Herbal Wellness Center - West (Med/Rec)

I wish this place was closer to my house. Decent meds with a decent price. Being a brand new shop. I can understand the poor harvest and I don't mind. At least their meds don't look like shwag. I think this place has great potential.

Receptionist so rude “Tina” glasses and lip piercing. Hope management/owners can fix, sad that this is the face that represents you when someone first walks in - first impressions are everything and she ruined our day

I have been loyal to HWC for years but just had my worst experience in a dispensary yet...I dont think I will be using their products or shopping there again. wow

Awful! They set up on line ordering that doesn’t work and when you call to inform them it doesn’t work they so sweetly say come on down and we’ll still get the order bc that’s been happening all day and it still comes through. I drive 45 minutes out of my way home from work to get my ‘oh come on by it will still be ready order’ that was non existent when I arrived. I show the email and repeat our conversation and they have the nerve to say we didn’t get it so you’ll have to wait in line. It’s only about another 30-45 minutes! Fuck you people for fucking people over! Then I get to the window and they say ‘have you ever used this card here before’? Wtf, ya only for the past year and my other card before that for a year here. Never again will I though because that’s a shit show!

there flower is horrible... it wasnt when they had snake eye and serpentine... now with there new grower there flower taste same as tru infusion... herbal step game up ... if u looking for good flower SUNDAY GOODS 16 st glendale

What's the point of express if I'm just waiting behind walk ins???

Unfortunately this will be the last time that I visited this location this is the fifth time they've shorted me a gram of concentrate in my bag and me not checking it like I should have when I left that place disappointed to the max and out $20.

on February 28 I got a OZ of Donna OG A premium flower that I have had before "OH MY GOD" it was the worst product I've gotten from here in the 5 years I've been coming if I was able to look at it before I bought it I wouldn't have done it and because I hold herbal Wellness grown and herbal Wellness center premium flowers to high regard I trusted them very bad mistake on my part ......it should have sold for 80 a Oz not 140 and my record with you guys in 5 years shows I don't get bottom self flower never ...... this is a fair warning be careful I'm stuck with this trash for the next week....

Fucking place sucks if your trying to go in and out real quick they put other people ahead of you cuz the bud tender knows them I won’t recommend to no one fuckin waiting for more then a hour what kind of shit is that customer service sucks as well

place took a hour and a half just for some weed weed was ok will not return

be prepared to wait an hour or longer for an Express order because they are understaffed with 3 or4 budtenders walking back and forth just a heads up

I don’t think I’ll ever be back again I feel like HWC is cutting corners big-time they are just not the same Anymore quality Is WAYY DOWNN just not the same Anymore. Three hour wait for my online order to even be filled then I have to check in and wait another hour and a half almost 5 hours just to place and pick up a minuscule order then when you arrive to the dispensary you get greeted by annoyed and irritated bud tenders don’t think I’ll ever be back you guys suck now and your flower taste like regular weed Now Lmaoo

Waited an hour and half and had a an online ores , watched 3 people who checked in after me go first Absolutely the worst dispensary experience ever, I have had my card for 8 years and this is the worst place to go, it is complete chaos , the bud tender and manager were extremely rude, they ordered me to put my phone away when that's where my card is. common sense isnt to common here .

Stopped in as first time patient a few weeks ago. Was not going to write a review on my disappointment of my meds, but after reading a few reviews, I had to share my experience at this dispensary. I did not get a free pipe or two grams of med. I was just given a gram, and it was a choice of "mid" shelf stuff. I got an ounce donation for 200 and it was swag with a load of seeds. Must have had about 10 grams of seeds. What kind of dispensary has seedy meds for donations at or above 200. It wasn't worth 100, it gave me nothing but headaches, and that is why I have never been back after just 1 visit. The customer service was good though, the tenders seemed to be friendly and care about their regular patients. I would be very hard pressed to return though, as I felt like I was ripped off and wasted my hard earned money on wet, seedy swag. And to see everyone talking about getting new patient pipes and two grams and I got just one gram really depresses me. Live and learn..

Went there waisted gas money all because they sent me the wrong special on email false advertisement i even showed them the email i wont recommend no one and whats messed up its the only place i would go to and recommend but damn the dispensary i loved lied to me i aint waisting my gas deleting app and unsubscribing my emails

Some people have chronic conditions they can’t stand for long periods of time especially in this heat all while the rec patients get to sit and wait in the nice a.c.

Took me an hour to get an online order and when I expressed my feelings to the bud tender he laughed at me and said just came at a bad time. Everything I go here I wait 30+ minutes and I always order online. I will never be spending my money here again. This is not the only dispensary in town. I usually go to ones smaller then this location who are just as busy. They get everyone through in a reasonable amount of time. Bud tender was rude and service was extremely slow. Should've taken me 30 MAX and took me over an hour. Ridiculous the way the bud tenders acted when I talked to them. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. there is better weed at other dispensaries.
