My first time there today. I was absolutely Amazed by the entrance. Love it!! Not happy there wasn't a 1st time patient discount. Selection was nice. Prices were good. I would go back again.

GO TO GREEN GOODS INSTEAD I will not recommend this place and ONLY buy when I'm desperate. This company as a whole is atrocious. they post hours of operation but DO NOT follow them. do NOT EVER answer their phones. NO accountability. horrible place go to Green Goods right on the same road.

Been going here for years only to find out multiple budtenders talk shit behind patients back and slander people painted me out to be a monster made sure i was never hired VICTORIA SAM AND ANDREA after I befriended them and confided in them only to find out I was a laughing stock and they are racist! FAKE PEOPLE SHITTY INVITORY ALSO. I WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH CORP TOMORROW!

There has nevr been a time that they answer the phone!!.today I have been calling since 11:30 am, no answer. All day,literally every 15 minutes And still no answer and its 3:39 pm.! Can not speak to anyone nor can you even leave a message,hoping for at least a call back,if to busy to answer?? Who can u complain too??? its terrible!! the quality of all products is always on point, service is absolutely the best! ( except nobody will answer the phone)this is my only pev. About this place,seriously!!!,it's totally annoying 🙄. Why isn't the phone ever answered at this place???,im surprised you're not loosing good business operating as if no one is there!!! SMh!!!

I visited this location this week for the first time and was greeted with the highest level of professionalism. I am a permanently Disabled Veteran and the discount I had received was really appreciated. Also, the knowledge that Mr. JR has helped me to purchase the correct product for my needs. I will be a regular customer at this location from now on. They have the best prices and variety that I have seen.

What a sad day in the cannabis world! After literally spending thousands of dollars you have truly let me down! I walk in on triple diamond day like any other triple diamond day. This time I have 350 dollars cash ready to buy a mini enail . This is after wasting 150ish dollars on the puffco atomizer hand held pen. A purchase I tried to return after bad results. I then was advised to buy a 25 dollar new ceramic atomizer. That also failed. I then was told basically talk to the manufacturer. I took the 200$ loss. Now I wanted to pay cash for a puffco or enail wasn't 100% but a 350$ purchase none the less. I was told I can not but one! My money was no longer good only a credit card or bank card. I said ok I'll go get a new bank card , since mine was stolen, more hassle. Then come to find out after I can show you thousands in receipts call my.bluff. I went out of my way my entire cannabis advocacy career talking great and recommending this place to everyone. Now my 350 dollars cash is no good unless u want it for your flower or concentrates. The icing on the cake NO POINTS!!!!!! AFTER ALL THE TRIPPLE DIAMOND DAYS NOW THAT I WANNA SPEND 350 NO CASH NO POINTS....You just lost a customer for life health for life. Your point system was all you had as a benefit for the patients now you give us a big middle finger??? It's a sad day in the cannabis world! will change when I am reimbursed for my 200$ I wasted on your broken puffco vape you sold me!!! You sold it to me I want reimbursed with meds I can use . Now you take away my chance at owning a puffco and benefiting with meds..... You sell me a bad product that dont work please fix it and I'll fix this rating.... my uncle is mark Vernarelli channel 2 news for 22 years... please dont piss on my head and tell me it's raining or you will lose a friend and gain a enemy !

Health for life’s loyalty program is second to none. Being able to use points for free meds or swag goes a long way, and is a nice incentive to shop here! Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and the deals are amazing!

Great all the way around, atmosphere, staff and quality of product. I live closer to the Whitemarsh store, but it is well worth the trip. I wish the one who does the ordering at this store would do the orders for Whitemarsh. I'll be returning.
