Don't usually write reviews..but for them I had to. Great flower quality and always liked their edibles. Lucky for me it's my favorite place in MA AND it's on my way home from work.

My 1st visit was great! Joe was so helpful and took the time to really go over and explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend this place.

Garden Remedies is a heck of a lot closer to Framingham than other dispensaries, and their selection is incredible. They also have the only pure sativa strains I've seen anywhere, and I hope they'll start making sativa cartridges! I'm a loyal customer now, just wish they'd be able to deliver to Framingham! :)

I find this place to be one of the better dispensaries in the area. Good customer service, short wait times and good flower. The sativa strains are good. I would like to see these offered in larger quantities. Tend to only have pre rolls or grams of these. Also, lots of edible and other types of products. Nice daily menu available upon arrival.

I absolutely LOVE Garden Remedies. The facility is extremely clean, professional, modern and located in an easy-to-access area. The staff is amazing and always provides the highest level of customer service. They are knowledgeable when it comes to the various flower strains and very helpful, compassionate and friendly. Yvi, in particular, has always been very professional and kind to me. Additionally, GR is always having sales and specials and they work hard to keep a large variety of flower strains, as well as other products and edibles in stock. Every time I go there, I feel like there’s something new and interesting to try. The prices are fair and they make it even more affordable for folks, by offering smaller quantities for purchase. I honestly can’t say anything bad about them... fantastic dispensary!!!

Their delivery option is very unprofessional and the customer service is horrible.

Short menu. It should be a crime how much they charge for concentrates. Poor value for price.

Amazing Staff, Very clean and professional. This is a true medical dispensary that uses only the best Rare Dankness Seed strains. These strains are real award winning medical strains. Vape pens are very good and use the same strains as the flower. Nice to see otto 2 high cbd strain in this form as well as a ghost train sativa for daytime use. Would like to see the price come down by doing a cartridge return program that allows you to return old cartridges for recycle or reuse. Or sell just the oil and refill kits. It really cures my spinal pain but 75$ a week isnt possible for me personally. Love that they don't use propelyne glycol in them though. This is a top notch dispensary and i only go here.Maybe somehow find a way to lower the cartridge cost. Near perfect.

I called in since reservations via leafly were down to ask about stock, mentioning that I was unable to make an appointment ahead on leafly. The front desk guy simply tells me to look at the menu on the site. I arrived and was told that I needed an appointment, something I wish the guy on the phone cared to tell me. The menu was not accurate by the way, there was only 1 of 3 recreational concentrates available, which is why I even called. Useless customer service, thanks for not caring about anything.

It was very white and bright, uncomfortable setting. Speaking with your employee's thou, was very encouraging to see that he was learned about marijuana what goes with what. I was very impressed because both names of the flower I wanted I had picked out already from your online site. I really would have enjoyed some color to add positive feelings and emotions.. I was pleased to see a place I would visit again and again. Prices are quite extreme and taxes (always) were crazy.. Taxes on the 2 items I purchased was $16.00! Weed was high priced too! Seems to me it should be cheaper in legal states. Otherwise weed growers will become trillionaires! :) Yes, I would recomend you too!

Extremely Poor customer service. I purchased a gram and a half of Rosen that was all dried out and literally undabable. I called the store, and was told that if I wanted to bring the product back they could review it. I was a frequent customer of Garden Remedies, alas no longer.

Save your money. The first time I ever went I got major nausea from the strain. Every other dispensary I've been to accepts returns/exchanges if this happens. Don't gamble. They were incredibly rude when I told them their product got me sick as well. Need to learn how to treat their customers right in this competitive environment.

My recent order was shorted causing me not to qualify for special and paying full price for a cartridge and not getting a second for $5 If there was a problem filling the order I should have been called

This location continues to disappoint me. Their edibles are insanely inconsistent ranging from barely anything to way too strong. They also have a problem with closing down and not stating why. Upon inquiring, they never respond. If you are a medical patient, go somewhere else. The only reason this place is still in business is because of adult use sales. Otherwise, this place is poorly run.

I haven't been inside the store. I will definitely to visit. The delivery service is awesome! People are cool and makes me feel like they have respect me as a patient !

Very satisfied with the medicinal quality of the products at this dispensary! I'm mainly a cartridge guy and can taste the difference in the purity of GR carts compared to other dispensaries that probably add terpenes from botanicals and fruits opposed to terpenes straight from cannabis. Also GR carts don't have cutting agents in them so they taste amazing and I'm getting the full medicinal value :) These guys haven't been around for too long, but during my second visit I saw a few agents taking extra time for new patients and elderly folks, that was really nice to see. Best part is they are all really helpful but their stuff flies off the shelves! Gotta stay on top of it to get my carts when they come in! CBD/THC mix is extremely helpful for my anxiety and knee pain.

This place used to have a great selection, but they no longer have their best strains and the flower they do get is mediocre now. Most staff is great, but few employees look pained to be working there.

My visit to Garden Remedies was like a breath of fresh air! As a patient, this is the atmosphere and assistance that patients have been waiting years for. I was seen immediately with no waiting. The staff were friendly, attentive, attuned and well versed in the medicinal properties of their product. Their recommendations were SPOT ON and their product was effective. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Relief!

Was referred to garden remedies by a friend. Upon arrival I was kindly greeted at the door. After filling out the quick information needed to register, I was made aware that I would receive a first time discount of 20% which was awesome. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and answered my questions with ease. The edibles were perfect, they worked very well to minimize my symptoms and the flower was also very good. Overall I will be returning back and might I add that the set up and atmosphere was second to none. Way to go Garden Remedies!

Garden Remedies is one of the absolute most overpriced dispensaries around. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal. I recommend visiting any other dispensary. On top of that, their 420 sale was absolutely reprehensible, forcing at risk patients to wait in a cold line with no covid protection in place. They did not uphold ANY orders and were completely unprepared. It’s very clear they do not put patients first. If you think it is bad now, wait until recreation opens back up.

Prices are a bit high (as with everywhere else in MA I’ve been) but the concentrates I got have so far been outstanding. Make an apt and order online. In and out.

Their edibles are made with high fructose corn syrup. A known pro-inflammatory ingredient. I asked a supervisor to have someone call me about this, since many clients are battling inflammation among other things. Never heard back. They don't seem to care. I stopped in a few weeks ago, as I was nearby and wanted to see the menu. Even though there were no lines or waiting, I was denied entrance, as I hadn't called first and made an appointment. I asked if I could simply book one now, since it was slow and I was sitting there wanting to do business. "No ... The laws have changed and you can't book an appointment sooner than 30-60 minutes later" even though it wasn't busy. I'm done with this place. So sad that I need to leave Newton, where I live, and try other dispensaries further away. I don't find them customer service oriented at all.
