Quality flower a little pricey but definitely appreciate the quality!

Placed an online order. Got the text my order was ready only to come wait an hour in line to get my online order.

Good morning, I placed an online order yesterday at around 11am. I called in after not receiving any type of text and was told that the online ordering system was 500 orders behind! I was told that it would be better that I show up as a walk in. I waited until after work and headed to the west valley office an arrived there at about 6:30. The line was around the building all through the courtyard. I walked in to the office and asked about my online order since that line had about 10 people! I was told my order was behind hundreds of online orders. I decided to leave and wait for my text which I did receive until 10! When the office was closed. So sad

worthless worthless worthless service, quality of product, and obviously still making online orders have ridiculous wait times. Can't believe your still open for business. This place is a joke

ANOTHER REVIEW WAS NECESSARY, I don’t usually do this but I had enough time during my 3 hour wait in this god-forsaken place, after admitting to somehow skipping me and taking 17 people in before me, the dude that may weigh a soaking wet 90 pounds with a hot topic bull-ring septum piercing is an absolute deplorable bud tender, the job honestly COULD NOT be this hard, had a very confused look for anything going on or in the store, after telling him my order was placed 3 hours ago brushed me off and continued to complicate things when trying to ADD to my order after waiting three hours. Once again, there are way better places to buy the same stuff, seriously never going back.

Prerolls suck here! Do not buy them. They are loose and not made properly. This has been a problem for awhile! Don't waste your money on prerolls!

Staff was quick and pleasant, but this is not the Herbal Wellness center I used to love anymore :/ They used to have nice $25 8ths, but I got home and quickly realized it was trash flower - short a half g (only 3.0g) The crappiest part they need to fix though, is the waiting room was a mess with people standing everywhere. I have PTSD - why I smoke- and that scene in the waiting room was just Not Okay.

Best flower, Gelato is my favorite. I drive 30 minutes every week just to come here!

Let me start this off by saying Thank You soo much for the free 1/8th! Only thing I can complain about is that the 1/8 was far too wet to smoke and it taste awful old and I would suspect that is due to keeping your meds in a refrigerator to keep them fresh. The 1/8th I purchased was also too wet to smoke as well. Drying and curing buds properly would help the quality tremendously. Other than that keep up the great work and I shall return when I am back on that side of town. Once again thank you for the free 1/8th!

My 2nd time going and got the $20 pre roll omg is the best ever!

This location was one of the cleanest I have been to for a long time . The members their were all very friendly and nice . Even tho they were super busy I was called back and helped in a good amount of time .

Came in 1/7/20 came in for a 8th however had my daughter with me and talking to agent who was asking questions about her and i ended up leaving without advising them it was my Birthday wen i called back in 20 minutes later to ask if i may return with my receipt to receive my bday gift from them i was told by the phone receptionist it MUST make another purchase on order to receive bday gift up until this moment i had been dealing with HWC for 2 years unfortunately if this is how you show patient appreciation i can not return.

Tina the budtender was awesome ! she went out of her way for me twice during my visit ! also included a lighter, a lanyard, and car freshener. I'll be back and ask for Tina! thanks girl!

i love the products but im so sick of waiting an hour every time i come and you have 4 budtenders walkimg the parking lot

Herbal wellness center is my favorite dispensary because they are most consistent in their meds and have very friendly staff thanks hwc

been coming back for more awesone buds for the last two years ... always on point ... especially with amazing & knowledge budtenders like Marissa aka mutha bud, she recommended road dawg amazing taste and flavor, don't let the prices fool you its bomb

People have great knowledge and very friendly ... Great environment... Will continue to go and highly recommend others as well!!

Employees lack of service

So I do not attend this dispensary anymore. This place has yet to figure out a more professional way to handle the amount of customers who check in greedily accepting loads of customers which really doesn't define social distancing because everyone is trying to avoid the heat by crowding the wellness spot with A hour and 15min wait for a pre order causing you to stand a long period of time in a crowded room. That is highly unacceptable especially when they consider theirselves THE WELLNESS SPOT!!!

Bad location, small parking lot needs to be repaved, receptionist is rude AF during every visit (4 visits), long wait every time (30 mind or longer), vapen distillates taste like dirty socks. This place is only worth a visit when they have a good sale on concentrates.

Racist place I don’t trust anyone there! Ugh these new budtenders suck and are not trained to know anything.
