Quick check in , normally I shop at the Trop. Location , but stopped in here , great service , great products just like all my other experiences at the Tropicana location . Plenty of parking ... Area seemed safe .

Lindsay from the Henderson location is amazing. I visited the location today and there was a customer yelling because he felt he was being cheated for some strange reason. The real problem is that he went in looking for a discount he’s not entitled to. Anyway not one person was rude to him and when he demanded a manager Lindsay came over and handled the guy with grace and courtesy. This isn’t the first time I’ve happened to witness her having to deal with an irate customer and she never changes her demeanor and always is able to diffuse the situation. Essence is lucky to have her as part of your management team. I also wanted to recognize Justin. He’s helped me a couple times and is always friendly and efficient. The entire staff here is wonderful and the reason I continue to come back!

This is the Top Dog Spot of the whole valley. If you need a laid back classy place to get your meds swing by. Trust me.

The pros here are super friendly, helpful, and fairly knowledgeable. They also tend to have the better prices in town, and it's pretty convenient to get to.

This was my first visit to a dispensary of any kind and I'm so thankful that I picked essence! After checking in I was met by Heather and I'd love to thank her once again. She was very knowledgeable as to the different products offered and very professional. This is my number one choice, and probably only choice since they also offer free delivery with a certain amount purchased!

Recovering from thoracic/lumbar fusion using only mmj since hospital discharge two days ago. AMAZING! Pain.management is very tolerable (a brownie for breakfast; hard candies and gummies when needed during the day; another brownie at dinner time). As an older patient, mid-60s, I was and AM delighted to replace narcotic pain pills, sleeping pills, etc, with medical marijuana edibles. Thank you, Henderson staff at Essence, for helping my husband, my caregiver and me get through this scary surgery with your recommendations, suggestions for edibles this past month. I’ll never forget your help and compassion.
