a huge difference in my well being. Thanks Denicka! As far as the dispensary itself, I love it. I pass up many other dispensaries to get here, it’s worth the drive. Everyone is always friendly and help me feel at ease while I’m there. Quality products. I would also like to give a shout out to the Security Guards and Andrew-my favorite budtender, you guys rock! The only slight complaint I have is the system keeps messing with my discounts, so I have to go back in, but they do correct it without any issues. Thanks for making this a place that I actually want to go to.

Essence is the best dispensary in Henderson! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and cool. They've got a great variety of products and the physical location is clean and inviting. Go here for your medicine!
