They have great deals and meds for sure. Order online or you could be waiting an hour. Sometimes even online ordering will have you waiting 30plus minutes. Not the best customer service for sure. the front desk reps are super crabby, I don’t even talk with them anymore. I get my meds and leave

I was a first timer here. The staff was pleasurable and the strains I bought were very good. Enough that I returned and found out they give you a veteran's discount. I really didn't have to use it because they have awesome specials that were better.

I come here a lot never had a problem till yesterday with online ordering. Ordered wayyy before cut off and still didn’t get my meds, after calling about 15times someone answered and I asked if I’d still be getting my order the girl said yes but clearly lied because here I am now writing this. Get your shiz together man!!

Dispensary shouldn’t send any text about order being ready if there’s an hour wait. I understand it’s a tough situation but I could of waited at home and not wait with all the other customers waiting ,spreading rona everywhere smh

Waited 3 hours at HerbalHELLNESS only to get my order cancelled without calling me or texting . worst 420 weekend !

I came here with the intentions of getting their first-time patient deal which is Buy one 1/8 oz and get one free my allotment was at 6.8 grams so I asked if I could have them honor the first-time patient deal but instead of an eighth for free they could give me 3-g for free if I bought an eighth they said they could not honor that and that the only thing they could do is sell me an eighth and give me one gram for free as the first-time patient deal can someone answer me how that makes any goddamn sense in the world this place is not on top of it.

Good products and prices but the demand faaaar outweighs the supply. So much so that the employees always seem stressed and tense. The customer service is horrible. The online ordering is also a headache. Super inefficient. But the icing on the cake was when I went to check in at 9:40. The employee knew that I wasn’t gonna make it in time, he said the wait time could be around 40 minutes. So I’m outside waiting and come to find out they don’t accept anyone after ten. Instead of telling the customer like “hey man I can check you in but you won’t make it in time to actually get your meds” . Try again tomorrow. He led me to believe I was still able to get my meds. And continued checking ppl in knowing none of us were gonna make it in. And there was ppl also waiting like me for no reason . What frustrated me more was the fact I had stuff to do and sacrificed my time there for nothing. Come on. Do better. Hwc should definitely look into expanding or opening another location to split the customers. Little by little I’m starting to dislike this location to the pint I won’t come back.

this place puts rec patients at the bottom, they do not care about us. The wait is 2 fucking hours 2 hours wtf dude. Plus the online ordering makes you wait in line just so you can go in and order like the walk ins fuck this place

The employees are very rude and unprofessional.

The buds I checked (sativas) were the same color (stained yellow), smelled the same,an identical taste: too bitter to vaporize. Upon further investigation, I find this dispensary grows their own meds with unflushed, lemon scented fertilizers. Which constitutes non medical, adulterated commercial product. This may have been a one grow experience but the buds were so heavily contaminated with cutting/fluffing agents (pgrs,weight boosting sugar frost, and lemon peel extracts in expensive salt fertilizer bottles) that they change color and the adulterant easily identified by smell, you know you are dealing with a shady company who puts anything they experiment with on the shelf. No standards, no one here knows Cannabis, if they sell this plastic soaked garb. Commercial b-market products like Sweet Citrus are POISON. Lungs cannot process burnt sugars (posing as natural trichomes) & lemon rind extract (posing as natural terpenes). Id rather have weed sprayed with Tasty Puff n sugar water than weed soaking in a pot of it for weeks! Even if this shop stopped feeding Sweet Grape to their purps & Sweet Citrus to their sativas, it will still be commercially grown hydro airbud with no taste or real terps. Essentially its decorative lettuce with THC. Sick people need soil grown meds that actually work: have a natural smell/flavor rather than that of bottled gimmicks.

The lines were confusing. I had stand in line for 40 mins and people be coming in and already getting theirs orders.. not to happy. But I like the people that work here..
