Zen Leaf - Cincinnati (Medical)

Today was my first time in a dispensary. My impression - First, things have advanced, a LOT in medicine. And the knowledge of this staff, (the friendliest people I've ever encountered on a rainy Monday, I might add!), while not being pushy, are equipped to answer any questions you have, and recommend things for your specific issues. I'm a gal that researches, a LOT, before going in. So I kind of knew what I was looking for. My Budtender (who's name is escaping me and his card is in my car - I'm so sorry!) He was awesome. He answered the questions I had, and secured a customer for life.

I have a great and friendly experience everytime I come in. Christine is awesome with assisting me find what I need.

Definitely a nice place. Kachera is super cool and accels exceptionally at what she does, even complimented me on my hoodie ! She made sure I didn’t leave without asking if I was all good or had any questions. Front desk staff was pleasant as well. Great place and better people. They’re completely compassionate towards their customers. Can’t ask for much better IMO. Tip: if you want to keep your meds fresh, pick up some of the Boveda bags they offer. They will keep your flower fresh and keep the smell locked in and protects your trichomes. $2/pc.

Overpriced compared to all the surrounding dispensary’s! I refuse to wait in these long lines they need to step up their customer service, should be in a out in less than 20 minutes highly disappointed

It's very unlikely the rude chick who told me she put my DL and prescription card in the mail actually did it. It's been 22 days and I still haven't received them. I had to buy a duplicate DL! Customers beware!

Have A Heart - what is happening?!? Stagnant product choices, highest prices in the area now and better selections elsewhere? This is not like you and it’s causing me distress. I don’t want to drive to Dayton or beyond for better selection and pricing but you’re going to force me to. That’s a shame cause you were my favorite

Do not buy the garlic cookies! It’s 55 dollars for 3 g of shake. I will never come back to this place. You can get better products for almost half the price at the other dispensaries.

Looking at this dispensary from the outside, I would never have expected what wonders (and quality) lay inside. The exterior is subtle but well marked for identification and located within a community, not out in some industrial park. Once you step inside you are greeted at the door, provided a menu and seated in a comfortable, clean and welcoming waiting room. The individual at the window takes your ID and they call you back based on your order of arrival. I have been there several times now and never waited more than 5-15 minutes to be seen even on a Friday directly after work (which I would expect to be a higher traffic time). Once called back you are assigned an individual who will take care of you throughout your visit answering questions, returning your ID, gathering any product and checking you out at one of several stations. They are loaded with product and be warned the menu provided upon arrive can be overwhelming based on the number of products carried. Making it even more convenient, you can order ahead online and save time. Once there, you still have the initial brief wait, but my order has been accurate, fast and packaged nondescriptly each time with no substitutions. I’ve visited a couple different dispensaries now and this one is a clear favorite for me. Have A Heart Cincy has won my heart (or should I say business) and I’m a big fan of what they are doing. There is a fun feel coming from the staff and they have my recommendation. Special shout out to David who made my first visit easy and dispelled any confusion through answering every question I had.

Drove 30mins only for them to tell me their scanner is broken and they can’t accept new patients. Sus, waste of my time. Smh.

This was my first visit to Have a Heart. The staff and the PCA's were very knowledgeable and professional. Christine and Paul took their time with me to make sure I understood the products. They seem to really "Have a Heart". Thank you.

Absolute favorite

Kayla and my other budtender(not positive of name but he wears glasses) are phenomenal!!! So nice and Knowledgeable. Great sales and extensive menu. Never a long wait.

J.R knows his s**t... the flower (euphoria)that he recommended is so far my fave. After visiting other dispensaries in Ohio I have to say that this one is my absolute favorite. The customer service from the entire staff is always superb. The lobby is always clean and comfortable. Excellent products, with a huge variety!

I love this dispensary! I’ve always had great experiences with the employees and feel really comfortable and welcome each time. The only thing that frustrates me about this dispensary is that because they only sell a very small number of tinctures, I frequently find it necessary to visit other dispensaries in order to buy those. This is really frustrating bc Have a Heart is honestly my preferred vendor, but I often find myself at other dispensaries at least 50% of the time because I don’t have the time and energy to make multiple trips when I can get everything in one place. While I realize that tinctures are not the sexiest cannabis product on the market, every time I visit a dispensary other than this one it’s because HAH doesn’t Carry more than 3-4 tinctures. As a medical patient consuming a minimum of 40mg cbd a day Via tincture, it’s kind of like being told this isn’t really a dispensary for medical patients when out of all the products available throughout the state you’ve stocked only three varieties. I think they’re missing out on an important revenue stream by ignoring that market segment. They’re definitely missing out on my $200-$300 a month spent at other dispensaries. Stock tinctures and advertise it; see what happens. I also have to say, they’ve been really accommodating about curbside service, which I truly appreciate because I am severely immune compromised. They’re also completely consistent and efficient with this, which has not been my experience at other dispensaries where the process is different every time and honestly only marginally maintains social distancing or Covid guidelines. Get some tinctures Have a Heart! I’ll buy from you every time!!!

Every time I go to this location they have no idea what’s going on. Usually they can’t even figure how many days I have. Today the man said I have 40 days and I informed him I only really have two days. So then he sells me a product that exceeded my two days. He refunded me some of my money and told me he could not refund all of my money. This is stealing and I will let the state know. This is a cash only operation. So was my old dealer. This is a ghetto store and way overpriced

Very welcoming and approachable for newbies to medical marijuana! All of my questions were answered and the information packets given on your first trip are very helpful!

I like everything about this dispensary, especially the staff. They are engaging and helpful, especially Jalal and Alex. The products they recommended for me have cut my need for prescription meds by 3/4ths! Service is usually prompt depending on the time of day, and I really like their soundtrack!

I came here once and decided I didn't need to go anywhere else in Cincinnati. Every time I've been there the place is nice, clean, well-stocked and the people are mostly very friendly. On my last visit Kristina was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly/personable. The owners need to install some acoustic panels, at least on the ceiling in the check out area. Often there is music playing which I really like, but with conversation of other customers and budtenders in the checkout area you can't hear a thing anybody says. I constantly have to ask people to speak up or repeat themselves and I'm a relatively young man with decent hearing. A very simple thing could make this place the best in the state.

The staff here is amazing and very informative. I always feel welcome here and accepted. They also have a wide variety of products to choose. #bestdispensaryinOhio
