Wouldn’t let me use my punch card correctly. Long story short they refused the best option (BOGO up to half ounce) . Pretty shitty way to treat a returning customer. The Budtenders were the ones who messed up the punch card. Then they act like there is nothing they can do for me. Smfh. Thanks guys.

Waited for awhile they forgot to call me I was still on last page of waiting list. They started on a new list. And young lady that was taken names was rude. To alot of customers that I'd seen.

This dispencarys layout is very nice, professional like. Iv got some of the best flower in the area here. Strains will empress u. A Lil busy guess means people return👍

I've had 3 different occasions were ive preordered right at 8 and they kick my order out...starting to hate u guys smh

disappointed in the RSO I got from them. I called 5 times and left a message telling them that I bought 4g of RSO and that even a full gram wasnt getting me high. i was stuck with the RSO and it's gotten me worried to order anything online from them because they might get over on me again. it was almost impossible to get out of the syringe, had my fingers bleeding in 3 different spots after I broke the syringe trying to figure out how to get the rso. I've been coming here for over 4 years giving amazing reviews every time but since they didn't make it right, I have to leave this. not sure if I'll come here again, they wasted $60 of mine and my time. I was excited for the bogo deal and didn't have $60 to just throw away like they made me do.

Quality is like no other , amazing. But service has gotten ridiculous they are very unorganized at the check in spot we got skipped by 10 ppl who came in after us i was sitting there and heard when they checked in. Honestly get a better system or more organized employees . If my dispensary was packed and i had 5 to 6 employees sitting around talking for 2 hours instead of budtending id be pissed and make sure it changes . You are still my favorite place but geeze 2 hours is too long to wait cramped with 30 plus people .

What can I say that has not been said ! Good bud... bogo cartridges and prices reasonable ! Online service! I drive all the way from the East Valley to go to my favorite shop Herbal Wellness Center !

It sucks to see that the people we trust at herbal with our daily medications are ripping us off, I recently purchased a couple grams of live resin and every single one was short by almost a .2 . I wouldn't be upset if it was just one here and there but EVERY SINGLE ONE I bought was short I got ripped off for almost a whole gram but I should of expected it as they are known to not care about there patients only there profits. Herbal you guys need to really step it up.

this shop use to be great now theres seeds in the bud the bud tenders rush u now instead of informing you on what it new and what they recommend plus they miss label there products so now you never really know what your gonna get I bought 4 grams of one statin took it home come to find out its something completely different

again leafly ordering sucks. whats listed on sale is not even a strain in stock..smh. oh and wasn't even posted for 5 min but usually you have to of ordered by now or its sold out.

So slow. Decent product, staff is friendly, but slower than the DMV. Longer lines than Disneyland.

Ok soo I placed my order at 10am, then I come to HWC later in the evening ( because I work like a normal person) so I have until 10PM to pick up my order I waited in the lobby till the group is called them wait again (totally understandable they are busy because of their deals) Here this is the frustrating part comes, once I’m inside the budtender asks me “um did you have a online order... ( I’m already like f$&k in my head just tell me you gave my order away already.) because it Looks like it didn’t go through. He tells me I probably ordered to late Me ready for this because it’s happened 3 times already. I pull my phone Out and show the Emailed receipt and that I had ordered at 10am To which he says I need to order by 9am to make sure I get the deals even though my friends ordered later and still got their order guess y’all just don’t like me I can understand this happening once or twice but 3 times come on I also don’t appreciate the bs from the budtender just tell me straight up you gave my order away
