I waited for over an hour for an online pick up order.

Wow!!! Tahoe 4x4 took me where I wanted to be! I got a 20% discount, free pipe and T-shirt for their grand opening. These guys are awesome over there. Highly recommended!! Their friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I went back to refer a friend and candace said that she could get her 8th next visit, we go back and they refused to give her the referral 8th she was promised by candace!!!!!!! I asked to speak to candace and when she came up she acted like it never happened and that she didn't say that and I told her that was not what she said last time. there policy is all fucked up for refferals they always say diffrent shit. Looks like she got a promotion because she was rude af this time and lied and gave horrible customer service she didn't even handle the problem and got an attitude. Love the flower here but the employees suck. The girl at check in with tattoos is the best she should be budtending not those other losers.

Been here a few times and the meds are horrible quality. Top shelf is over priced, and looks dry. And the dude that helped me told me two different occasions that the strains he told me were really good, both times the meds were disgusting. The top-shelf is not even dispensary quality. And the other strains are garbage. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Was my go to place for 3 years - today - new bud tender oversold me my allotment - BUT had already punched my card for purchasing over a $100 - wanted to give me a new card - frankly I was insulted and said it was his mistake why should I have to get a new card - especially when I spend about $1000 a month here - well he had to get the manager Brittany - who told me it way MY fault and she was being nice to me and was going to let me keep my punch and she made it clear I should be grateful for that - I threw my card to them - took my money and went elsewhere - and NO TIP JARS - quality better cheaper and service beyond belief - just east of this location and MUCH CLEANER - so thank you brittany and HWC - wonder how much money this one is going to cost you -- I had made MANY referrals to your location - stopped today.

Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. I got a free gram for being a new patient, the prices were a bit cheaper to average/competitive and they carry lot more strains than most dispensaries in town. Will definitely be back!

Great atmosphere. Great staff. Great vibes and Great Meds! Im a regular customer and not because they're close. I could live in Chandler and I would Still come to this location. If you havent been there, then you should drop by. Never a disappointment.

The front room was a little bland. Need for decor to liven up the front. The back is amazing. Cool lay out. Chill atmosphere. I totally dug the vibe.

The guy Aaron checking you in doesn't know anything!!! Skips people on purpose! He throws time sheets out so you can't see what time you checked in!!! Refuse to deal with him at all!

There Wax & Flower are always good, but it's super busy all the time. I waited like 30 mins just to see a budtender😫

I figured out what's drying your buds the new plastic containers don't close all the way sometimes by the hindges letting air dry up the budz. Next time your there watch the budtender they will do there best and place them upside down pushing the lids close they do care. Saw someone say the night sky was dry I got that the first day it arrived there it wasn't dry and it was flame but I've had other strain that have been dry and notices the lids not fully closing near the hindges not too big of a deal to me at the moment can easliy be fixed. I'll be down there to see you all today. Thank you all you guys are doing a good job even under so much construction and keeping people happy.😀

I was lead to believe by a misguided review, that I would be walking into a place of laziness and repetiveness. I was a 100% wrong and they were a well put together shop! The bud tender was the best I ever had. He helped me get a good deal and always was a great energy added to the room at every moment. the infamous Kane or Cain sorry if I misspelled it bro. He kept singing snippets of "nothing but a g thang" amongst a variety of other songs too. Shop is great, people are great, and the help I got was incomparable to the gloom, and bland vibe I am getting use to lately. Thanks for a refresher and Cane or Kane, you're great dude. Oh and their concentrates and dry herb, is superb. Quality is there if you pay for it and, they even have nice budget grams too if concentrate is your thing. When you see these buds, leaflys little window on the internet with explanation, and rating does no justice. JUST VISIT THIS DISPENSARY

Every time I went here(over 6 times)the wait was over 30 min. The waiting room was packed every time! And the quality of flower is really dank looking but every time has an off taste to me. Like something with the cure, dry, or possibly environmental. Like it has almost a sulfurish after taste. Like it's just got a different smell and taste, that you can taste and smell on the back end of every strain. From the Bubba Skywalker to their GG4...it's just something there. And I have heard someone mention it on reviews before...so they noticed too. Hopefully it's clean meds. If you base quality upon looks alone then you'll think HWC has the firest meds around. Those of us that know true terpy/greasy, loud fire know!

Amazing place to go. budtender rocked it and OMG the quality is the best I've seen, even comparing more expensive bud from other shops. honestly the only negative i can give is their parking lot is easy to miss

Really nice people. I stopped in and got some E-7,Blue Og, and a free gram of that northem which was more than a steal! Guy took his time to show me things they had in stock ! Will be back soon ! Made my day!

As a customer that has spent thousands of dollars with this dispensary. Had the worse customer experience with the manager Brittany she was very unprofessional and lied to the customer on the phone, Very rude and uncaring manager.

This place went to hell. Placed a pre-order at 2:30pm. Get a message at 6:45pm. Drive 45mins to get there only to see a line down the block for pre-orders/med patients. I will never and hope you don’t go back as well. HWC doesn’t care about medical patients.

Man I have only heard good things about this place so I was pumped to go and get my 1st time visit BOGO. Went on a BOGO cart day so it was packed. They told me I could use my 1st time patient special on the carts but then when I check my receipt they screwed me out of my 1st time patient deal. BOGO...buy one get one free...I bought 3 and should got 3 free. They gave me my two BOGO specials and then on that third BOGO they used my 1st time patient BOGO instead! So they use my 1st time patient BOGO to give me something free that WAS ALREADY FREE. Brought it up with a "supervisor" and they said it is how it is. I would've used my 1st time patient speacial on flower if I knew that. Guess this will be my 1st and last time at HWC.

came here after my usual place was shut down due to dispensaries complaining about them taking business now I am forced to expand my search for my medicine I come here hopeful to find some good og kush strains I smell the whole lot. the high grade smells like green house/ markers and almost gagged. donated for the top shelf OG kush smelt okay but when smoked it was like inhaling a chemy airy smoke tasted like I just smoke advanced nutrients as it says on their container. disappointed will not return although the atmosphere and service were cool...

there is no reason it should take over an hour to pick up anything if it is already preorder this is a joke.Even before what is going on with the pandemic, there was a wait for the preorder not to mention that after someone spends 1k dollars (with your punch card) you guys give them a lame ass 8th that's a slap in the face to some patients who are on a fixed income
