Great buds at a low price! Today I was really low on money and they hooked me up with their free preroll review pecial without me havin to buy anything then I asked for the g13 $6 a gram strain nd gave me tha hookup on some white fire og for $5 some goood thc levels too. This was my first visit to Have a Heart and to a Dispensary. I had just gotten my card and decided to go get some medicine. I explained to Matt that I had never been to a Dispensary, never purchased any product and he would need to educate me. He was VERY helpful and was able to provide an great amount of information to help with my chronic pain. I will definitely going back and referring my friends.

Great selection, not only of flower but also of alternative consumption methods. Dustin was extremely helpful. Discussed topical salves with him, and my complaint about their oily residue and he recommended Canis liniment- Very knowledgeable staff and willing to take time to help a customer

I’ve been here a few times and I’m always confused when reading reviews because I have never had “great service”. It’s fine but the bud tenders never want to actually talk through my needs and help me find something. It’s usually a 2 minute “well I like this, get this” and then they run off. I didn’t leave a review on my first visit because I hate to give s store a review on one person but I think 3 times is enough to make an opinion. If you want good bud and don’t need help, they’re perfect. If you’d like to discuss your options and figure out what may be best, try another store.

Have a Hearts are great, I always dig their layouts and all the products they carry. I had one experience where I felt like I was being up-sold on a cartridge, which is okay with me usually, but ish got awkward. I'll re-review and try again some other day.

Great set up. One of the few stores that allow you to view the products without waiting in line first. Many other stores make me feel pressured to hurry up, not here. Very helpful staff.

Favorite shop in Seattle. Everyone is friendly and the selection is great. Been going since they opened. 311 was there once and P-Nut told me my shirt was cool.

This was my first dispensary experience. I live in a Bible Belt state, so am very unlikely to see something like this soon. Upon entering this store I was overwhelmed by the selection. I just stared in awe at all the flower and edibles. I completely ignored the oils and dabs simply due to ignorance. An employee must have seen my face and came over to offer assistance. I told him I was interested in a full sativa and a full indica. He was incredibly nice and helpful. He gave me a couple of his favorites, and helped me decide which was right for me. I don't have anything to compare this visit to, but it was amazing. Anytime I'm in the Seattle area I will be making a visit to this store.

I’ve only been to a handful of dispensaries in Seattle but this is my favorite. The prices are good, the staff is helpful, and the online ordering is awesome.

Has everything you need, high quality meds at affordable prices. The place is an art museum, an woody always points me in the right direction an gets me out the door and on with my day.

Have A Heart and Gourmet Green are my two favorite dsipensaries. A little older crowd at Gourmet but I felt welcome in both places. Have A Heart seems to have better edibles but Gourmet has the best clones in the city..

Today I stopped in for a O-Pen cartridge and ended up lost in all the quality meds I found myself around.. Luckily I had Carl as my tender and because of his experience, was able to make an educated decision on which meds would be right for me.. I wanted to thank Carl again for being patient and knowledgeable.. You guys are definitely the best access point around...
