The free Rainbow Rolls are absolutely disgusting. I smoked one last night and it smelled like sulfur. Never again will I show my ASU ID to get that trash. They should give us a sticker or something instead. Everything else is Fuego!

this is still my number 1 dispensary for meds. i live in laveen and have no problem making the drive to get the best flower. i recommend harvest of baseline to any mmj card holder.

Refused my Kush kash I was given my item 9 labs when I was told I could use them at any location item 9 was sold. The lack of communication between the two companies is unprofessional and I will not be returning because of the disrespect and bad customer service directly from the manager. Don’t use your employees to deliver messages, that’s what you’re a manager for.

After 2 hours my pickup order still wasn’t prepared. It was a very small order and I placed it pretty early in the morning. I understand how it is to be short staffed but it’s a little frustrating waiting so long for something that ended up taking 5minutes. What’s the point of making an online order if it’s just quicker to be a walk in?

During this COVID crisis we are all working hard to be flexible but today I submit a phone order when I get there I am then told the ATM isn’t working and I have to go to the Gas station two blocks away I ask for my total and the cashier refuses to tell me how much I will need like wow you can’t give me an estimate of what the tax’s are? and now here I am running around back and forth to get my meds HARVEST Your customer service SUCKS! Think ahead and be considerate of you patients time and Sorry ISN’T good enough

I placed an order and got a done message when I got there they didn't have anything I ordered. then I was 3 dollars short with 1000 loyalty points and they refused to access them.

Mixed feelings about Harvest. I've been to this location and Tempe many times. I'll just make a list of pros and cons. Pros: -Sometimes they have great deals -The flower can be pretty good but you really have to check it and do your due diligence (smell and look at it) -Friendly and fast when the place isn't busy -Half of the cashiers are very friendly and understand math. Cons: -They are terrible at getting people through the checkout lines when they are busy.-The online ordering system doesn't work. I've tried 3 times and it has never been bagged up and ready when I arrive. I've ordered sale items only to show up and be told that they are sold out when I arrive. It shouldn't let you order sale items online if that's their policy. -Very inconsistent pricing month to month. Sometimes tax is included, sometimes not (they don't announce changes). Winter prices are almost double the summer prices. Half of the top tier flower is actually mid flower. You have to be very careful and can't assume the product is good because it's top shelf. Black friday bait and switch (Menu board advertised the sale price for all strains on top tier but in reality only half were on sale. Nowhere was the actual price listed and the cashier had to tell me while checking out that it wasn't on sale.) -Turns into a Cluster F when they have big sales or change the system. It took them 20 minutes to ring up a simple purchase (2 strains of flower).

Everything was great, minus the product. Only way to describe what I just purchased is reminiscent of days of the brick weed. The amount of stems and leaves is baffling. Very few buds. I’m shocked. Literally speechless.

I do not understand what the point of having an express window if you still have to wait like everyone else. I put in an express order, arrived 20 minutes after I got my text and still had to wait almost 30 minutes for my “express order” not too sure if I will continue taking my business here.

I've heard a lot of bad about this dispensary's service. I can tell you if you want a person who know their products, the uses what they help with, and get you whatever best deal he possibly can. Best budtender hands down to ask for is Miguel. No front with this one and he guarantees my satisfaction every time he helps me. If anybody is giving you the worst, just say "I'd like Miguel to help me instead please. He's worth the wait and make this place worth coming to. Best damn budtender this store has.

Very fast becoming my favorite place to pick up meds. The staff is always super enthusiastic and friendly, more importantly, they're attentive about my medical needs and not merely trying to sell me something. As for the meds, the quality is some of the best I've found in the valley and the prices are great, especially the sales.

Management, I did not want to do this review,because I love this place when I get the chance to go. The staff usually says, “hello” and “have a great day” which makes it very hospitable and feels welcoming. The price is fair and the quality of overall medicine is great but today I have a complaint. No one wanted to acknowledge the fact that I had a complaint about a product that I buy on the regular so, instead they just look at me. The woman helping me didn’t even address my concern, after I brought it up twice. My concern was, the last prerolls I bought were rolled wrong and I basically wasted my money because I couldn’t keep the thing lit. No one tried to apologize or comp me. The woman helping me just kept working to get my medication filled and to say “have a great night”. This is unacceptable. I did not ask for a manager out of respect for the other patients waiting behind me. I will be back, but only if my issue is resolved. Warm Regards

Honestly, if you have the option to NOT come here, choose NOT TOO. This place is far from what a true cannabis patient deserves. If you truly care about quality, this place does not have it. They’re customer service is low end, they’re employees only care about themselves, and most importantly when it comes down to expensive weed, these people WILL SEE YOU POPCORN NUGS for 50$ an 1/8th!! I would NEVER recommend anyone to come into this toxic atmosphere and harvest, you will never see a dime of my money ever again. Not until you turn into that cookies store in the next few months.!
