Health for Life - Baltimore

I've been coming here for years and u guys have went too far this time.. no more disabled discount? no more points discount? raised your prices? you have 2 other dispos within 5 minutes of u guys and you are the most expensive around now. Sadly I don't belive I will be back. that 15k a year u lose cause I do use it for medical and refuse to be overpriced and mistreated.. don't recommend and will not shop here again

Been coming here since the doors opened and wow, how far down hill can ya go. The leadership has raised prices and took.away disability discount, screwed up the pricing by raising garbage flower and other products to absurd amounts, really messed up the point rewards. Seriously who took over? I would love to talk to then on how to properly operate a business.

This dispensaries front desk person don't even look old enough to work there (blonde). He was rude. I am a customer with them since before tha pandemic. They refused me to use the restroom. I have diabetes from a medical accident plus I'm a diabetic. I will tell all my friends not to use them.

👎 Can no longer pull up and place order. Had to sit in parking lot and place phone order. Then instructed to way 10 -15 mins before I could come inside and pay for my order. I understand the weather is not suitable for standing outside and waiting for customer to place their order. However, there has to be a better way then this. I will do my best to avoid health for life until I can pull up, place an order, pay for it and go home. Talking to your phone operator about what medicine best suits my need is a waste of time. ☹️

Over priced

This was my second dispensary I’ve been to in the State of Maryland and customer service was beyond amazing! She seemed very informative of all the terpenes and strains that would help me. They have a crazy list of strains to choose from in comparison to the first dispensary I went to. You overall get a very chill and uplifting vibe being there. Definitely will come back again. Oh did I mention as a first patient you get a buy 1/8th and get the second one free 😁 along with a free Pre-Roll starting at 4:20PM.

I have shopped at HFL a few times.Always a great experience. Knowledgeable,friendly staff. Good selection of flower. I will definitely be returning.

You honestly can’t beat the deals they have. Their MPX selection is always impressive as well. Everyone at the location has always been super nice and helpful. I have never been inside because of COVID but I look forward to one day checking it out. Right now I take advantage of the drive thru. I learned to make it a faster experience just bring cash, but my online order is always ready shortly after placing it!
