Sad store, I’ve supported this shop from the start. Now I will never return to this store. I get this state isn’t making it easy. But to turn people away for being 5 minutes late, when if you are early no problem. I show up with cash an appointment and a few minutes late only to be turned away by an employee who couldn’t really give a straight answer. Just a bad business. Always out of flower and the product is so weak. I’d boycott this place in a red second. They take themselves way to serious. Sad could be a great Shop, it’s got a good location convenient and easy access. But save yourself the trip it’s not worth it! You will walk away very underwhelmed.

A safe environment with a knowledgeable staff. I also found my consultant to be very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. The products are of superior quality! I highly recommend Garden Remedies not only on their products but also the professional appearance and knowledgeable staff! I look forward to seeing you in the near future.

garden remedies I would say is an alright dispensary. good service good atmosphere. but quality I would say is seriously lacking. black seeds. Im tellin you black seeds. you dont want that in you medicine. I got like 4 or 5 out of an 8th.

I had some HIGH expectations for this place. However, the bud quality and price just isn't where it needs to be in this day and age. And for that reason, I'm out!

I wouldn’t recommend pickup or scheduling an appointment here. Got a text confirming my order, went to pick it up an hour later and it was nowhere to be found....saying they sold out of what I ordered...then why did I get a text saying ny order was ready? Not once did they contact me beforehand and not one person apologized while I was there for the inconvenience. The trim job is terrible and the customer service sucks..and at 8:30p that night I get a text that my ordered has been canceled? Seriously avoid, my dealer has better customer service and business acumen.

Customer service was poor and staff was lazy and had no knowledge of store/company policy. They close the doors for pre-ordered pickup by 7:30pm when their hours are listed as 10am-8pm. Do everyone a F'ing favor and either hire staff that wants to work until close or change your damn hours of operation from 10am-7:30pm...

I reserved some flower for their 420 special at 40% off. When I got the email saying it was ready to be picked up, I was under the assumption that I would get what I ordered, as it works at the other dispensaries. Wrong. When I got there, the lines were through the parking lot, and at no time was any staff outside as you would see at other dispensaries. After waiting an hour in the cold, with the line barely moving, and leaving customers urging people to go home since there was barely any product, I went home. Talking about bait and switch. I've been a patient for 5 years and this is by far the worst the experience I've ever had. No one has answered any of the telephone messages, nor replied to any emails. Furthermore, since there was no one on the staff looking after the parking lot lines, some of the patients were not practicing social distancing and were creating a major risk of catching Covid. I will never go back to Garden Remedies again.

I’ve been visiting garden remedies since I got my medical card in March, since then I have found a human hair in my 8th that is already pre sealed. Kindly they refunded me, a few visits later however, I found a uncanny amount of seeds in my 8th of chem 4, along with 2 thick stems with no flowers attached to them. This last time I picked up the same strain and again it was filled with seeds and untrimmed, dry, terpless flowers. The flower was not sticky whatsoever and had a “cut grass” smell to it. I was going to return it but by the time I got to gardens it was closed so I smoked it out of frustration and desperation. This strain said the THCa was 28% I did not get any sort of feeling from smoking this. Completely wasted my 50 dollars and due to the lack of medicinal property within this batch of flower I have been left reeling this week which includes insomnia, lack of appetite and eating, and my stress levels have caused me to miss work. Now, more on the customer service side. I have sent several emails and spoke on the phone to two separate persons who claimed my isssues would be tended to and resolved and promised I would hear back from them shortly. They never called back or wrote back. I will never,ever, waste my time,energy and money at this place again unless they make it right with me, which at this point I don’t see being feasable.

One of the best dispensaries in MA! Staff is great, super friendly and super helpful. The flower here is always fresh and they always have a great selection. 10/10 would recommend :)

Hate to say it... This Dispensary has really fallen off the last couple months. Flower quality used to be really good, received small fluffy buds that should have been left in the trim bin. Seems that there are multiple phenos of most strains with only one of any real value. Lip balm? bubble bath? bbq sauce? what a waste of THC.. The in store menu is never the same as the one listed on the website, really disappointing as they were my go to.

