Used the drive up window for first time. Worked like a charm. they should keep this open even after the Virus is behind us. Will definitely use it again.
Even though things are rough right now, the staff is still very friendly and helpful! I miss going inside that’s the only reason for 3 star atmosphere. Do some more give aways, deals or raffles!

Aint gona lie had some issues b4.....and was upset...did not go back for a long time....stopped by a few weeks ago to grab something cause I was in a pinch....staff rembered me.....thought to myself this is not gona end well lol.......just the exact opposite very friendly addressed my concerns about previous problem...and every time I go they double check my order let me know they did it...and I have not had any problems 🙂 ....long story short iam a regular customer again ...and I am very pleased with staffs effort to address my concerns....
Love H4L Baltimore!! This dispensary is definitely not only my go-to but also my favorite. All staff are always so welcoming and personable, even now through the drive-thru window during the pandemic (which is also AWESOME and super convenient). My (see, it's personal) bud tenders are extremely knowledgable and consistently give the BEST service- *shout out to Nicole and Gab!* Online ordering has been very smooth and efficient and I can't express my appreciation enough!
I love everything! I'm a new medical patient and I needed to find the right products for my neck pain. The awesome staff has been very helpful navigating me through all the products. I get my 20% disability discount. But there is usually a better daily deal.
