Today was my first time in a dispensary. My impression - First, things have advanced, a LOT in medicine. And the knowledge of this staff, (the friendliest people I've ever encountered on a rainy Monday, I might add!), while not being pushy, are equipped to answer any questions you have, and recommend things for your specific issues. I'm a gal that researches, a LOT, before going in. So I kind of knew what I was looking for. My Budtender (who's name is escaping me and his card is in my car - I'm so sorry!) He was awesome. He answered the questions I had, and secured a customer for life.

The dispensary is huge!! The biggest I've seen. The staff is really nice from when you walk in to the lobby and then when you go in to the dispensary. You have one person that helps you, but the other staff members always chime in to say hello or give me a thumbs up on the strain I choose or a suggestion for next time. I've never waited long, but there is plenty of comfortable seating in their lobby if there is a wait. My new favorite dispensary in town.

Definitely a nice place. Kachera is super cool and accels exceptionally at what she does, even complimented me on my hoodie ! She made sure I didn’t leave without asking if I was all good or had any questions. Front desk staff was pleasant as well. Great place and better people. They’re completely compassionate towards their customers. Can’t ask for much better IMO. Tip: if you want to keep your meds fresh, pick up some of the Boveda bags they offer. They will keep your flower fresh and keep the smell locked in and protects your trichomes. $2/pc.

Professional and comfortable atmosphere. Products are reasonably priced and high quality. Employees are friendly and efficient! Overall, pleasant experience!

The best dispensary I’ve been to in Ohio so far. Better service, price, and overall knowledge than Verilife. Paul was awesome! Will definitely be back.

I always have a wonderful experience shopping here, and frankly I don't care to go back to verilife again. The associates that help you are extremely knowledgeable, personable and just genuinely interested in helping you. My last visit with Lindon was probably the most lucrative! Every thing he suggested for my chronic pain and digestive issues were spot on! There's nothing about this establishment I'd change. Keep up the great work!

Budtenders are always knowledgeable on products and can educate you on new strains, items and dispensaries. Modern, clean shop and always welcoming. If it’s your first time buying medical marijuana you won’t be nervous or intimidated (we’ve all been there). The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel comfortable. My two favorites so far are David and Jalaal; they are VERY knowledgeable and match me with fantastic products for what I’m looking for.

I had my first visit back in March/April of 2020. Like most, I was coming into this process completely unacquainted with everything that was presented before me. Upon walking in, you are greeted with a calming and friendly serenity that is effortlessly extended throughout the staff. On my first visit, David truly took the time to dissect each question I had presented him with and left me feeling confident with enough knowledge to want to return. My visits after only continued to excel with a personal touch. I highly recommend taking the time once, to personally wait to be assisted by J.R. Like 90's era M.J., he kept me on my toes with anticipation to learn about what things he could help enlighten me on to take better care of myself. Not only is he one of the most intellectual people in his craft, but he also has an irresistible energy that invites you back into to personally meet with him so he can help you learn how to take the best care of yourself. Time after time I am rendered speechless by the passion that comes from his help. Like all G.O.A.T.S, he is supported by an exceptionally welcoming, kind, funny, and loving staff. Undoubtedly worth a visit.

This was my first experience at a dispensary and Alex made it a great one. This place was great got to see all product before buying and the prices looked better to me than other menus around town online. Great selection in my opinion but this was my 1st time so i have no comparision. I will be returning as soon as im out.

He was very patient and thorough while explaining everything I needed to know. He made my first experience here wonderful. I will definitely return to this location!

Every time I go to this location they have no idea what’s going on. Usually they can’t even figure how many days I have. Today the man said I have 40 days and I informed him I only really have two days. So then he sells me a product that exceeded my two days. He refunded me some of my money and told me he could not refund all of my money. This is stealing and I will let the state know. This is a cash only operation. So was my old dealer. This is a ghetto store and way overpriced