I called in since reservations via leafly were down to ask about stock, mentioning that I was unable to make an appointment ahead on leafly. The front desk guy simply tells me to look at the menu on the site. I arrived and was told that I needed an appointment, something I wish the guy on the phone cared to tell me. The menu was not accurate by the way, there was only 1 of 3 recreational concentrates available, which is why I even called. Useless customer service, thanks for not caring about anything.

My biggest complaints are 1) lack of product for adult use. Went the other day and they only had 2 strains, and they were the least popular ones. 2)The people who work security there have bad attitudes. This has happened to me on more than one occasion and I'm getting sick of it to the point I will drive further to go somewhere else. I'm 50 years old and to have to deal with these 20 somethings smarmy, condescending attitudes is getting to be a bit much.

Went Christmas Eve 2016 for my first visit and mid February for my second. The vape cartridges are the only product bringing me back. I have tried the flower both visits and was not impressed at all. Very dry, loose nugs with little to no flavor/smell. The vape cartridges are very smooth and tasty but too expensive for heavy, everyday use. Haven’t tried anything else so not going to knock the rest of their products!

I visited the adult use place in Newton. After getting some Garden Remedies flower from another dispensary that was extremely dry and moldy, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to try their products again. This place still has some work to do. You have to go to one area and sign a waiver before you can enter the dispensary. There is no sign, no information on the website or anything notifying you of this. The security guard is the person who informs you and the is a bit of a language barrier there. After you sign the waiver you get to go back outside and walk over to the entrance. Again you’re ID’d. Once you enter the building you’re ID’d again and then you go through another door that leads you to the budtenders. Again you’re ID’d first thing by the bud tender. So a total of 4 times I had to show my ID and sign a waiver. The menu will have everything listed and thc and cbd content. I opted for the Sour Kosher flower because the menu said 29% thca. To my surprise when I got home, the label reads 23.8% tcha and 0.2% thc. So basically they lied to my face about what they’re selling. The flower looks nice but when I scaled it out, it only weighed 3.24. So I got lied to and shorted. Wow! First week adult use is like this...???

This location continues to disappoint me. Their edibles are insanely inconsistent ranging from barely anything to way too strong. They also have a problem with closing down and not stating why. Upon inquiring, they never respond. If you are a medical patient, go somewhere else. The only reason this place is still in business is because of adult use sales. Otherwise, this place is poorly run.

Their edibles are made with high fructose corn syrup. A known pro-inflammatory ingredient. I asked a supervisor to have someone call me about this, since many clients are battling inflammation among other things. Never heard back. They don't seem to care. I stopped in a few weeks ago, as I was nearby and wanted to see the menu. Even though there were no lines or waiting, I was denied entrance, as I hadn't called first and made an appointment. I asked if I could simply book one now, since it was slow and I was sitting there wanting to do business. "No ... The laws have changed and you can't book an appointment sooner than 30-60 minutes later" even though it wasn't busy. I'm done with this place. So sad that I need to leave Newton, where I live, and try other dispensaries further away. I don't find them customer service oriented at all.

The quality of the products is far superior to other dispensaries. The vape pen has no additives. At other dispensaries, the line I am given is the PEG in their vape pens is kind of bad. The truth is that it is bad for people. I question why other dispensaries sell those pens. I believe they do not care about me. Garden Remedies cares. The staff is interested in getting answers to my questions regardless of what they have to do to do so. I believe I come first at Garden Remedies. If you have not tried this dispensary, I recommend you do. This is a place in which you will be assisted in making purchases that are top of the line without paying more than you would pay elsewhere. I don't understand why anyone would go anywhere else for their purchases.

Excellent quality product. Their distillate was wonderful but I wish it didn't come on RAW scrape pads... Can't we get some silicon tab for the price? Great customer service - Joe's the ish.

I viewed the website prior to driving over 40 minutes to purchase flower . Upon arrival I was told that I needed to make an appointment . It would have been really nice if the website made this known before I wasted my afternoon driving back and forth for nothing . I score your establishment a big zero . Thanks for nothing . You lost my business due to your lack of consideration for your customers .

I haven't been inside the store. I will definitely to visit. The delivery service is awesome! People are cool and makes me feel like they have respect me as a patient !
