Online ordering SUCKS. Same wait time as the regular. Don't offer things you don't have to tell your customers you don't have it after they've waited for 15 minutes.

This was my first visit to a dispensary and we chose this spot because it was highly reviewed. It completely lived up to the hype. They were friendly and helpful and walked us through the products patiently.

Definitely my fave shop in Seattle; they're always friendly and helpful and they've got a great selection of strains & treats. Woody's awesome and so is the rest of the crew. Check 'em out!

This is my Favorite Dispensary by far! The Medicine is always A+ quality and the prices never change. The Rainbow Kush is superb.

My fiance and I have been coming to Have a Heart for quite some time now, we truly enjoy this place, the people are kind and caring, and always seem up to par on knowledge of strains, and other types of medicine for patients. They always have a large selection to choose from, for patients from all angles. In particular, Nate and Woody are always awesome to us, but everyone there is always very friendly! I definitely recommend it to any new or current patients that haven't experienced this place yet!

This is my 3rd review of my second home! If your like me and think anything over 10 bucks is too much then you will fall in love with have a heart. So much to choose from from flower to wax and teas or chocolate bars or even ice cream! Everyone there is GREAT! Never be afraid to ask a question they will love to help and if they don't know they won't make it up they will find out for you. They do everything they can to make you feel like a family member.

Woody and the rest of the gang always are very knowledgeable about the product and discounts. Yesterday when I came in Woody took his time letting me know about all of the deals and his opinions on certain things. My mom and I practically opened the shop with everyone. Definitely the best spot to go to for medicine and a cute receptionist!

Not a bad location but unfortunately for me Have A Heart no longer has a Heart for legal MEdical Cannabis clients like myself ..

I’ve only been to a handful of dispensaries in Seattle but this is my favorite. The prices are good, the staff is helpful, and the online ordering is awesome.

Was just there yesterday with a few friends, I’ve normally never had an issue coming here, however this was a review worthy experience. Walk in, get cash, waiting in line to order. Now in his very thought out space there is a beautiful chandelier hanging literally a foot over my head (I’m 6’2’’) and o notice with such delete that the balls are filled with cannabis. I causally and easily reach up to inspect the beautiful work and see if it’s resin or glass. Immediately following that; a bud tender yells really loud “DO NOT TOUCH THE CHANDELIER!” I stop, and look around in shock at how audible this guys decided she needs to be, and the other party next to use thought it was extremely over the top and rude, I felt the same. Lucky me I’m next and he’s the one taking my requests, I say hey loudy, hows your day going ( petty in hindsight) and he gets triggered oh man; he begins telling me I should be 86d from the place immediately for not following the “rules” ( ?), I tell him it was an honest mistake, and hope he had a better day. As a costumer service position he failed on ALL fronts, and also, if you don’t want people touching things then Either post a sign or don’t have right we’re I can clearly inspect it and touch it, common sense in my opinion but I must have missed that part in the rule book... either way this place is never again going to get my patronage and I’ll be sure to Vier others to more friendly places with more obvious “rules”

Personally I enjoy being able to see all the product and know prices as someone who smokes a lot and generally knows what I'd like. It was easy to find what I was looking for and get help from their very friendly staff. They even took a picture of my friends and I with their display of a huge joint in front of a psychedelic neon Seattle skyline.

Today I stopped in for a O-Pen cartridge and ended up lost in all the quality meds I found myself around.. Luckily I had Carl as my tender and because of his experience, was able to make an educated decision on which meds would be right for me.. I wanted to thank Carl again for being patient and knowledgeable.. You guys are definitely the best access point around...

I really like everything about this place. It's close to Pike's Market, and the waterfront. The wall selection makes it easy to peruse and decide what you want. The staff are all nice and easy to talk with.

Super friendly and educated staff. Helped me with no pressure which was great for someone like me who suffers from anxiety. Five stars and thumbs up!!

Today I was really low on money and they hooked me up with their free preroll review pecial without me havin to buy anything then I asked for the g13 $6 a gram strain nd gave me tha hookup on some white fire og for $5 some goood thc levels too. Great vibe. Great staff. Budtenders were all super helpful! Security guys were super cool too. Amazing selection of flower and concentrates. Came from NC and found this place highly recommended by locals in town. Worthy of all the praise.

Very helpful when I had questions and quick to answer. They do allow a certain amount of people in the back at one time, but that made my experience more enjoyable.
