Herbal Wellness Center - West (Med/Rec)

Was 2 carts short. Not sure if the order wasn’t filled correctly or someone took the 2 from the bag. You guys should be counting products in front of customers. Was there on Friday and the Hispanic guy working did count them and there was only 9 in the bag so he had to go grab one from the back. Yesterday when I was there they were not counted opened my bag this morning and realized I’m 2 short. Very frustrating but putting that in a policy would prevent this from happening….

Fire Flower 🔥 Ghetto location but blew my mind with the flower that they have made me care less about almost hitting a bum in the lot outside pulling in. By the time I smoked all was forgotten love this place.

Herbal wellness dispensary is a great dispensary. The waiting room is clean and large. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And the flower is good value.

Great bud but terrible service. I felt rushed, the budtender was rude and seemed like he was uneducated with the medical marijuana material. He was indecent to chat over to his fellow budtender complaining about the time and the long line of people outside, which is his job to help the patients in the first place.

For all true connoisseurs this is definitely my first recommendation. a solid consistent cultivation team plus Vapen's home base. Check them out and you most definitely will be back.

whoever sends out the text deals sucks you are the only dispensary that will send out a good deal and then realize you didn't proof read it and will change it quickly with a sorry about last text and change the deal to something not as good it happens all the time so start proof reading your promotions before sending it out you suck

I have been coming to this location for quite awhile and used to have no issue. However, lately I have been severely mistreated each time that I visit. Their policy, or lack there of, when it comes to the lines, wait time, budline, and inventory is discouraging. Every member of their staff will tell you a different story on what the rules are, and the managers are the worste of them all. The woman at the front desk is incredibly rude. I have had one manager tell me several different stories on budline policy promising that this was the last time I would be inconvenienced like this just to find out next time I come in that something has changed once again. The last time I was there I realized that they were not going to be keeping their word on what they were telling me and I just wanted to pick up my Meds without a hassle but the manager Nawrs told me once again a new story, which was not even consistent with what the apparent general manager said. He was incredibly rude to me, he made no effort to help me fix the issue he only made me feel horrible for trying to understand and then he yelled at me and walked away. The other workers there told me he was extremely unprofessional and the apologized for my experience. If it weren't for the budline guy Aaron talking to me and assuring me that the issue would be taken to the general manager and settled once and for all I probably would have left in tears. I have never been treated like this before, especially when I am such a loyal customer at this location. I wish that there were better options for meds around because I get such horrible anxiety going into this location now. I would really rather stay away. Very dissapointing to have somewhere you rely on and trust treat you like a piece of trash.

Great location always quick in and out. Great concentrates and flowers. Although I did go in yesterday for the buy 2 get 1 and ended getting the jack herer shatter. When I got home I opened it up and it's started to budder up and turn into a sugar wax. I'm fine with that but if I'm paying extra for shatter I should get shatter.

they lie about there buy one get one free deals. it states you can get any thing equal or of lesser value for free but then you get to the location and it turns out that your options are way more limited. all I wanted was one particular strain and they forced me into chosing one I didn't want I will never be back and I will not recommend to anyone and I will discourage anyone I know from going there.
