this place used to be my go-to dispensary. I was here weekly for the ounce special and I got some good, big, strong buds. I would come out from Florence and I enjoyed the experience, it was worth it. Now they are nothing special and not worth the trip. Since recreational, this place is in the dumper...

This place thrives on being snarky, if feel like the employees are being rude and offensive trust your instincts, if you leave a bad review they will single you out. If you don't leave a tip because they gave you bad service. They will say something rude and embarrassing. I will no longer tip here! Customer service is a thing of the past and so is being a decent human being! I have seen other people leave here upset and get in arguments because of this exact issue and no one did anything about it. They support this kind of behavior here.

1st time at this New Location on Deer Valley, nice store, not much parking area unless u park down at the end. Cory was cool, in and out fast but the Security!!! That's why I'm leaving this review....let me just say fine af. Held the door open for everyone, was nice, made sure everyone had masks on and was alert. I felt comfortable. Did I mention he was fine and had tattoos lol. Will be back!!

I waited an hour to get inside for a deal that was going on for them to tell my hat they were out of all the wax for that deal and that I would have to pay full price for different wax! Fuck this place and your wait, you guys are over prices and need a better system!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Its always an in and out process not a long wait. The option in different strains is always good. Would recommend and have recommended to fellow card holders. Will continue to purchase my meds here.

Well im not sure how to begin, cause usually when I go it rather an ok thing, nothing spectacular or anything but usually everyone pretty chill, but this last time i went it was not so pleasant and neither was the girl at the desk where you check in. With a atittude linked to the devil, it made my last visit horrible and im not sure if ill be returning. They always have good flower with reasonable prices. And i guess i would say im a regular there. There usually my "go to" spot. But im the type of person who expects friendliness helpful people when you work in a retail industry. Id much rather pay 5 or ten extra bucks and have happy helpful individuals help me with my medication.. idk maybe im a dinosaur, but i dont know who would want to spend their money with a company who gunna have an attitude w me.. no thnks.. i might return but probably not anytime soon

First time patient & I was impressed with the overall service. The guy who helped me was knowledgeable & everyone was friendly & makes you feel welcomed. I liked the free pipe & free gram which was Blue Og & 2 pre-rolls for $10. I smoked a bowl of the Blue Og and finally after the years of pharmaceuticals trying to rid the pain and nausea with my chronic migraines, one bowl of the Blue Og took it away. For the first time in a long time I can finally kick my migraines butt & not have to hid under the covers in the dark & suffer with the pain. Thank you, I will be back & if I knew other qualified patients I would recommend them. YAY!! NO MORE PAIN :D

Not worth the free eighth. Hv had better Reggie then the Gorrilla glue #1. 20-25$ grams!!!! If it was super kill that would be one thing but this some dry not well grown imitation of good bud. Don't be fooled.

My favorite dispensary on the West Valley! They're medicine is something I always look forward to because I know it will be above excellent. I love their new pricing but I love their quality even more. Keep up the good work guys!

When you have 45 people waiting at noon, there might be an issue. If only they had another building to add additional budtenders to, oh crap, they do. Instead you can wait to find a parking space and wait hours. Whoever manages this place, failed grade school, and is too stoned to be in charge

This place has a horrible back up plan for people who have placed orders that have been cancelled. Instead of allowing me to make an adjustment to the order I had to get back in the mobile order line. Some of us don’t have the luxury to sit at home and wait for a confirmation because we do NOT live around the corner. I make the replacement order and an hour later that one is magically canceled. All of this when the ONLY way to make an order is to place it and wait. We can’t come inside. This is a horrible process and doubt I’m coming back here

You’re online ordering is a joke. I place it and it still ain’t ready 3 hours later ? If you guys know your busy Wednesday then you guys should be more prepared. I came in and waited 2 hours for an order that was supposed to be placed online.

terrible.. wont give prerolls out if online order.. horrible wait time. online orders move slower than the normal line wont come back. 3 bad experiences in a row. done worth herbal and vapen unless someone makes it right. which i doubt i will ever here from anyone on the subject

Every time I order they tell me they are cancelling the order. I can never get a order through and it’s starting to become really bad service. Imagine ordering something just to be told you can’t even get it. They need to update their system to avoid this from being able to happen I no longer want to be getting upset about this service.

I'm not sure if they're just playing with people. but I put an order in 1 min after they opened and it said they were already out of that deal. There is no way everyone bought all the oz deals 1 min after opening. I feel like these jerks just put the good deals to the side for their frenz or some crap like that. this is the 3rd times it's happened too 👎

The wait time lately for walk ins have been really long ! 1 hour wait time is ridiculous even when the lobby isn’t full . Please fix this issue.

I’m not kidding when I say the line was long I watched the whole “Superbad” Movie in line then still waited another 25 min I finally got into the store where I then had to wait another 20 min to get a bud tender to speak to me my plans for the day got very ruined after my experience at herbal wellness and the 25-30$ I saved on their prices did not add up to my time I wasted in line only for people with to much time on their hands

What happened to the flower, it’s gone downhill. Where’s the 818 and king Louie and the other same strains. Very few strains test over 17 or 18 percent unlike months ago. That’s why I haven’t been there in a while. Was a weekly visit if not two.

My first time visit I didn’t really feel to welcomed and the first time patient deal was not as good as other dispensaries.

this use to be one of my favorite dispos but they are giving all the deals to recreational and forgetting about us the patients that got them this far in AZ shame on you all for choosing greed over whats right

Herbal wellness also you guys gotta do something better with online sometimes your in and out and other times you are out there waiting 30 to 40 mins I am a customer that goes there at least 3 times a week pls do better herbal and your trees pls don’t pack in bags no more it’s always so dry at least try and give us quality like the old days hopefully you guys do better and care more about customers and actually do deals on days that you guys can rack it up like 4/20 or 7/10 no deals like are y’all the only ones who don’t do deals or what 85 for 5 grams pls and we need hash rosin you guys got to give people what they want we want hash rosin and better for the vp and ceo Ik your reading this pls do better

Terrible customer service I called to ask about the birthday deal and was informed that you have all month to redeem it so I go in and get told it’s all month after the date of your birthday. The managers did absolutely nothing to help fix the issue and just said we have talked to the employee. Like that does anything for the gas I wasted and the time I wasted cause your employees don’t know their own deals. Could have just sent me with a preroll or a 4.99 dollar gram but no instead leave me with nothing.

I went in for the Vapen gummies, which seem to be the only ones that work well for me. I was told they no longer have, and they were rebranded into Revive, but they are the same. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME!!! They are like eating rubber as the texture and the 2 flavors I got don't taste good at all. They DO NOT work the same! Also, get the Vapen chocolate bars, and those will be fond too! So annoying that anytime they have a good or even decent product or flower, then it's gone. I have been going here since it opened, and the quality, the customer service, the atmosphere, and the management have gone way downhill. it's disappointing!

By far a top notch dispensary! They have the best flower and concentrates!!!
