The staff is always Super friendly and helpful as well as there are 2dudes there who’s every recommendation I fall in love with lol NO CAP they know my type of flower my only complaint is even when you have pre order u still gotta wait to go bk Wen ur on a lunch break it’s kinda stressful but they just came up w a rewards program so HANA for the win y’all! Lol

Budtender was ok, seemed new, just kept naming off strains and ended up getting one of my 2 choices mixed up.
Mistake product is actually fine so I'm not too upset, just wish it was what I'd asked for. And I was told there was nothing that could be done when I called about correcting the mistake.
