I bought RSO and it was really just activated distillate, also I had an employee a female there that was extremely rude to me and I left so I'll never shop there ever again I only shop at mana there have better products and they have a point system and the same cheaper sales

If you are going to be over an hour early on your delivery, call! Then to say you'll be 5 minutes and shoe up 3 hours later. Then the following delivery after waiting for 3 hours to have you call and say that you are running too far behind so need to reschedule. No thanks GoldLeaf. Ill shop elsewhere, never again!!

Gold leaf is a beautiful location with great deals! Allie is always able to quickly help me find product that will help me with specific medical needs and is really helpful telling me what to look for in the future and what to avoid to help my anxiety.

I like the peaceful environment Golf Leaf offers. Their budtenders have always been real helpful, knowledgeable, and patiently accommodating to many questions I normally have. Yesterday I tried the Cantaloupe Haze Traveler pen recommended by budtender Cheyenne. The suggestion proved to be helpful with creativity and focus. I’m very thankful for this dispensary and the kind people that run it.

Very Impressed by the budtenders knowledge of terpenes. Even if they don't have it on the label they can get it for you if you ask. I do some decarboxylating and know the terpenes is really helpful to me. I previously criticized them for their staff's lack of terpenes, but they have definitely stepped their game way up. The atmosphere, staff and prices have always been great and now I think they are a full service one stop shop.

Can’t get enough of the curbside team here, always fast and courteous. Definitely makes the experience feel better and less awkward compared to many other places. I had Cori today who was fantastic, really brightened my day. I’ve had a couple others before also; Taylor, Devon and John who were all great as well!!

I love Gold Leaf. Everyone is so friendly, at first the atmosphere can be a little intimidating (fancy fancy) but that is quickly diminished by the hospitality and kindness from the staff. From the doorman to front desk to budtenders, everyone is kind and helpful. One employee who stood out to however was Rachel, really enjoyed our conversation and she was most helpful. This is my go to dispensary. - All of their products are super high quality and they always have an impressive and diverse menu. If you have a change to visit - you should!

After a discrepancy over the dating of valid daily deals...OWEN a manager honored the add understanding that the discrepancie was an issue for Gold Leaf to fix...and did not concern Me as the customer....If the add says the sale is from 6/26/20 - 6/27/20..im sure we all see a 2 day sale...they wanted to say it wad only 1 day...that they cant seem to get Leafly to fix it....not my problem...again.Owen fixed the problem....THAT SOLD ME !!! YA HAVE MY ATTENTION AND BUISNESS NOW.. Its a beautiful facility that rivals the west coast style of dispensary...ya almost feel like your gonna be offered a joint and a comfy seat at any moment....As i have b.v extreme ptsd and anxiety....im shocked at how comfortable i was....ty Owen for the experience today...and id also like to thank Samantha for helping me at the counter and navigating thru the initial confusion....I WILL BE BACK !! Oh my goodness! If the apple strode started selling cannabis right now, they would steal Gold Leaf’s business model. This dispensary is a full on experience. The staff always dress the part. They’re knowledgeable and cool, and the know their product. If you desire to experience a top self exclusive cannabis boutique, I highly urge you to visit Gold Leaf today.

Walk in for some indoor OG kush. They were completely out. Bud tender was insistent on pina grande was the next best. This is some below mid grade, outdoor, overpriced, shwag. Seriously mind boggling that they would consider this as the same quality as indoor. To sum, I purchased some extremely overpriced mid grade outdoor. West coast this would be 70 an oz at best. Amateur hour.

I’ve been here several times, and always bad experience! Only used as last resort. First time there forget my change, next time can’t get my name right after going 20mins of correcting it for you to immediately call me the wrong name again, menu NEVER right (Leafly, Weedmaps, or Gold Leaf “yes their own menu on their website”), descriptions wrong of what items are, look at you like your speaking an unknown language if you ask for terp counts/specifics of a strain (hope you are aware you have to provide these upon request per MMCC and that is the whole reason of lab testing for safety), DON’T even know how your own programs work (I.e rewards), had to ask for a manager to finally be treated like a patient (this took 3 visits and review directing me to ask for a manager to be treated as a patient), make recommendations based off sales instead of consulting the consumer (it’s onsale so that is what they want, try asking you get further), and the list goes on! Basically I would recommend knowing what you want and pray they didn’t misrepresent it on the menu/availability and you may have a good experience. With that being said I would still be 1000% going all in that your experience will still be bad somehow!

Gold Leaf has great deals and the most options for my needs. The Receptionist, Cori, provides excellent customer service. The budtender, Sam Watkins, is extremely knowledgeable and provides top-notch customer service. Sam went out of her way to write down the answers to my questions and provide me with information for my own personal research. Thank you Gold Leaf!! And a special thank you to Sam Watkins and Cori for making me feel welcomed and comfortable!!

Staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Every product is top quality. Cheyenne especially, has been an absolute pleasure to have as a bud tender.

Friday was the first time ever walking into a dispensary and I chose to drive from eastern shore. BEST DECISION EVER!!!!! A huge THANK YOU to Roberto, my whole experience was amazing from the door being opened and everyone I saw spoke and were so nice. Roberto was very helpful and patient. He took time to explain the difference in the strains and was 110% on helping with the perfect blend for me. Definitely worth the drive.

I have tried approx. 10 different dispensaries this one is definitely in my top 3. Their budtenders are top notch! Cheyenne, one of their bud tenders is knowledgeable, very receptive & refreshingly detail oriented! Toni is another bud tender who is a breath of fresh air, sweet & great customer service skills! I love the upscale professionalism I am met with each visit! Gold leaf is(imo) breaking stigmas where there are many!
