This dispensary would NOT Honor it’s Coupons!!! I had a coupon for New “&” Renewing patiences receive “buy one get one free on ANYTHING in the Store”. Tender tells me that it’s only valid for first time customers!!! BS WTH does “RENEWING” Mean to them??? Took my $$$ Elsewhere, there are TOO many dispensary’s to deal with these CHEAP ones!!! NEVER GOING BACK

ordered off leafy got 2 30 grams of concentrate for their new patient special so I could buy one get one. they were out of the one I picked. so they took it upon themselves to give me a more expensive brand and I had limited money which is why I was trying to do the bogo special. so just watch when you order online they will jack the price up and make it seem like nothing happened. won't go back.

It’s once thing when the price of flower goes up but when I’m paying 60$+ for an 8th of Lemonnade and it doesn’t even weigh out... shake my head you lost me.

So on my $205 subtotal They charge me a Baseline tax rate for $21.12 and a New rate is $32.80 for a total of $53.92 I mean I still have my Receipt. What I damm sham. NEVER AGAIN.

Haven’t been since rec. Noted 8 employees, one bud tender. Two other buddy tenders sat and chatted while 4 waited in line. Shouldn’t be that way.
People arguing in line, worst bud ever especially for the crappy pricing, dont ever go back after the fist time just dont waste your time there tbh, then the employee was high beyond belief he could barely function, a black guy, was like falling over putting the labels on, must of been popping pills.

I think they are a bunch of frauds!! They are wetting down .7 gram pre rolls to sell as a 1 gram one!! I definitely will never step through the door of this place again!!

I placed and online order then got a text saying it was ready just be letdown. Somehow all online orders got canceled... Totally disappointed ☹️ first and last time I go to this location

Can you not send my review to leafly when it actually happened? I work in the industry and know how this works. I went in and had a pre order on Monday. I was asked to show my FA card. I showed it with my work badge since it’s printed.... then I was asked to log in on my state side and show. That does not make ANY sense. If I have my Med card.. and my FA card printed it is active!! No matter what happens.. my FA card is paid for so if the dates are right it’s valid! I told the manager to check the Leaflogix history to show that I was as just here a week ago at the Tempe location and Lorin did not hassle me.. probably because I used to work at the Tempe location. You guys never even deactivated my DA card from that location and I left in APRIL!!! If you’re going to harass patients about showing their DA card for the discount and worried about getting scammed then maybe your company should worry about deactivating old DA cards.
the flower is awesome! the service up front was awesome considering the Covid crap, and every other dispensary that thinks this is a perfect time to disregard customer service. i love the staff at Harvest! i have ordered the rainbow preroll that was horrid and full of what i think to be trim, i assumed it was me being cheap so i bought a Jack Herer preroll with my stuff and its just as bad. The bud looks dark and smells off, definitely NOT like ANY Jack Herer i have ever had. its hard because i love the flower but i feel like all the prerolls are shady af and lies. ill stick with the flower, just feedback.

Went for my FTP deal and asked to check out their "Top Shelf" and was presented with popcorn nugs. My budtender tried to sell me on some flower that had a real mild faint odor, they got upset that I couldn't settle on flower that either wasn't popcorny or from Copperstate.

the new pricing is annoying wish you could just keep your prices consistent. one week its 150 an ounce now its 224. cant make any plans if you cant keep your prices set. sales are one thing but this is just frustrating. I had been coming here for months but you have been raising the prices steadily since the summer. now I will have to rethink my go to spot.

Got a text that read “Buy 2 get 2 on all Drip products!” When I show up and wait 30 minutes for the bud-tender to say the pods aren’t included. Bait and switch on me and I won’t go back. I left without buying anything and won’t be back. That was dirty!!!

They never have stock for medical patients …
since Arizona legalized recreational use they completely threw quality and allotment out the window. It’s essentially first come first serve and the lines are in favor of recreational users NOT medical oriented don’t really seem to care or have an issue with the fact that they are almost ALWAYS out of stock of the majority of items and lack a good balance of Sativa, Indica, AND Hybrid. .
I paid almost $400 for my medical card and all I get for it is “I’m sorry we’re out of stock “ “sorry we don’t have any control of what’s ordered” “sorry due to the abundance of recreational response all we have is venom”
NEWSFLASH venom f*{^{ing sucks.
And no one likes it and only buys it for the price. Which is another point none of the quality I’ve received is worth the amount I’ve had to pay for it AS A MEDICAL PATIENT. I thought I was in favor of the legalization but it seems like the quality, abundance, and customer service surrounding it has taken this biggest plunge and there isn’t anything we as the consumer can do about it besides leave a review.
I hope management takes their head out of their arse and prioritize the stock/inventory to better suit the field of customers their receiving.
I watched two customers get served before me, because I was told that they were getting a new shipment and packing it up in the back as we speak so why did I end up getting a pre-packed 8th from over last year....
Harvest on Baseline was one of the first dispensaries that I visited last year when I got my first card. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and the product quality was great! Fast forward to today; placed a pick-up order and thankfully the budtender went through it with me, because I never would’ve ordered what was in my bag!
I miss the flower specials and hate the direction that Harvest seems to be going, buying up other dispensaries (Urban Greenhouse etc), and the quality of their flower has gone down unless you want to drop $$$. I think this was probably my last visit to Harvest.

I have a 420 card and have had it signed off like 3 times but my name and everything is wearing off cause I forgot. budtender basically just said fuck off and I can sign the $10 one. still very disappointed

Bud tenders are pretty friendly, and the time spent there is pretty quick. The specials are pretty great as well!
The leads are inattentive and the new hires are uninformed on how to properly apply discounts, won't visit again very poor service and many employees standing around.
