Herbn Elements – Lake City, Seattle

I've been going here over a year. The products and service is better than most. Easy online ordering and great deals on low end and high ends goodies. Last week I got a distillate from double delisouse pineapple white rhino. Perfect lower price squeeze and dab it or eat it. It has a clean fruity taste and the high is great heady and soft mellow body. Hopefully they make more and continue to be amazing. Keep up the good work.

Beautiful store but the quality in the selection is sub par. It’s bottom of the barrel quality. You do pay less here but you also have less quality. If you want better selection you’ll have to go elsewhere. If you smoke reggie this is your place.

I love that I got a welcome and greeting and help with the door. I am disabled and that is cool, door service. I always get such great service I always spend more money than I should have. when you live life you only get one so enjoy it while you can. Thankful that I have such a great place to go and get edibles, tincture, and good flower. Oh yeah, I'm in love with the prerolls. LOL

Love it. Best budtender, very helpful. More variety on cheap products in this store, rather than the other ones in the area.

Ordered online via Leafly and had a butter-smooth pickup from a friendly and knowledgeable budtender who at my request recommended a couple additions to my order but not in like a gross upselly way. I’ll definitely be back.

This is my neighborhood store. Easy stop, right on Lake City. The staff is welcoming and informed. The store makes a real effort to carry quality products, including clean green. Great happy hour and preorder discounts, too. Thanks, Herbn Elements!

This is my go to place, people there are nice and helpful. Never in your face, and always patient. They provide top notch herb and stellar customer service. The exterior matches the PNW and Interior is large and roomy.

Bad parking, nice store. Pretty good service and budtenders are all knowledgeable and helpful save for a single lady whom I've had not soo great service from a couple of times, both times I had very similar experiences from this person. (I asked to see any products that are CBD concentrate and was told blatantly to look at the menu. Their TV menu is quite hard to read with small font and only shows by strain price and THC/CBD percentages) this store is much more reliable when you get one of the many other budtenders whom are excited to show you all their different products and hep you select something up your alley vs. being forced to just look at the menu. But that's a criticism that can be given to any budtender anywhere really! It's a nice place with pretty good prices for Seattle..

Visited this place while I was on the west side as they had some strains I haven't been able to find east of the mountains for awhile. Anyway, super clean store, really friendly helpful staff and reasonable prices. Everything I bought was really good quality. Would recommend and visit again.

This shop has a very wide range of options (greens, concentrates, edibles, etc.) that was also well balanced; many shops seem to be heavy on the edibles, light on the greens and concentrates, which was definitely not the case here. Very good selection of greens, and very friendly, helpful customer service. I felt very comfortable and did not feel like I needed to hurry at all! Nice facility, clean and modern. Prices are decent, not outside of the regular range. Unlike other shops (whom shall not be named) the bud I got was fresh, moist and smoked very well! Excited to see this place grow, as it it is likely to be one of the higher shops rankings of recreational marijuana!

Absolutely love coming here. I always feel welcomed and comfortable. Bud tenders are always happy to give me suggestions which makes the atmosphere great. I'll keep coming back.

obnoxious sales people who acted like we were wasting their time. A joint I bought from this place fell apart before we could use it and the people I talked to when I called in said there was nothing they could do. So, thinking the conversion was over I hung up. About 5 minutes later I received a call from Herbn, and it was the same guy calling to lecture me about not hanging up on people... very immature and unprofessional. Sorry to have hurt your feelings sir. Try not to harass customers next time. There are a ton of weed stores around Herb n Elements and I'll just go to those from now on.

First time buying in Seattle and the budtender as well as the door person were both fantastic.

Favorite shop in the area! I drive from Everett and the drive is so worth it. All the employees are very knowledgeable and will find exactly what you're looking for.

Since the new owner their product line has DRAMTICALLY increased in quality. I also love the online presence from the owner.

I have been coming here on and off for about a year because its close to home. I stopped coming because poor customer service. However i decided to stop by because you all have a strain i enjoy a lot. But once again i see new faces but back to old habits very poor customer service. The young lady at the door was extremely rude rolls her eyes,seems very fake when certain customers come in. I hope you guys can find a better staff. Us consumers maybe in pain,cranky and just need our meds and rude service certainly doesn't help nor make one ever want to come back.
