This use to be one of the better medical dispensaries in Massachusetts but they sold out their patients during their quest to get a recreational license in Newton. It’s sad that their slogan talks about compassionate relief. The only compassion the Dr. has is for her bank account.

their menu is all bait and switch, went there wasted 20 minutes of my time, their daily menu on their web site has sour kosher as available and also chem 4 these are above 23% thc and they of course ran out, then they tried to bait and switch to the 19% garbage weed. call ahead dont waste your time w their bait and switch menu tactics

If thinking about going here, and you see the overall rating, click on any user name who gave this dispensary a positive review, and see if they've reviewed any other dispensary.
Staff is writing their own reviews, as reviews from actual patients are quite negative.
Comical to pull up the first 6 positive reviews, and not one of the users have reviewed a single other dispensary or strain.
Make sure to double check medicine prior to leaving the store... Will sell you edibles that have past the use by date and are super stale; no refunds, exchanges or nothing. No call back from manager or any support after I notified them.
Not recommending this dispensary to any fellow medicinal patients.

I believe in second chances. This was the first dispensary I visited after receiving my license. While the quality of the product is amazing, the check-In people always pleasent, it ends there. For a first time visitor, I had a lot of questions and the woman behind the counter acted like I was inconveniencing her. I didn’t go back for two months. This week I made the choice to try again. Mistake! Again quality is great. Door staff and others I encountered great, it all came back to person helping me. Since I am still new to the world of medical marijuana, I still had lots of questions. Again, them young lady behind the counter acted like she couldn’t be bothered and that my questions were annoying her. With a dispensary a few miles down the street you would think that people would treat customers better. That didn’t happen. I tried very hard to be polite and cheer up the visibly unhappy person, she just got more and more unpleasant and continued to act like my questions were idiotic. The final straw was my trying to thank her profusely for her help and saying “sweetie”. That seemed to be what put her over the edge. As she knows, it wasn’t meant or said in a degrading way at all. It was said to try and lighten the mood and make this young lady smile. Unfortunately all it did was cause her to say “don’t call me sweetie” in a nasty way. I have to say now that I have visited other dispensaries, the service else where is better and the quality is comparable. Please teach some of your employees what customer service means. You obviously do understand that concept since it is only a few bad apples on your team that don’t understand it.

I don't know why I continue to go to GR. It's a go-to in a pinch because you're in and out but then turns to regret when you've spent way too much on subpar product. The mini prerolls are a joke. Thank you to the nice budtender that advised me against them due to price and quality. I appreciate the honesty and wish I remembered that guys name. The woman who dispensed to me today couldn't tell me ANYTHING about the products themselves or a recommendation of any sort. I left spending $30 on TWO prerolls of old dry bud. I visited another dispensary last week and left spending $24 on THREE dank prerolls. I can't believe I spent money at GR again. I hate spending money there. I should know that they're always in and out for a reason. No one else wants to spend top dollar on beasters. GR can't compete with most of the other dispensaries in the state. I can't think of one thing that they excel in....I guess their low wait times. Whelp.

Super friendly staff, in and out in less than 5 minutes and quality product. Best recreational experience I’ve had.
Was my first time ever visiting a legal weed shop as I had lived in a non legal state my whole life previously. For some reason I was nervous about the whole thing but from the start it was very easy and everyone I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend.

Been going here for years as a medical patient. Now that it’s rec, they have one line for med patients and there was a line. Rest of the place was completely empty. People working there complained about the chaos.
Every single cart I’ve gotten from them have clogged. They tried to tell me it’s from faulty batteries (which I have bought from them)
Save your time and go elsewhere.

Though pre-packaging everything may help things flow faster, I just don't care for it. I feel like I'm being cheated. I've gone home and emptied the flower out onto my own scale and it's not always a full gram. If they didn't sell everything prepackaged, they would be able to sell 1 gram at any time and not always run out like they do currently. Why would I want to buy 1/8 when I don't even know if I like it? It's not like I can return it. And who wants pre-rolls when you grind the flower into dust and doesn't pull right? And the pre-roll selection is limited anyway. In a nutshell, they are my last resort as far as dispensaries go.

Not bad but nothing special. Owner didn't event look up while she was was glaring over the bud tenders shoulder. Not even a smile. Seeds in bud. Very stuffy environment. Not the best energy. Pain to get buzzed through all three doors and the same to exit.

I really like how I looks , and the selection of flower is great ! My favorite has got to be the chem 4 . This will be my spot .

I have been finding seeds in several diff strains over the last 3 ounces or so in the last couple of months time span. I recently bought more of what used to be a somewhat good chem 4 but now no terps. NONE on the taste buds or fingertips. No entourage effect! Ugh!! I feel totally ripped off for that $50 and will NEVER shop Garden Remedies again unless they make it right with me which idk how that's possible. Basically I bought crap from a medical dispensary that like the industry has become appears to be profits over patients in prices and obviously in the quality. I grow some myself and I know better and I know quality. My theory is that maybe pollination to force maturity is going on. Just sayin'. Looking at the last oz that I bought I saw what appeared to be plants caught right before full blown seeding. Several diff strains too. Not just one. I know what seed pods look like and your weed had immature seed pods throughout. The last 1/8th of the seeded Chem 4 was a complete disappointment. Like I did NOT have an extra $50 lying about to burn. Like most patients I struggle financially for what?! Overpriced garbage. Smh ..

Garden Remedies is an amazing dispensary! It's very private and the employees are all so kind. I tend to have a lot of questions because different strains work differently and the employees are more than helpful to my needs! I highly recommend them to anyone.

My first time visit was pleasant but the only thing I disliked was the woman who helped me didn't seem like she fully understood everything which is fine but she should work on that.

I enjoyed my first visit after reading some reviews i wasn't gong to let that deter me from going in and seeing for myself. Staff is professional and very helpful. i like that it is very clean! Highly impressed!

Also forgot to state this is the only dispensery in mass that puts humidity packets in the jars so your cannabis stays fresh. Unlike everywhere else's dry as a dessert cannabis.

Second time visit. The Tangerine kush is one of the tastiest flowers I've ever had :) The service is one of the best if not the best around. No wait times as well. GR for the win!

Dispensary is very clean and staff are all very friendly. Items are actually cheaper than other dispensaries around and the quality of the products are excellent and just as explained to me during each visit.
This place SUCKS. They ignore the leafly orders and won't answer the phone. The bud is terrible, little nuggets that crush into dust. Won't ever go back, they can suck it
