Gsc, runtz, please grow these strains. Runtz was leafly's strain of the year and gsc is legendary in taste and effects. Can't find these strains in AZ. Although HWC used to always have GSC. Donna, Phoenix, Mary OGs are all less than. No one is impressed by three strains. Please grow better strains. HWC used to get ALL my business.

I normally love this spot but lately in my last three visits ive had 3 seperate issues... The first time I had a bad cartridge from them. Which isnt a huge deal cause they replace them if they are bad , but I did have to drive up there again and its not exactly close.. That wasnt the first time I had problems with the cartridges either.. but like I said they correct these things so ive usually just waited til my next visit.. The next time they took this little card that they had given their members a while back with these purple buds all over it.. I am guessing it had been worthless for a while but they just hadnt taken it the previous times giving it to them, the time before today, they didnt give it back.. Even if that card is worthless I did think it was cool and would have liked to had kept it. Then this time today I had spent $78 and forgot to evidently hand them that little punch card and I missed getting what would have been my seventh punch.. They should incorporate a system that they either keep track of the times you spend over $50 on their computer or just be able to tell from the time I got that card and the number of times ive been their in their system since receiving that card that I would have a certain number of punches.. I called them up within an hour of leaving about possibly getting it punched the next time I come in and they said they wont do it.. I could understand them thinking some people are trying to scam them, but I was clearly not.. Hell the person that was my bud tender probably could attest since it wasnt very busy at that time she hadnt punched the card.. I love this place and the herbs but this urked me today gettin home with something not right because of something out of my hands. Maybe change that system of yours to hold the files in your system.. You keep track of our loyalty points.. I would think it would be easy to see if im lying or not...

had an issue before with this place that had to be resolved but they have good product for a good price.

I had to take 1 star due to false advertising I got a oz that said 30% after I got home scanned the barcode to read on it turned out the stuff was only 15% thats a huge difference kind of annoying to think your getting one thing and get home and find something different

A while back it took forever to get in and out. The last two times it's been lickety split. Keep up the good work.

the Walt is ridiculous. I've only seen 1 budtender in the last 30 min. I came and there was 3 people waiting and now there is over 12 people waiting.

I had Cullen and he was awesome! He also gave me good advice about different products. Very nice and the other staff as well.

Security guard was friendly and gorgeous! Christina was amazing, moved quickly, made small talk while still paying attention to what she was doing! Excellent experience!

One star is too high of a rating. Stop coming here and buying their garbage. That's the only way they will act on improvement. You don't see vapen products at even 20% of local dispensaries.. I wonder why?? There are growing methods to enhance flower and its effects, y'all have found a way to deteriorate once great strains! Snake eyes is a prime example!! 15% THC, I guarantee reggie 15 years ago had more of a smack!!

Please hire someone with competence. Places an order showed about an hour after “mind you I order through leafy and have NEVER received a text saying my order is ready NEVER been coming here almost a year! Showed up today and was told I needed to wait for a text when I asked what the work around can be due to never receiving a text confirming my information was correct in the system they are NOT answering the phone, so I can’t call ahead to just keep checking in every hour!! Really? That is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Get management the works before getting smoked out!

So I ordered a 26.99 quarter on leafly 15 dollars off when I paid I didn't realize I got 1 dollar back out of 40 dollars I looked at my receipt and it says 10 dollars off not 15 its only 5 bucks I'm not trippen but now yall got me on my toes lol thanks for the good product tho.

Bud tender 20276 didn’t greet me ,he was also irritated on me asking the menu And when I added to my order he was even more irritated. When I was finished I said thank u have a good one sir he just ignored me. Poor service overall

HWC is always the best to come to for flower and pre rolls... The employees are always friendly and cool and always have great deals!
