Harvest HOC - Baseline (Med/Rec)

Very fast becoming my favorite place to pick up meds. The staff is always super enthusiastic and friendly, more importantly, they're attentive about my medical needs and not merely trying to sell me something. As for the meds, the quality is some of the best I've found in the valley and the prices are great, especially the sales.

Really like this dispensary. I popped in this morning for a look see and new patient deal. Incredibly nice gentleman at the door, showed me to the front counter. Did the FTP paperwork, taken back. Got some stuff on a snap sale some pineapple chunk and chronic hog. Great setup, people are great in the back as well. Got it home, popped open the PC and wow, smell for days and STICKY, like grinder gumming sticky. Great experience, a few cuts of some excellent meds at a great price. Yeah I'll be back, believe that! ;)

I'm partial to Harvest as she was my first and has always been there for me to provide fast efficient and friendly service. I was a little peeved at the fact that HOB put a store right next to another local favorite as it seemed a bit intrusive but paid a visit nonetheless. As always, fast efficient with several excellent strains. The only thing that brings the atmosphere score to a 3 star is the desolate freeway side pop up that you can only access coming east or exiting baseline coming north on the 10. Lastly the one suggestion I have and this is for all dispensaries, because I've heard the same at several, employees that complain about the shift or terms of their employment in front of the public should be relegated to backroom duties. It spoils the fun for the customer.

Came in looking for wax and was thoroughly impressed with the lemon drop that was recommended by my amazing bud tender!!

I know I just left a review not too long ago, but guess what? They have ANOTHER BOGO deal on wax. It's only on NM wax tho. Nature's Medicine's concentrates are actually pretty good, an average test score of 70%THC & extremely flavorful crystals & crumbles it's no wonder why they are in so many dispensaries across the valley! Guys I am in love with this Harvest. This is now the dispensary I go to the most. This place has truely higher standards unlike the place next door (which is ironic their slogan is "higher standards). If you want a gaudy, flashy, overpriced medicine, and a teenage hangout vibe with music blasting then the place next door might be more your speed.

The location, is a good an easy spot to fine. The front desk was helpful. I'm satisfied with my order.

I've heard a lot of bad about this dispensary's service. I can tell you if you want a person who know their products, the uses what they help with, and get you whatever best deal he possibly can. Best budtender hands down to ask for is Miguel. No front with this one and he guarantees my satisfaction every time he helps me. If anybody is giving you the worst, just say "I'd like Miguel to help me instead please. He's worth the wait and make this place worth coming to. Best damn budtender this store has.

Glad I have a Harvest location near me. I really enjoy the flower at the Baseline location. My 1st visit was an enjoyable experience.

Mixed feelings about Harvest. I've been to this location and Tempe many times. I'll just make a list of pros and cons. Pros: -Sometimes they have great deals -The flower can be pretty good but you really have to check it and do your due diligence (smell and look at it) -Friendly and fast when the place isn't busy -Half of the cashiers are very friendly and understand math. Cons: -They are terrible at getting people through the checkout lines when they are busy.-The online ordering system doesn't work. I've tried 3 times and it has never been bagged up and ready when I arrive. I've ordered sale items only to show up and be told that they are sold out when I arrive. It shouldn't let you order sale items online if that's their policy. -Very inconsistent pricing month to month. Sometimes tax is included, sometimes not (they don't announce changes). Winter prices are almost double the summer prices. Half of the top tier flower is actually mid flower. You have to be very careful and can't assume the product is good because it's top shelf. Black friday bait and switch (Menu board advertised the sale price for all strains on top tier but in reality only half were on sale. Nowhere was the actual price listed and the cashier had to tell me while checking out that it wasn't on sale.) -Turns into a Cluster F when they have big sales or change the system. It took them 20 minutes to ring up a simple purchase (2 strains of flower).

Are used to be a customer of theirs. I always thought they were a little pricey, but I found a 20% off punchcard that I received as a new customer so I thought I’d give them another shot. Even though it was not expired and I didn’t buy anything on sale, they refuse to honor it. They literally lost a future customer over $15. The sad part is, they are so busy with all the new recreational customers that they don’t seem to care about honoring their own promotions. I would recommend a dozen other dispensaries in the area over them.

Great the only complaint I have is their special going on rt now on all the posted adds it says on harvest house flower but they said it only applies to premium or reserve which I can understand but u should specify that cause how I read it is on all house grown no matter tier or u should specify that

I’ve been to many Harvest locations including Tempe, Scottsdale, and Cottonwood with results being great, so I thought I’d give this Harvest a try and man was I disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was so nice and the environment was great but they messed up my order and charged more than I got. I asked for an eighth and 3 grams of 4 different strains and instead she chose 3 strains and make them all grams. Really bummed by that especially since I’ve never gotten a wrong order at any dispensary before. Really disappointed. They could do better.

Place your order ahead of time because they have no sense of urgency to get your order if placed right before you go in. The thing is I only ordered one preroll and took them 15 minutes.

STAY AWAY. !!!!! I hate to say it but I wonder because of the part of town if harvest thinks that that means that they can give mediocre service to the customers in that area and belittle them. I actually live in Chandler and visit that location but there was a special strain at Harvest baseline. I placed my order online and within 15 minutes I received a text saying my order was ready for pick up. at the online order desk the guy brings out my items and says that will be $160 I tell him I only ordered 2 prerolls he says oh we are out of those! I’m like how I ordered 15mins ago and he got all rude and said like I said we are out. I ask for a manager and what do you know they have the items in stock. It’s like the guy upfront didn’t even care to check and he was super RUDE for no reason! Chandler hoc never treats customers like this. I got no apology and the manger didn’t even correct his employee. Again I believe they treat customers like crap here because of the area of the dispensary. Don’t setup shop in Neighborhoods where you dislike the consumers and you could also hire more people who look like us.

These shops are sell super thrash medicene. And the good stuff is crackhead prices. Yall got 21 strains that smoke but not worth buying 65 dollars. 99 percent pf yall flower is garbage. Who is yall grower. Stop short changong us. 14 percent cookies 14 terria grow most of yall weed suck

this is still my number 1 dispensary for meds. i live in laveen and have no problem making the drive to get the best flower. i recommend harvest of baseline to any mmj card holder.
