Favorite spot so far in the city. Nice layout, nice people who help write down your order so you don't have to remember everything you picked out. Prices are fair and they have a lot of product. Definitely recommend checking this place out over the rest if you're in town.

I was taken care of by Woody today and all I can say is these guys go above and beyond customer service. I have been a loyal customer for a year now and really have no reason to visit any other shop. I'm new to the penVAPE world and a few months into it, things could have gone shady with my first pen malfunction, but these guys replaced everything I needed free of charge. Your cheating yourself if you haven't been here:)

it's co cool because downstairs is where i grocery shop and then upstairs is the dab lounge! it's so nice to see everyone happy and grateful. some of the best service

Great quality bud at okay prices for Seattle, mixed with a speedy and friendly customer service (if one is a bit stern in presentation), filled with the slight annoyance of random hobo stank due to its location and sometimes belligerent guests. Hit it at certain times of the day to avoid the rush of homeless people hanging around asking for money and don't go down 3rd if you don't wanna get stabbed.

First off, the place is gorgeous. I felt like I was in Willy Wonka's factory: my mouth was hanging open, I wanted everything and I wanted it NOW. My Budtender (Myk?) was extremely helpful, answered my endless list of questions and helped me zero in on just what I needed. Incredible selection of just about everything. I will definitely be back every time I'm in Seattle, it's worth dealing with downtown traffic and parking. P.S. The *only* reason I'm giving 4 stars on quality is because I haven't used everything I bought yet, so I'm not 100% sure on it. But what I have used was superb, so I'm sure it will all be 5 stars.

Great place to find medicine. Lately my favorite overall strain has been their Sour Grapes - excellent hybrid that produced a warm cerebral high that can be similarly felt throughout the body. Have a Heart's staff is genuinely friendly & knowledgeable (Woody made certain I was thoroughly welcomed & acquainted) , their hours are also especially appreciated. Always pleased to have made a visit

Great shop with many options. Just came from Colorado a lil different system but great product with help from a very knowledgeable staff. Paid what you'd think for some top shelf. Got some private reserve blob og smooth lush flavor with a very relaxing effect. Willies reserve la confidential some of the tastiest nugs I've had in a while the nitrogen seal must work. Great product and great shop would definitely return.
