Nothing. Everything went great they were quick to get me in and out. Knowledgeable and just all round a good group of people. Definitely one of my favorite dispos.
came here for the first time today because I discovered that Hannah is the growers for the duchie pre-roll brand. check in was great gal at the front was super nice I get called back by the big dude. That's where things started to go downhill. very abrupt. very impatient and just seemed like he didn't want to be there. I pay for my order get ready to walk back into the lobby and realize he didn't give me my first time patient deal so I tell the girl at the front desk. the guy seemed annoyed. But then again he seemed annoyed from the moment he called me back.
The manager came in to save the day and apologized. Only reason why I came here was again because they are the home dispensary of dutchie which I love. trumed and YiLo are in my backyard practically.
When I walked out into the lobby to leave I found out that apparently that budtender is a problem for a lot of the customers at Hana. I'll probably come back to shop again when my allotment is available. but I'll ask for another budtender definitely.
I always enjoy coming here no matter who I have as a bud tender they take the time to actually answer your questions don't make u feel rushed like other places do I highly recommend checking both locations out ten out of ten

Hana has been out of ALL the Dutchie sativa strains for over a month. Was told by a bud tender that sativas are seasonal?

Did an online order… didn’t have my product so instead of canceling my order they tried doing a bait and switch when I got into the store for fumble when I ordered RHO. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT!!!! Absolutely disgusted with the team. They said they tried calling me but I didn’t get one missed call. Terrible terrible. I’m actually super frustrated I drove 20 miles because you guys couldn’t click a button and cancel the order. I hate you
I love that I’m never there more than a few minutes, and it’s real chill. My order is always ready for pick up and has never disappointed, definitely top 3 of my go to dispos!

Hana is the best dispensary I’ve ever visited. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and know the products. The best part of Hana is the deals and prices. When they say free weed, they really mean it. 💯

This was my first time visiting Hana. I had such a fun visit I didn't want to leave. I was greeted by a terrific security officer with such a great personality, whom made sure I got to and from my car safely AND got a chair provided for me to sit with a budtender. I'm on crutches and I was given any comfort they could manage under the rules. I truly appreciated that. My budtender Patrick was extremely knowledgeable with products and helped me make the perfect decisions. I was not disappointed "at all" with my products. I will return and will recommend to others. Thank you everyone
